Deported Mother has it Wrong

Saul Arellano is here in the United States without his mother. The United States gave Saul citizenship in violation of our Constitution because he was born here and this country is a sucker. Saul’s mother was a felony illegal immigrant who held up for a year in a church to avoid deportation. She was then captured and removed from our country but she left her little faux citizen kid behind. Elvira Arellano has been on a crusade against the laws of the United States and she has blamed the US for all her woes. This is like a bank robber blaming the police because he had to go to jail. Little Saul was used as a pawn by pro-anarchy groups desiring to ignore all the laws of the US with regard to immigration. They paraded the kid, who appeared as if he would rather be doing something else, around the Capitol to try and influence Speaker Pelosi to support the cause of the ILLEGALS. They claimed that if they did not receive support now, the Democrats would not get their (the Latino community) next November.
This means that even though there were no plans to revive the immigration amnesty bill, it will certainly rear its ugly head again. The Democrats would sell their mothers to Satan for votes (and many already have). As for Elvira, she was again playing on emotions by blaming the US for HER problems with obeying law:
“He is a boy who has been suffering because the U.S. government told his mother she couldn’t stay in their country anymore because she was undocumented,” she said. Yahoo News
Elvira, you are totally wrong on this one. Let me rephrase it so that it is correct. He is a boy who is suffering because his mother abandoned him. Here is a boy who had a mother that was told she had to leave because she broke the law and instead of taking her son, she left him here.
Now this is much more correct. Personally, the only way I want them to see each other is in Mexico. I don’t care if they ever see each other again if it means allowing here here. This is a shining example of how the immigration bill will allow amnesty. The bill will allow people like Elvira to stay here because she has a jackpot kid and they will not want t break them up. Screw them, if the parents do not want to separate then they should take the kids with them. A person should not be able to benefit from a crime, which is what all these ILLEGALS want to do.
Reform must start with a few simple tasks before we even consider what to do with those who are here ILLEGALLY. We must clearly define the 14th Amendment in the terms of the people who proposed it. It does no good to apply it in a fashion different than the specifically stated intents of the author. The American people are not being served if the Amendment is not being enforced the way it was stated when they ratified it. Anyone who is not born to citizens should not be citizens as the Amendment intended when it was authored. Additionally, since we cannot go around and revoke millions of citizenships of those who have already benefited from the stupidity of the SCOTUS, we should just do so when the parents of a kid born here are captured. We look and if the parents are ILLEGAL we revoke the kid’s citizenship and there will be no more crying about separating families by deporting parents. Then, they can all leave together. New births would NOT be made citizens.
Additionally, we need to build a wall (good fences make good neighbors) and we should heavily fine businesses that hire ILLEGALS and prevent such businesses from doing business with the government for a period of time. We need to deport those who are caught by refusing to allow them out until their deportation hearing. If they cannot prove they are legal they can stay in jail until the hearing and then be shipped home. Any ILLEGAL who commits a crime should receive a minimum of 5 years in jail regardless of the crime. It should be a mandatory 5 year sentence for committing a crime while ILLEGAL. We have such stuff with hate crimes and drug offenses so surely we can add the “while ILLEGAL” tag to the books.
Then, and only then will we consider what to do with those here. It will not involve paying fines or back taxes. There must be a sanction that cannot be waived or removed by the government for any reason for those here ILLEGALLY. People who came here and were working through the appropriate process will not be affected unless they break the law. This includes people who were here to marry service members who were killed in duty or families of those who serve honorably. Matter of fact, completion of Eight years of serve of two tours of combat should confer automatic citizenship for any immigrant who joins the service.
We might also consider conscripting the ILLEGALS we catch here. Force them to go to war for their transgression. They will be ineligible for citizenship because they are repaying a debt.
Elvira is not winning any friends. Those of us opposed to the open borders do not really care what grief SHE caused her family.
Another Sign We Need English as the Official Language

The Democrats held a debate in Spanish at the University of Miami. The Spanish language television station sponsored it and translated questions from people who do not mind coming to America and benefiting from the kindness of its citizens and its opportunities but who do not have enough courtesy to learn the language.
Of course it is difficult for people to learn our language because there is no incentive to do so. We spend a lot of money printing every damned thing in English and Spanish and making sure that we do not inconvenience these poor folks who must think the world owes them something. It is tough because people like Bill Richardson of New Mexico think it is a shame that people are foced to listen to English:
“I’m disappointed today that 43 million Latinos in this country — for them not to hear one of their own speak Spanish, is unfortunate,” Richardson said. “In other words, Univision is promoting English-only in this debate.” Washington Post
Bill, what do you mean for them not to hear ONE OF THEIR OWN? Are you not an American Citizen? You must be because you are running for the presidency so what is this ONE OF THEIR OWN crap? This is America you jackass and English is the language that we speak here. I am disappointed that a debate was held for Spanish speaking people and that they were not forced to speak English or not participate in the process.
Richardson does not deserve to be president of this country and if he thinks that he is ONE OF THEIRS then maybe he should go to one of those tin pot Central or South American countries and run for president there.
This country needs to make English the official language and force people to learn it if they are going to live here. I am tired of people getting off crimes because they did not understand. I am tired of them working in places where they provide customer service but cannot provide any service because they do not speak ENGLISH. I am able to communicate a few things in Spanish but I absolutely refuse to do so. If I want a straw or a napkin I should not have to play charades in order to get the point across. If I wanted to use sign language I would go to an establishment that employs deaf people.

