Congressman Raskin is a Typical Swamp Creature

Congressman Jamie Raskin of the People’s Republic of Maryland (8th CD) is a fairly low life POS. A new report shows that his wife sold 1.5 MILLION dollars worth of stock that he did not report until well after the sale. The sale took place December 2020 and was not reported until August of 2021. This is well after it is supposed to be reported according the the STOCK Act. But let’s face it, members of Congress ignore that and many other laws and get rich with insider trading and other activities. This appears to be a reporting issue but it is a violation nonetheless. Imagine if Republican colleague of his were running for president and did the same thing. There is no doubt Raskin would exploit it and bludgeon his colleague with it.
Raskin claims that he was otherwise occupied with the death of his son. His son Thomas took his own life in late December of 2020. The death of one’s child is horrific and not to be made light of so it is not, in most circumstances, unreasonable to allow some flexibility while the Raskin’s dealt with their grief. But this is not an ordinary circumstance. You see, Raskin buried his son on 5 January 2021 and was at the Capitol the next day for the electoral vote count. He was there during the mostly peaceful protest and he drafted an article of impeachment later that day for Trump’s second political theater impeachment. Raskin was named the lead impeachment manager less than a week later. Surely, if Raskin was able to do all of this in his grief he could have had an assistant (you know they don’t fill those out themselves) submit the report of the stock sale. I get that he lost his son but his ability to do all these other things at the time he claims his grief got in the way of reporting the stock sale casts doubt on his excuse and gives the appearance he is using that death to excuse the fact that he violated the law thus the lowlife POS claim).
The 2020 election was not free or fair and it was rife with cheating that allowed Biden to be declared the winner. He did not get anywhere near 81 million votes. It requires a willful suspension of disbelief to accept that he got more votes than the first black man (Obama) and first woman (Clinton) to run for the presidency. A nearly 50 year failed politician who was rejected for the presidency several times did not win in 2020. The evidence keeps mounting up no matter how many times they tell you otherwise. And the Vice President had the authority to reject certifications that were suspect. But Raskin, an alleged (former) constitutional law professor has this to say:
“We have to talk about fascism in U.S. democracy because we clearly have a fascistic movement,” Raskin advised. “We have a political party that has positioned itself outside of the constitutional order and does not accept the outcome and the results of elections that do not favor them. And that’s an essentially fascist attitude when you reject the basic premise of democracy that we accept the official and legitimate results of an election. And you don’t keep questioning the courts and questioning all of the counts in order to rev up your troops and to propagandize them.” Breitbart
Hey professor, we are a Republic and if you want to talk fascism then it points right back to stealing the election which many fascists regularly do. I know you think anyone who objected to the certification of Biden is a fascist. I however, think operatives from the government started the riot at the Capitol and the police were instructed to let people in so that it would disrupt the process so that members who were objecting to the 2020 election results would back down and not be able to present evidence of the wrong doing which would give the Vice President the ability to send them back to be checked (or for electors to vote for Trump instead). It is not beyond our government to run these kinds of operations. You [the government] have done it before (here and abroad) and you will do it again.
But Jamie, the very position you have taken since the 2020 election, that it cannot be objected to, that anyone who does is a fascist and that the VP is a figurehead who rubber stamps the results of the states (in true Banana Republic style) is at odds with Jamie Raskin in 2017. After Donald Trump crushed Hillary Clinton (if you all would have thought he was a strong candidate you would have cheated more for Hillary) in 2016 a new Congress Critter named Jamie Raskin joined several other members of the House and objected to the certification of the 2016 election results because they believed that Trump was colluding with the Russians and that they helped him win and engaged in voter suppression. You didn’t get the result you wanted so you questioned the results of the election and said it was fraudulent.
Jamie, Jamie, Jamie, you fascist bastard (your standard dude).
Joe Biden, then the Vice President, ruled you out of order because an objection must include a member form each chamber and there was no Senator as part of the objection. I would think a former constitutional law professor would know that and would get one of the liberal Trump haters in the Senate (a fellow fascist if you will) to object. If you had your ducks in a row I bet you would have tried to make a case to send the certifications back to the states so they could check for fraud and you would have presented any evidence you believed backed your claim.

