Screw the Mexicans and Their Flag Too
Jun 22, 2007 Immigration
An Australian broadcasting company has apologized to Mexico for a segment on a TV program that featured people throwing water balloons at the Mexican Flag. Mexicans got their tamales in a snit and wrote a letter of protest:
Mexico’s Foreign Relations Department on Wednesday sent protest letters to the program and the Australian government, saying the country’s flag had been desecrated on the show that aired June 15.
~snip~
Mexico’s protest letters said that the country’s flag “has a long and proud history and it stands as a powerful symbol that identifies and unites Mexican citizens wherever they live. Breitbart
I guess the Mexicans expect people to treat their flag with a bit more dignity than they treat the flags of others, especially the American Flag. Mexicans have hung our Flag upside down have walked on it, burned it and have hung it below their flag in this country. It would seem the Mexicans do not have much to say when they are disrespecting someone else’s flag but get in a snit when it is theirs.
Screw them and their flag.
Mexican hypocrites

This Mexican Flag could have used water balloons

Tough Times for Immigration Bill?
Jun 22, 2007 Immigration
Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison of Texas will vote against resurrecting the immigration amnesty bill along with fellow Texan, John Cornyn. Perhaps the folks living in an area affected greatly by all the ILLEGALS sneaking in actually understand the problem. Hutchison has been under a great deal of pressure from the White house to jump on board the band wagon and help ruin the country. Looks like she has decided not to drink the Kool Aid. [Source]
Senator Mitch McConnell, the Senate Minority Leader who was pushing for the immigration amnesty bill, now appears to be wavering in his support and states he has not decided how to vote on the issue. Perhaps McConnell sees the writing on the wall and realizes that most people do not want this and will show their dissatisfaction at the polls in 2008. I believe that anyone who votes for this will be very vulnerable. [Source]
We have been working hard to get this thing off the table and give it the burial it deserves. The Senate and the President are working just as hard to shove this bad idea down our throats. We can not give up now! We need to send a clear message that we do not want this and that we will show our displeasure in November 2008.
I intend to wrap up the on line petition and send it electronically to as many members of the Senate as i can and i am going to mail it to the leaders and my state Senators. Thanks to those who signed and if you didn’t, what are you waiting for?

ILLEGAL Aliens Commit Additional Felonies
Jun 19, 2007 Immigration
It isn’t bad enough that the ILLEGALS aliens entering this country break the law in getting here and continue to be law breakers throughout their stay, they are now committing arson in order to get in. According to the Washington Times, ILLEGALS are targeting border patrol agents by starting forest fires near outposts in order to smoke them out and gain entry:
U.S. Border Patrol agents seeking to secure the nation’s border in some of the country’s most pristine national forests are being targeted by illegal aliens, who are using intentionally set fires to burn agents out of observation posts and patrol routes.
~snip~
Armed smugglers of aliens and drugs have walked through the middle of active firefighting operations, the authorities said. Washington Times
While prosecutors look for way to put border patrol agents in jail for protecting our borders, ILLEGALS are starting fires that damage our forests, place people and property in danger, and hurt the environment by filling the air with smoke. Not to mention the wildlife displaced or killed by these dangerous acts. Where are the environmentalists?
Arson is a felony. Are we now allowed to arrest these cretins and place them in jail for a very long time? We keep hearing about how they only want to fit in and work to support their families but the reality is, they are dangerous and do not give a damn about who they hurt or what they damage. It is time to arrest those entering and/or committing other crimes and to shoot those who try to flee. I believe we should shoot anyone observed trying to start a fire. More Minutemen on the border is a good thing. We also need to get rid of idiot prosecutors who put border patrol agents in jail while letting criminals run things. Perhaps we should see if they are receiving pay from other sources?
I believe the only way to get a handle on this invasion, given the current environment in Congress, is to move the entire Congress to the border between Mexico and the US. Make them work there and they will be singing a different tune.
Is this how people who only want to make a better life really act? How involved in this is the Mexican government? We need real answers and we need to put an end to this invasion.
Gitmo needs grass cutters and landscapers as well as people to do the laundry. Let’s start by sending them there.

Immigration Bill Will Rear Its Ugly Head Yet Again
Jun 15, 2007 Immigration
The Senate will reintroduce the immigration amnesty bill sometime before the 4th of July in hope that enough Republicans have been badgered into signing America’s death warrant. The public outcry over this bill has been substantial and yet our elected leaders have refused to shelf this as most people want. These people refuse to secure the border, punish employers who hire ILLEGALS, and enforce our current immigration laws BEFORE they go granting blanket amnesty to millions of ILLEGALS and their ILLEGAL family members who are trying, and succeeding, in retaking areas that they believe to be rightfully theirs. We need to continue to put pressure on politicians who insist that this is the best they can do. If this is their best then they need to go the hell home and let others who can do the job take over.
Trent Lott, who had a great week last week by suggesting they take a vote of no confidence of Congress and that they dissolve Congress and wait until after the next election. If this immigration amnesty bill is an indication of the kind of hair brained schemes these idiots insist on introducing then he is right on the money. Trent also had another thing to say just today:
Talk radio is running America. We have to deal with that problem. New York Times
I think the real problem for Lott is that talk radio is full of people who are pointing out the flaws in this bill and who are calling on listeners to call their Senators. Lott must long for the old day where bills were passed and damn near signed by the President before the public was aware. Now there are voices out there who refute the bogus claims that the Congress makes. With an approval rating lower then the President’s one would think Congress would try not to tick off a large portion of the population.
Here is what I have to say to Trent Lott. The problem is not talk radio running America and it does not need to dealt with. The real problem is that the Congress is failing to run America and we need to deal with that problem. I am pushing for every member of Congress who votes for this (now in the Senate and later in the House) to be removed from office in the next election. I am asking all Americans who are opposed to this kind of renegade leadership to vote someone else into Congress regardless of party. Party loyalty is great but loyalty to country is more important.
For those of you who have not read State of Emergency by Pat Buchanan, you need to buy it and read it cover to cover. If this book does not scare the hell out of you then you are too far gone to help. We are under attack and too many people, because of some fear they will be called a racist, are allowing it to happen.
I don’t care what they call me. I call myself a law abiding American.
If con is the opposite of pro, what is the opposite of PROgress?
Ann Coulter is a Must Read
Jun 14, 2007 Immigration
If you are against the immigration amnesty bill then Ann Coulter’s column is a must read. Even if you agree with amnesty this is an eye opening, no holds barred piece that spells out what is going on:
Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean are normally the sort of Mexican-Americans Bush would tear up at while promoting amnesty for illegal aliens. Both served in the military and are taxpaying, law-abiding citizens. They’ve been risking their lives as Border Patrol agents for years.
Ramos was nominated for Border Patrol Agent of the Year in 2005. His nomination received a major setback when the Bush administration decided to put him in prison instead. Ramos and Compean are now serving more than 10 years apiece in solitary confinement for chasing a drug-running illegal alien back to Mexico. Ann Coulter
Ann hits the nail on the head with this piece and it provides valuable insight as to what is actually happening with amnesty.