My Protest to the Mexican Presidente

Mexican President Felipe Calderon is a little bit upset with the United States because we are cracking down on ILLEGALS in this country. The Mexican President is protesting the United States enforcing its laws, laws neither Mexico nor its presidente have any say in. I am not surprised that the Mexican President would protest our enforcement of laws. First of all, the enforcement hurts ILLEGALS from his country, it hurts the economy of his country which benefits from money sent home, and third, Mexico does not enforce its own laws so it is not unusual that they would protest us following ours. Of course, Calderon is upset with the US for not passing an immigration reform bill that would have made millions of felons from his country US citizens by granting them amnesty. Before some whacked out troll tells me that not all ILLEGALS are felons let me make it clear. Crossing the border is a felony so being here ILLEGALLY means they committed a felony, regardless of the BS civil laws involved in them being caught here (as opposed to caught crossing the border).
Here is what Calderon said:
“I want to express again an energetic protest at the unilateral measures taken by the U.S. Congress and government which exacerbate the persecution and abusive treatment of undocumented Mexican workers,” Calderon said in his state of the union speech.

All I can say to Felipe Calderon is screw you and all your little law breakers. We do not care how much you protest our enforcement of our laws because we do not want your people who have entered ILLEGALLY to stay here. We do not care how firmly you protest our immigration laws or how firmly you protest a wall on the border. You have shown that Mexicans can not be trusted to honor the laws of this country and that a wall is necessary. You and your slimy law breakers have demonstrated why it is true when people say that good fences make good neighbors.
You, Felipe, are like a shoplifter who cries about cameras being installed in a store. You are an enabler of criminal behavior and you have this illusion that you have some say in the legal process of our country. You sir, are a little man who has no ability to lead his country or its people and you are even more ineffective at enforcing the law. You and people like you are the reason that Mexico is a third world crap hole that allows a major part of the population to live in absolute poverty while you and your cohorts live in luxury. No wonder you people are the darlings of the Democrats.
As a citizen, I have the right to speak about this and to make demands of the government, something you do not have. I will continue to demand that the federal government crack down on ILLEGALS but I insist they spend time in jail before being sent home. I will continue to insist on a wall to keep you cretins on your side of the border and I will insist that we have immigration laws for Mexicans that Mexico has for those who come to Mexico.
Perhaps you should clean up your crap hole before you try to tell us how we should run our country. To make it clear, I protest you and all the ILLEGAL slugs from your country who cross our borders. I think we should execute you and your government for the lives that were lost here because ILLEGALS killed our folks. I don’t care what that sissy Geraldo Rivera has to say about it, it does matter.

Geraldo Rivera is an ILLEGAL Alien Apologist

I have never cared for Geraldo Rivera because I never considered him a real journalist. He always seemed to me as if he were a National Enquirer kind of TV journalist who did stupid things like find an old bottle (or some other trash) in what was supposed to be Capone’s secret vault. Rivera also revealed the location of our troops while embedded with them though I think, in all fairness, his reporting on their activities was fair.
The real problem with Geraldo is that he is so stuck on America is a racist country that hates Hispanics. He faults the citizens of the US for being against ILLEGALS coming into this country. In his mind, we are wrong for being against ILLEGALS and we are wrong when we focus on the crimes they commit and the lives they take, lives he cavalierly dismisses. Whenever an issue of an ILLEGAL committing a crime arises Geraldo is first in line to remind us that American Citizens commit more crimes. Well duh, there are more of us here, of course we are going to commit more crimes. That aside, it does not matter because the ILLEGALS broke the law to get here showing they have little regard for the law despite Gerlado’s claims that they are law abiding people. No Geraldo, they are not because they willingly broke the law to get here.
I have had it with this whiny schmuck excusing the illegal acts of those who sneaked in here. I have also had it with his insinuation that people who point out that the crimes that ILLEGALS commit would not happen if our government did its job are racists. Geraldo seems to miss the point that while we have criminals here they are here legally and we can not just deport them because they are citizens. He seems not to understand that the ILLEGALS who commit a crime such as murder have committed their second felony. Geraldo says that their being here is treated as a misdemeanor and this is true however the act of entering ILLEGALLY is a felony. If we capture them when they are crossing they are charged with a felony. Some quirk in the law makes their presence here a misdemeanor. To me this is like saying that if a guy robs a bank and we catch him in the bank he has committed a felony but if we find him in his home with all the money he is charged with a misdemeanor. In any event, the fact is they have broken the law and any idiot who excuses that behavior does not believe in the rule of law. I also take issue with this idiot’s references to our ancestors and how we all came from immigrants. Yes we did but they came here LEGALLY! Being an immigrant is not an issue because we welcome the legal ones with open arms. It is the ILLEGAL ones we have the problem with and the very ones Geraldo seems to dismiss as “law abiding.”
On Hannity and Colmes tonight Geraldo was on with Tom Tancredo and they were debating the crimes in Newark where an Illegal killed three young people and a fourth ended up in the hospital. The guy was out on a low bail for other crimes he committed and ICE was never notified about him because Newark is a sanctuary city. Geraldo made the entire issue about crime and how this guy’s bond should have been higher and the fact he is ILLEGAL had nothing to do with anything ignoring, of course, that if he had not come here ILLEGALLY he would not have killed. He also ignored the fact that if ICE knew about the guy they could have put a hold on him and bail would not have mattered. Instead, Geraldo dismissed this and the deaths while focusing on we racists and right wing nut jobs who only focus on crime that involves ILLEGALS while ignoring other crimes. Obviously, this is wrong but Geraldo never lets facts get in the way of his apologist ways. For the life of me I can not figure out why people watch this putz.
I wonder how Geraldo would feel had this guy raped and killed his kids. I also wonder how Geraldo would respond if an ILLEGAL who was not reported to ICE raped his wife and beat her to death or hit and killed her while driving drunk. I imagine that he would have to do a special on the failures of our immigration system.
If he scratched the surface on that one he would find a little more than an old bottle.

Anti ILLEGAL Tsunami