This brings us full circle to the stock sale. There are not only rules but actual laws that require members of Congress to report stock sales in a timely manner. This law exists because members of Congress were engaging in insider trading (and still do). Anyone with a brain can see that you do not get rich on a Congress Critter’s salary unless you are engaging in questionable behavior (to put it mildly).
No young man should go into politics if he wants to get rich or if he expects an adequate reward for his services. An honest public servant can’t become rich in politics. Honest public servant Jamie. I never worried about Trump because he was rich when he got there. I worry about the people who get rich AFTER they get elected. You seem to be in that arena Jamie. 1.5 MILLION dollars in stock as compensation to your spouse who, interestingly, has served in government. What were they paying for, access?
In any event, your failure to follow the law must be investigated by the ethics committee and charges brought if warranted. Some form of punishment MUST result from this infraction. The evidence does not support your claims of grief interfering with your ability to follow the law so you must face the music. Even if it did your delay is well past any reasonable allowance for grief.
You see Jamie, I have not forgotten what you and your fellow Democrats have said over the past 5 or so years.
No one is above the law.
I close by saying I think he will skate. They never follow the rules and the statement that no one is above the law is not one they believe. It is a convenient phrase when they want to attack an opponent. Otherwise most of these swamp rats would be in jail because they are all crooked.

Courts Are Making Examples Of 6 January Defendants To Keep You In Place

There was no insurrection on 6 January 2021. The people did not have arms and they did not try to overthrow the government. They were invited into the Capitol and most of them walked around looking at things and taking pictures. A very small group of left wing agitators caused issues and disrupted the business of government. The real issue is that a bunch of Congress Critters wet their pants (or soiled them) and finally came to the realization that if the people were pissed off enough that a small handful of them could actually take over and there is nothing government could do about it. The (in)justice system is working hard to make examples of everyone involved so that no one will ever be inclined to get out of line again. Congress cannot allow the peons to get away with any of this or they might begin to understand that they (the people) have power and can exercise it whenever they want.
People in this country burned entire towns to the ground. They murdered people. They attacked the police. They were involved in all kinds of illegality and they have not been rounded up and placed in jail for months at a time in solitary confinement awaiting trial. No, those few who were actually arrested were released and never charged. None of them have been sentenced to any time in jail and you can bet that many of them have criminal records.
The 6 January folks were rounded up by the FBI and other law enforcement agencies and placed in jail. They were denied bail and have been waiting for 10 months to get a trial. No one has been charged with insurrection and most of the charges are for minor issues BUT these folks are being sentenced to a long time in jail. The AQnon Shaman guy, you know, the dude with the horns and animal pelt and painted face, received 41 months in prison. He went into the Capitol, did not damage anything, did not hurt anyone and has no record but he got 41 months in prison. He is being made an example of so that anyone else who thinks about this will have second thoughts. The tyrants in government, including the tyrants in black robes, cannot allow people to think they will get away with anything that attacks the political class.
This man was sentenced because of thoughts and words. He was portrayed as peaceful by his attorney and he was peaceful during the entire event at the Capitol. But he had written some things on his social media page that were used against him.
“In the months leading up to Jan. 6, the defendant posted vitriolic messages on social media encouraging his thousands of followers to ‘expose the corrupt politicians,’ to ‘ID the traitors in our government,’ to ‘halt their agenda,’ to ‘stop the steal.’ This is not peaceful,” prosecutor Kimberly Paschall said. ~ From linked article
It does not matter what you post on social media as long as you do not act on it. You can say this will not be peaceful but if you are peaceful they can’t say you were not because of what you wrote. How many of the BLM/Antifa thugs who posted a lot of threatening language on social media and then actually were violent, are in jail with a 41 month sentence. None, zero, zilch, nada.
The ruling class in DC got a rude awakening on 6 January. They found out that if a relatively small group of people wanted to, they could take over the Capitol without breaking a sweat and the only thing the rulers could do is what they did on that day, piss their pants. Making examples of the mostly peaceful protestors is designed to instill fear in anyone else who might have realized that the people are in power and that the government works for us and if they fail to do so we make them.

I do not advocate for violence and prefer we overthrow government at the ballot box but when the system is broken there comes a time to remove it and replace it.

