Putting ILLEGALS on ICE
Jan 24, 2007 Immigration
A group of ILLEGAL day laborers in Baltimore got more than they bargained for when they walked up to a van at a convenience store to inquire about work. The unmarked van contained agents from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) who promptly determined that the laborers were ILLEGALS and took them into custody. The ICE agents were part of a task force that conducts fugitive operations and were working in the area. The arrests netted 24 ILLEGALS:
Of those arrested, 10 were Honduran, eight were Mexican, five were Salvadoran and one was Peruvian, ICE officials said.
Six of the men have criminal records in the United States, eight of the men have failed to comply with final removal orders from an immigration judge and one man had been caught at the border on four occasions, ICE officials said. Washington Times
One would assume that these agents would be congratulated for the job that they did. ILLEGALS approached them and they asked their status. Once they determined the men were ILLEGAL they were taken into custody. Six of them had criminal records HERE in the US and the others had either failed to comply with orders to leave or have been caught sneaking in. Instead, the agents were accused of conducting an illegal raid and violating the rights of these upstanding people, as if:
The nonprofit immigrant-advocacy group CASA of Maryland called the arrests an “illegal raid” that was beyond ICE’s authority.
“Asking a bunch of people about their immigration status is well beyond the confines of a specific warrant,” CASA spokeswoman Kim Propeack said.
The group organized a press conference yesterday afternoon in front of the 7-Eleven at South Broadway and East Lombard streets, where the arrests occurred. CASA officials invited other immigrant advocates and faith leaders to protest the arrests, which they say unfairly targeted Hispanics, and call for reforms to the country’s immigration system.
“We’re making it more difficult for people to be good,” said the Rev. Robert Wojtek, pastor of neighboring St. Michael and St. Patrick Roman Catholic parishes. “What sin against God have these people done?” Washington Times
Now these are the feel good, let the ILLEGALS be, crowds chiming in. I do not imagine it is illegal for Immigration agents to find out the status of a person. The United States Code gives law enforcement the authority to do just that. However, we have groups accusing the agents of wrong doing while overlooking the fact that these ILLEGALS have criminal records and have violated the immigration laws of the US on a number of occasions! Additionally, this Pastor asks a question that makes me wonder where he studied. He wants to know what sin against God these men have committed. Besides the criminal records, what else have these poor, misunderstood people done to offend God? Well Pastor, for starters they broke the law of the government. Our government makes laws and those laws are supposed to be followed. Here is what Romans 13:1&2 has to say about that:
Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. 2 Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves. King James Bible
So Pastor, perhaps they skipped that part of the Bible when you went to Pastor school. Or perhaps your being a Pastor is equivalent to Jesse Jackson being a Reverend. Nice title but not much religion. In any event, the ILLEGALS broke the law (time and again) and if that is not good enough for you they broke God’s word to obey the government. The problem here is not that ICE agents arrested ILLEGALS, the problem is there are actually people who do not have enough sense to see how the ILLEGALS were wrong. They need to go to jail for a while to make them think about whether they want to come back here ILLEGALLY.
The real concern I have is, given the stupidity of liberalism that runs rampant in America, the ILLEGALS will get immunity, citizenship and money and the ICE agents will be arrested, tried, convicted and sent to jail. Think that can’t happen?
Penalty for Being Old (and Legal)
Jan 9, 2007 Immigration
5 million of our older Americans have not signed up yet for their Medicare, Part D, drug plan——they are old and confused. We are NOT going to grant them an extension.
However, 12 million illegal aliens are in our country and we are going to allow them to stay, protest, procreate, receive support monies, attend schools, avoid paying income taxes, have our teachers take 300 hours of ESL(English as a Second Language) training at our expense, etc.
WE MUST REALLY DISLIKE OUR OLD PEOPLE……
OR WE MUST REALLY LOVE TACOS!!!

Stallone Thinks Walls are not Good
Jan 5, 2007 Immigration
Sylvester Stallone, fresh off making his new movie, Rocky X The Gumming Geezer, was down in Mexico and he seems to have an affinity for the folks there. He also thinks that America could not function without them and that walls are bad.
“I support Mexicans who work in my country,” he said, adding that the United States depends on the hard work of Latinos to keep running.
In comments to Mexican media later, Stallone criticized plans to build 700 miles of fence along the border as an immigration-control measure.
Such a fence was “crazy” and “ridiculous,” he said, arguing that nations should be able to interact without being divided by walls. Breitbart
Yes Sly, neighbors should be able to interact without walls but since the southern neighbor keeps breaking in we have to do something. It is not we Americans sneaking into their country illegally. I wonder if you have a fence around your home like so many other celebrities. Is it possible that you have the fence to keep people out? We should be able to interact without fences or walls, Sly. Maybe you live in a place with a private road or other barriers.
More News about Illegals

