1. I have my doubts because nothing made in China lasts this long BUT a defector to the US claims that China deliberately released the China Virus in October 2019 during the Military World Games. Wei Jingsheng claims the Chinese released the virus and then waited for two months to inform the world of an outbreak even as bodies began piling up. I do not know if this is true or not but nothing would surprise me when discussing the Chinese. The Communists there have no regard for human life and they do not care how many people have to die for them to keep power. Kind of sounds like the American Democrat Party! If the Chinese actually decided to release a bio weapon this was a smart way to do it. You have military people from all around in one place and when they leave they will take the virus all over the world. Do you really think the Chinese Communists care what happens to people around the world? If they could wipe out enough population they could expand the empire. They are evil people. Trump knew how to play tough with them. Biden is in their pockets because they have dirt on him and his family. The Chinese like it this way better which is why they helped steal the election.
2. Looks like Biden is sending some of the invaders of our nation to Gitmo. I would like to believe they are being put in jail for illegally crossing our border but since Biden and his Communists on the left encourage them to come and embrace them when they get here it is unlikely they are being put in jail. Our government will spend untold amounts of money, as it works to INCREASE the debt limit, to fly these folks to Cuba, house them for a while and then move them out and put some more in. The goal is to filter these invaders all across the country and then have them vote Democrat to keep the evil people in power for as long as humanely possible. There is never a law that they will not break and there is never anything you own they will not tax or take from you. Democrat Communists are PURE EVIL and if I had my way they would be the ones going to Gitmo.
3. There is a big push to mandate people get the Covid vaccine and this push continues on regardless of any information indicating that the vaccines cause harm. The government and the alleged scientists are deliberately ignoring the evidence of harm and pushing you to get the jab. The government blocked the use of hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin, drugs shown to effectively treat (or prevent) Covid. The government or professional agencies (no doubt under pressure from government) punishes any person in a licensed profession that prescribes these drugs or reports the damage being done by the vaccines. Social media puts erroneous and misleading tags on posts telling you that certain drugs are not approved or that the vaccines are safe. These things are not true but are designed to push the government narrative and to help condition YOU to do what the government wants you to do. This report about a huge increase in myocarditis among the vaccinated will be ignored by the people trying to do you harm. Ask why that is? If things were that bad would they need to force you to get vaccinated? The reality is the government sent tens of thousands to their deaths by denying the use of proven medications. This is all pure evil and one day there will be a reckoning. The people responsible will not fare too well. Remember what the French did when they had enough…
4. Boris Johnson, meet the bus. The White House threw British PM Boris Johnson under the bus while making excuses why the demented Biden did not take questions. Mr. Johnson took three questions and then when people asked Biden something he mumbled words no one could understand and then his staff shouted down reporters and he left the place. Circleback Psaki is saying Johnson took the questions but never told the WH he was going to do so so they were caught unaware. All I know is Donald John Trump took questions and he did not need people covering for him to hide anything. The press corps is crying about Biden not taking questions. They helped put him there so screw them.
5. A nursing home in Hawaii has a nearly 100% vaccinated rate among staff and a nearly 90% rate among residents. The staff goes above and beyond what is required with regard to precautions and the place has been recognized for these efforts to keep Covid out. And despite all this there was an outbreak of Covid among the residents and staff. MOST of the people affected were vaccinated and the carrier, the one they believe infected all others was a new resident who was also vaccinated. So much for the pandemic of the unvaccinated. STFU Joe Biden.