1. Trump at the Grocery store
2. Joe Biden refused to say how he would handle the Supreme Court when he was running for office. His communist brethren want to pack the court with more liberal judges. The Commies believe the Court is tarnished because it has 6 conservatives on it. They are really upset that Donald J Trump appointed three of them. Mind you, they had no issues when B. Hussein Obama put Sotomeyor and Kagan on the court. Both of them are radical left wing communists. The Communist Democrats were OK with Obama having a shot at a third radical liberal Communist when he selected Merrick Garland. That would have given Obama three radical left wing appointments and the left was OK because the Court, in their mind, is doing the Lord’s work when it is full of liberals. When it has conservative jurists, you know, the ones who usually (note that I said USUALLY) follow the Constitution they blow a gasket. John Roberts follows what his masters tell him or Obamacare would have been shot down. In any event, Chuck Schumer and his ilk think that the Court is in place to uphold liberal laws with no regard for the Constitution. People like Jerry “I crapped my pants” Nadler and Hank “Guam will capsize if too many troops are on it” Johnson believe they must restore the legitimacy of the Court and undo the damage Trump and McConnell have inflicted. Here is what Dem Commies think the job of the Court is:
“The GOP’s rigged bench is contorting our laws and issuing decisions that do not reflect, understand, or serve the people the Court is meant to represent,” wrote the progressive lawmakers. “Voting rights, abortion rights, immigration rights, LGBTQ+ rights, and women’s rights are all at stake. We need more than the Commission’s report. We must pass legislation to expand the Supreme Court.”
The Court does not represent people, Representatives in the House do. The Court represents the Constitution and is designed to make sure that our Founding Document, the Supreme Law of the Land, is followed. The Court has failed miserably and has become political. That needs to stop but not by packing the court with more anti Constitution tyrants.
3. Cheating in elections is so rare that we hear about the rare events on a regular basis. When people in charge of running elections tell you that cheating is rare they are demonstrating a lack of understanding of the definition of that word. Some cases of fraud are found before the votes are counted (and sometimes the votes are rejected) but most cases of fraud are discovered long after the ballots have been counted and the elections certified. This is by design. They have such a cumbersome system that no one can find the fraud until it is way too late. Then when (IF) it is discovered they say we have to do better and nothing changes. The ballots in Arizona demonstrate that cheating is a huge problem. Joe Biden did not win that state. The Dem Commies will tell you the audit showed Biden had more votes than Trump and that is where they stopped. Sure, if you recount fraudulent ballots you will get fraudulent results. The actual deep dive audit showed hundreds of thousands of ballots that were not legitimate. If those were eliminated then Biden would not have more votes. In Michigan, the issue is so rare we are hearing about it regularly. I hope these people end up in jail but if history is any guide they will be in government jobs running elections…
A California police officer suddenly said “Let’s go Brandon!” over a loudspeaker. The crowd went nuts! It happened to be a group of Trump supporters who showed their appreciation with loud approval.
5. Are the Covid vaccines causing immune systems to collapse? Are they causing people to develop AIDS? The latest data from the United Kingdom certainly supports the idea that these vaccines are causing people’s immune systems to collapse.
Doubly injected people between the ages of 40 and 70 have already lost about 40 percent of the immune system capacity from the moment they get injected. They then progressively lose more of it over time, with peak immune system loss for many expected to arrive by Christmas.
That is just one age group. The article points out the trajectory for all age groups and the outcome, if it is accurate, is not good.
6. It is illegal for tax exempt organizations, including churches, to be involved in campaign activities either for or against a candidate.
Currently, the law prohibits political campaign activity by charities and churches by defining a 501(c)(3) organization as one “which does not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distributing of statements), any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for public office.”
Vice Perpetrator Harris recorded a message in support of Terry McAuliffe who is in a tight race in the Virginia Governor’s election that is about three weeks away. No big deal except her message will be played at 300 black churches in Virginia from yesterday until election day. Yes, those churches will show this video telling the people in those churches to vote for McAuliffe in direct violation of federal election and tax law. I know the law is something the Biden regime routinely ignores and this just demonstrates they are even more brazen about it. Imagine if Donald Trump cut a video to be played at predominately white churches asking people to vote for the Republican in the race, Glenn Youngkin? Do you think the left would be screaming to revoke those church’s tax exempt status?
You and I both know the answer to that. I hope all the churches that show the video lose their tax exempt status.