The national guard of the states are here to protect us and to serve when called to active duty. They are not able to perform those duties if they are forced to follow the same stupid Rules of Engagement that we make the troops in Iraq follow. National Guardsmen were overrun by and had to retreat from ILLEGALS in an area know for drug smuggling when the ILLEGALS began shooting. There is no word on whether the guardsmen ever returned fire.
This is BS and people need to wake up. I would not allow my soldiers to be there without weapons and if they had weapons I would have given the order to shoot. You are never, ever denied the right of self defense and when someone is shooting at you, you have the right to shoot back. If we put our military there and do not allow them to stop people, why do we have them there in the first place? Source: AZ Central
Those ILLEGALS must have been rushing across for their slice of the free money the Congress is giving away. Congress has slipped through some shady legislation that will allow ILLEGALS who earned money ILLEGALLY to collect Social Security. As if Social Security was not in bad enough shape the Congress is giving the money away like it is not theirs, oh wait it isn’t.
If the Congress would allow us to invest a portion of our Social Security we would be a lot better off. Most folks would have quite a bit of wealth and would live independent of the government, and there in lies the problem. Congress want you to depend on them. By allowing ILLEGALS to mooch off the taxpayer yet again, the government is building a new class of people who depend on big brother. Dig down deep in your pockets because it is going to get ugly. All the more reason the guardsmen on the border need to shoot. Washington Times
How are these poor ILLEGALS getting here? They trek across unforgiving terrain in an effort to make it to civilization before they die and they are doing it while trying to avoid being caught. Many of them die on the way because they can not tolerate the conditions or they get lost and end up stranded in the desert.
Well fear not ILLEGALS. Your government in Mexico is going to give you SATNAV devices so that you can track your way into this country. You will have a little global positioning system to help you break the law. The government of Mexico is giving people the items they need to break the law. I wonder if they give bank robbers guns down there?
The good thing for these Mexicans. After they get here and steal their first car they will have a navigation system to lead them where ever they want to go. The Standard
The RINO governor of California has decided that he wants to have universal health care for all God’s children (it is always for the children) so he will push for that this year. Being the stand up guy that he is Arnold will allow ILLEGALS to have the coverage as well. Is it any wonder they are shooting their way in and using sophisticated devices to make it into this country? They want the free bennies that legal workers and taxpayers pay for. It is nice of them to live off our money. That makes them real pimps.
Arnold is pushing a plan that is estimated to cost 400 million dollars a year. Since no estimate of a government plan is ever on or under we will double it for accuracy. That will be 800 million dollars a year, some of which will pay for the ILLEGAL children of ILLEGAL parents to be insured. How about they stay home and the government use the money they are spending on navigation systems to provide health care for their own urchins. This is the kind of crap that makes hard working taxpayers believe it is OK to shoot first when they are breaking in. latimes.com

Bush Will Screw Up Immigration
Dec 25, 2006 Immigration, Political
There was always tepid support for an immigration bill that actually had any teeth. Democrats want ILLEGALS to have a direct path to citizenship and are willing to overlook the fact that laws were broken in order to secure the almighty vote, albeit at the expense of national security. Now that the Democrats are in charge it is a certainty that they will push to make America weaker while rewarding lawbreakers. They will give these lawbreakers a pass on infractions that would land a real citizen in jail.
Last year, under Republican leadership, a bill passed directing the erection of a 700 mile long wall on the southern border. The funding for that is in jeopardy as Democrats get set to run the country into the ground. Additionally, the Democrats will introduce legislation making it easier for all the law breakers to become citizens. Some Republican (as well as conservative Democratic) opposition is expected but the fact is we will likely have a watered down bill that basically grants amnesty to every ILLEGAL.
Where does President Bush stand on this? It is obvious that Bush is in favor of more robust immigration and that he supports some type of amnesty. His desire to establish the North American Union plays into his immigration position and in all likelihood, he will support an amnesty bill. Bush has turned from leading to worrying about his legacy. When any leader puts his legacy before the welfare of the nation the outcome can not be good. Clinton’s desire for a great legacy made him soft on terror and our national security and helped give us the mess we have today. Bush’s desire to ensure his legacy will give us similar problems because national security is taking a back seat to this desire to be remembered kindly by historians.
God help this nation. Our leaders are selling us out and it is only a matter of time before we are weakened to the point of disaster or are engaged in our own civil war. When that war comes, the politicians will find no safe refuge.