7. I said it before, we dodged a bullet when McConnell did not allow Merrick Garland to get to the Supreme Court. He does not follow the Constitution, he is a radical and he has a lot of conflicts of interest, He is using the apparatus of government to harass parents who are opposed to the racist Critical Race Theory. He has a son in law who is in the business of selling CRT materials and who pushes for this to be taught in school. Imagine having a business where your father in law could sic law enforcement on people opposed to your products. Now it appears as if Garland’s wife is involved in a super secret cyber/spy business that appears to be opposing audits of the 2020 election. This should be fully investigated (as should the CRT issue) but if we had any Senate Republicans worth their positions they would have discovered all this BEFORE Garland was confirmed.
8. You never know who you will find at the border. I remember Donald Trump saying something about this but his words were immediately distorted and then brushed off. If the country had listened to him we would not have all these people entering our country, we would not have empty shelves and we would not be paying people to sit on their rear ends instead of working. But we have a demented old man and a bunch of Dem Commies who are hell bent on another civil war.
9. And just because it ticks off the Dem Commies:
A statue of Confederate General Robert E. Lee that was taken down by Dallas city officials four years ago has resurfaced — at a private Texas resort.

1. Is the Pope Catholic? That used to be a retort to indicate that the answer to some query was affirmative. Now I ask it as an actual question. Pope Francis, who is a liberal Socialist (and probably Communist), is revered by Catholics around the world. They have no choice. They have been indoctrinated that this guy is holy and must be placed in high esteem. Not me. I once was Catholic but the Catholic church left me. I decided that I did not need to be a Catholic when they made special exemptions to the rules (like you can’t eat meat on Friday BUT we are having a spaghetti and MEATball dinner on Friday and you are allowed to attend). I was completely disgusted by the amount of child molestation that took (and takes) place in the church. Priests sexually abuse children and the church reassigns them so they can select new victims. Now we have Pope Frankie saying that, yes, abortion is murder but I just don’t think we should deny communion to alleged Catholic politicians who support abortion. Any other Catholic who supports abortion gets shown the door but America sends money and Joe molests kids like some of the priests do so he is like one of the family. The Catholic church is a joke that is concerned with money and making sure it can thwart lawsuits for molestation that would remove that money from the coffers.
2. The FBI is a criminal organization and it is the one law enforcement agency I could support being defunded. It has a shady history of criminal activity while being run by a criminal who used his position to build dossiers on politicians and then used them to achieve what he wanted. There have been great agents over the years but any such agents now hide behind their cell phones ignoring what the criminals are doing. If they refuse to speak up when something is wrong then they are part of the problem. Comey and his band of criminals used a phony dossier to hamstring Donald Trump and his agenda. Comey was engaged in criminal activity to take down the duly elected president. In testimony before Congress a number of young ladies, gymnasts who were treated by Dr. Larry Nassar, told of how they informed the FBI of the sexual abuse they were subjected to at his hands. They were ignored and Nassar went on to abuse more than 70 young ladies. The monsters in the FBI allowed it to continue. If it had been my daughter who had been raped and the FBI did nothing I am afraid they would not have to worry about firing the guy responsible.
3. But have no fear. The FBI is going to take steps to see it never happens again. That statement is government speak for “we got caught and we are saying we will do better and then we will move on and forget about it.” This is the pattern all of government takes. They deliberately fail to do their jobs or they violate your rights or break the law then when caught, they promise to make it better and fix things. “This is not who we are” they say BUT it is who they are. Do I really need to list the number of times a government agency has violated your rights, ignored the Constitution or acted in a way contrary to the law? There are two fall back positions for the government. The first was seen in the 2020 election. Deny wrongdoing took place and continue to tell you that things are fine despite any evidence to the contrary. This is only the fall back when the outcome is what they want. George W. Bush won? OMG, there must be widespread election fraud. Donald Trump won? OMG, there must be election fraud and the Russians helped him cheat. Joe Biden “wins” and gets more votes than the first black guy and first woman to run for president and it is no fraud here. Free and fair election. You must be a conspiracy theorist to think such things. Trust us, we are the government. The other position is to admit wrong doing. Say it is not how things are normally done and that they will make sure it does not happen again. Then they leave the spotlight and ignore it, it happens again, they say the same thing, wash, rinse repeat.
Wray said changes have been made at the FBI in light of what happened, including making agents who are handling similar cases document allegations that are reported to them.
Wray apologized to the gymnasts who testified and said he was “especially sorry that there were people at the FBI who had their own chance to stop this monster … and failed,” adding that “we are doing everything in our power to make sure it never happens again.” ~ Source
And there it is. Christopher Wray should be relieved of his duties. Like I said, defund the FBI (then defund Congress).
4. The Nanny State has arrived (OK, it has been here for a while but is getting bolder). As you may know by now, the tyrant known and Joe Biden has mandated vaccines for about 100 million people. He used a work around to deliberately end run the Constitution and he thinks himself quite clever. There are generally two reasons (legal ones) for an exemption to the vaccine. One is a medical exemption and the other a religious one. The third is screw you I don’t want it now leave me alone. In any event, the Biden Regime will be monitoring the exemptions to make sure they are not abused. So we now have a medical surveillance state where they know if you have been vaccinated for the China Virus or if you received an exemption and they will look to see if your exemption is an abuse of the system. These people work for us not the other way around. They are getting more and more tyrannical as each day passes. I imagine this will escalate to where you do not receive Social Security without a vaccine. You do not get treatment under Medicare without a vaccine. No grocery shopping or buying a new car or renewing a driver’s license without a vaccine. It is going to get to the point where the unvaccinated band together and form militia units that arm themselves and use threat of force to get what is denied them by government. There are not enough government goons to stop that. I think the fuse is close to being lit.
5. Covid is deadly, ahhhh, fear, ahhh look out, ahhhh get a mask on, ahhhhh, social distance, ahhhhh get vaccinated…..Fear is one of the greatest weapons and is more useful in propaganda than anything else. If you make people afraid of something they will do whatever they are told. The China Virus was introduced into society and government hyped it as a deadly killer and backed the claim up with case and death reporting methods that made the virus seem more than it is. If the common cold were reported using the same requirements as reporting for Covid the cold would be far deadlier and far more harmful. But they threw this virus out there and skewed numbers to scare people. Throw in a few governors who deliberately placed the vulnerable elderly who had Covid in nursing homes resulting in the deaths of tens of thousands and you can get real panic to set in. They develop a drug they call a vaccine and then mandate it and boosters that will never end all to make money and control people. I know people who would walk into Nazi style concentration camps and get in the showers if government told them it would protect them from Covid. That is sad and pathetic. You have a 98% chance of surviving. If you are high risk then protect yourself. I will live my life and if I get it I get it. If it kills me then it is a glorious day to die. I will not live in fear. Government thinks it knows best but it does not. You get to accept the risks in your life They do not get to accept them for you. Singapore has reached the 80% vaccine threshold. Covid cases are spiking there and the government is getting ready to impose the same draconian measures that did not help the first time. In New Zealand over the past two weeks more people died from the Covid vaccine than from Covid. Looks like things are not going as planned so the plan is to do more of what did not work in the first place. Maybe we should just give Ivermectin prophylactically and be done with it.
6. In the Biden has dementia file, Joe Biden was addressing the UK and Australia during an announcement of a joint deal in defense tech sharing. Joe Biden has already reached a deal with the Taliban regarding sharing our defense tech so much so he just gave them billions of dollars worth of high tech military equipment. Donald Trump negotiated peace agreements in the Middle East. Joe Biden arms Middle East terrorists. I digress. Biden mentioned Prime Minister Boris Johnson by name but when he referred to the Australian PM he could not remember his name so he called him “that fellow down under.” Joe has cue cards with pictures to know what reporters to call on. You mean to tell me his staff could not provide him with something to remind him who he was speaking to? Biden was supposed to be the adult in the room. The guy with foreign policy experience. The guy who would end corona and get things done. He forgets the names of leaders of other nations, has given Afghanistan back to the Taliban AND ARMED THEM, left Americans behind and wandered around lost at events. This yutz did not get anywhere near 80 million votes. Democrats cheated and we ended up with this moron. Remember that when some Taliban inspired terrorist attacks our people. It will be the fault of Biden and the people who cheated him into office.
7. Some guy named Jimmy Kimmel (not sure who he is or why he matters) mocked the people of Florida who have died of Covid. I do not know if this Kimmel fellow is based in California or New York but both of them have more total deaths than Florida (deaths attributed to Covid). I know this fellow was talking about since the beginning of the summer but I do not have the numbers for that time period. I can only say these are the totals; CA-67,672, TX-61,309, NY-55,330 and FL-49,257. So the two states with the most restrictive policies (restrictive to the regular folks, not the elite like Gavin in CA) have more deaths. And I bet a number of the older people who died in Florida are snowbirds from New York. They probably fled the city to keep their governor from putting them in nursing homes with sick people to kill them off. This Kimmel fellow seems to be one of those liberals asshats who think they can tell you how to live. I read somewhere this is the same Kimmel who wants everyone who does not get vaccinated to die. I wonder how he would feel if say, he had an infant child with a heart defect and people said his kid should die? I would say a prayer for a child in that case. Kimmel probably worships Satan.
8. And finally in the news, comedian Norm Macdonald died this week after a battle with Leukemia. Macdonald was a past regular on Saturday Night Live and a genuinely funny guy. He will be missed by many. “And that’s the way it is” Norm Macdonald, dead at 61. RIP Norm.

First things first…
Joe Biden is a living contradiction. Last week he said the number one job of the president is to protect the American people and that is why he is mandating vaccines. Where was Joe and his number one job with regard to all the Americans in Afghanistan? And instead of protecting American babies in the womb, Biden is using all the resources of the government to fight to allow unborn babies to be murdered. It is not Biden’s job to protect me. I am quite capable of doing that myself. The job of government is to secure our rights. That is why our Declaration of Independence says governments are instituted among men:

In a speech last week Hunter’s dad said that he was mandating the vaccine, blamed the unvaccinated for his inability and then said he was losing patience with us. Really? I lost patience with you Joe, a long time ago. Your worthless rear has been in government for nearly 50 years and NOTHING you have done has made it any better. Five decades and you get nothing right, Joe. You are worthless. You have used your political career to enrich you and your family members by selling our nation out to the Chinese Communists. You have broken countless laws and done things our Founders would have hanged you for. So please spare me this you are losing patience stuff. Biden and his VP seem to be on the wrong pages and can’t get their fecal material in the same sack. Joe is mandating vaccines. He is basically forcing people to get injected with something they have decided they do not want. Harris is in Texas crying about the fetal heartbeat abortion law and telling people that our country is better off when government stays out of our medical choices. I guess that is true if you want to murder an unborn child but not if you do not want a vaccine.
Now to the Round Up
1. More tyranny coming from Biden Regime. The Surgeon General reports that more COVID-19 measures are coming from Dear Leader Biden. Biden will announce them before the UN General Assembly when it meets this week. I do not know why Biden needs to announce these things to the UN but it would not surprise me if he were enlisting blue helmets to come into our nation and enforce his tyrannical vaccine edicts. We are getting to a boiling point where people are going to get physical in their resistance. Blue helmets make great targets…
2. Did Chairman Biden think things through when he decided on vaccine mandates? Did the governors who started this before the tyrant in DC think about what would happen if people did not go along with their mandates? I am not opposed to general sickouts in the nursing field where all nurses around the nation call out sick for a day (longer if government does not get the message). Once the CEO of the hospital has to empty bedpans or try to run a code things should become clear to them. A hospital in New York is suspending the delivery of babies after a number of staffers quit because of then Governor Cuomo’s vaccine mandates. Imagine how this might snowball if more and more staff decide to quit rather than get the Fauci Ouchie? Keep in mind people, when your loved ones are dying and there is no one to help them your government is to blame. BTW, don’t quit. Force them to fire you so you can collect unemployment and so that you have legal recourse.
3. During 9/11 commemorations Joe Biden, instead of focusing on the lost Americans, told us how bad we are because the attack on our country brought out dark forces who resented the followers of the religion of “peace”.

It is not surprising that Biden would reach into the Dem-Commie bag of blame the victims. You know, every time there is a criminal act where a number of people are shot (usually by a deranged Democrat) the left, Biden included, blame all gun owners for it and try to push gun control to punish the people who do not break the law. Imagine if this statement were made about that reality:

4. The ATF continues to call a bump stock device a machine gun. This is not true and a bump stock does not meet the definition of a machine gun in any way, shape or form. The reality is the ATF bump stock ban was a knee jerk reaction to the Las Vegas shooting where one man with bump stocks shot a lot of rounds into a crown at a concert and killed a number of people. It is once again an example of the government punishing law abiding gun owners for the illegal acts of a lone individual. Imagine if the government restricted the religious rights of Muslims because some bad Muslims committed terrorist acts. I bet there would be uproar for the very government officials who constantly attack the Second Amendment. In any event, the Marines and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals got it right though it appears as if government is ignoring the rulings. That should come as no surprise. Biden and his Regime constantly violate the law and usurp the Constitution. Biden himself even said he was violating the Constitution but that it would take a while to make it through the courts and he could accomplish what he wanted by the time it did. Biden’s AG would throw you in jail for doing the same kind of thing…
5. Democrat-Communists, including Chairman Biden, are pushing Justice Stephen Breyer to retire sooner rather than later so he can be replaced by a Democrat. The people pushing this are the ones who are now very upset at RBG for not retiring when Obama was in office so he could replace her with another far left wacko liberal justice. They blame her for the recent Texas fetal heartbeat law. I think it is funny that Dem-Commie members of Congress, people who are nearly the same age as Breyer (or older) and have been in their jobs for DECADES are pushing him to retire. I think it is especially funny that Biden, a man who suffers from dementia and can’t get through the day without assistance is pushing for a Justice who appears to be of sound mind, to retire. One does not have to agree with Breyer but he was appointed for life and he gets to decide when he should leave the job.
6. A man beat the hell out of a woman in an MMA bout. The news reports it as a transgender fighter winning but make no mistake, it was a man. He used to be a Special Forces soldier before transitioning to a job where he beats up women. I am beginning to wonder if these men don’t have issues where they love to abuse women and found a way to do it legally. I have little sympathy for the women involved because most of them run around telling you to respect the feelings of others and use the proper pronouns and then say how wonderful it is that so and so has been able to finally live the life they identify with. If you support that stuff and get the snot beat out of you then you deserve it. If you do not agree with this ladies (real ladies) then refuse to compete with men.
7. Biden is not the only president making bone headed statements, George W Bush gave his 9/11 speech and he said:
There’s little cultural overlap between violent extremists abroad and violent extremists at home. But then there’s disdainful pluralism in their disregard of human life, in their determination to defile national symbols. They are children of the same foul spirit, and it is our continuing duty to confront them.
Many people are claiming that he was singling out the people who participated in the mostly peaceful protests at the Capitol on 6 January. While his statement was generic enough and could apply to BLM and Antifa, groups who spent last year destroying American cities (and some continue to this day), I have to agree with the assessment that he was taking a dig at those who went in the Capitol. You see, Mr. Bush was not out last year criticizing the riots that the Dem-Commie supporters in BLM and Antifa participated in. Bush never went to those cities to gave a speech to tell people to stop. Bush, as far as I can tell, did not say they were breaking the law and should be arrested. No, but Bush is not a fan of Donald Trump so he is more than eager to pin all the things 6 January on Trump and his supporters (despite evidence this was a coordinated effort of the left). The use of the words “national symbols” is probably a reference to the Capitol. But George could explain that he was also talking about all those statues that the left knocked down or the government buildings they attacked. If he did it would go a long way to clearing it up. I do not think it will get cleared up because I think he meant to attack the true patriots in this nation. Dear George, our Founders agree with you. It is our continuing duty to confront the evil doers. That includes the evil doers in Congress and all other government offices and agencies. I bet the left that called Bush a “retard” will praise him for this.
8. Hospitals are not the only places where people are quitting because of vaccine mandates. Twenty-seven active duty US Air Force pilots tendered their resignations after the SECDEF mandated the COVID “vaccine” for all military members. Twelve of these pilots are F-22 Raptor Pilots. It costs tens of millions of dollars to train and maintain these pilots and they are walking away from the military. Maybe Lloyd Austin or Mark Milley-tary can fly those planes. I kind of doubt those guys are in good enough shape to fit in them much less fly them. How many more officers will resign over the stupidity of the government? When the military loses its workforce and the hospital loses theirs we will be quite ripe for a violent uprising among the citizens whose needs will not be met. Congratulations Biden and those who cheated to get him in office. You idiots are the reason this will take place.