6. In the who didn’t see this coming file, two Afghan refugees have been charged with serious crimes they committed while being housed at Fort McCoy. One is charged with assaulting his spouse and choking her. The other is charged with attempting to have forced sexual contact with a minor. This is happening for a few reasons. First, these people come from a culture vastly different than ours. They treat women and children like property. Girls are for baby making and little boys are for sex. That is how these people operate and they should have been moved to other nations. Of course, this suggests that they belong out of Afghanistan in the first place. We were supposed to bring out the ones who helped us and those who were in danger for supporting us. Of course that would not have been necessary if Biden did not give the place back to the terrorists but I digress. We had over one hundred thousand Afghanis airlifted to the US. Only a few thousand fit the categories of people we were supposed to protect. Most of these are 7th century adherents to the religion of child molestation and are here causing trouble. They think they can do as they wish and they are most likely the advance forces of an invasion designed to have Muslims take over the world. They will eventually do it without firing a shot unless we start shooting. As for these two, put them on trial and if convicted send them back to Afghanistan and tell the Taliban they helped us a lot. If you live on a base where these animals are being kept, be on the alert. If they come after you or your family END THEM.
7. There is a push to make women sign up for the draft. In general I am not opposed to the idea. Let me explain. I personally do not think women should be in combat arms and study after study shows they are not equipped to be warfighters. Our government, in its diversity quest, has decided that the combat arms should be opened to women and they should be able to compete for any military job a man can. This will lead to quotas and a weaker military. I figure if they can now be anything they want in the military then they should have to sign up to be drafted like the men do. You cannot say you support equality and oppose this. But, there is a problem here. They want to change the draft process so that people must sign up and then they can be drafted for whatever is needed not just to replace combat losses. This will lead to all kinds of abuse by the government and I oppose that part of it. Make the women sign up like the men do but do not change the purpose of the draft.
8. Finally, Projext Veritas has been doing great undercover investigations and has had some great whistleblowers come forward. In the first video of a new series released yesterday they had video of people at the HHS discussing how horrible the vaccine is and how it is harming people. The newest video has some person go all Nazis and suggest blow darting the vaccine into black people because they will not get it voluntarily (who can blame them after what the government did to them in the past). This person thinks people should be forced vaccinated and have a registry of the unvaccinated. The person also states that wealthy white people are getting the vaccine because they are intelligent while blacks are not getting it. That suggests that blacks are not smart. 1. Same old song and dance. Well, here we are with the government up against the debt ceiling. The minority party is balking at raising the limit while the majority is saying they all must “do the right thing” and raise the limit. The majority can do it on its own with no support from the minority but that is a political suicide waiting to happen. That amounts to giving your opponent the tools with which to beat you. A familiar story is playing out. The limit was hit in July but extreme measures will keep the US running until mid October and they have not been able to reach a deal so the compromise is to extend the limit short term, until December (and of course tack a few trinkets on for good measure), and then they will have time to accomplish raising the debt limit and funding the government. This plays out every time. Here is what will happen; they will pass the short term limit increase and then in December, right as Christmas approaches and they all want to go home they will pass a huge increase in the debt limit and spend a boatload of money to appease each other. Then they will come before the cameras with the majority telling its supporters they finally made the minority come around to the correct way of thinking. They didn’t get all they wanted but they got a lot. The minority will come before the cameras and tell us that they tried but dog gone it they just could not prevent the increase. They will all go back inside, slap each other on the back and head home for the holidays while taxpayers are left wondering how they were raped yet again. This happens all the time. If they needed more time they should have spent August working on it instead of on recess. They should be working on this instead of the BS global warming new deal crap. But this has been planned all along. They always push things until December and then work around the clock to make us think they are negotiating. Then they hit us with a predetermined outcome, they pretend they did the best they could and they pretend that it is good for the country.
2. If they want to fix the debt issue the first thing to do is to cut government spending. Both parties spend more than we have even when the government receives record levels of income from our taxes. The more they get the more they spend. We need to take a cleaver to the federal budget. I think that they should cut all unconstitutional spending. I do not want to entertain ideas about how they twist the Constitution to allow things. Nowhere in there is there a provision for paying welfare (no, the preamble and the general welfare statement are not about that kind of welfare). We do not need to send billions of dollars to other countries. We are not the world’s ATM. Let them fend for themselves. There are agencies not authorized under the Constitution, get rid of them. Pare the government down to those things only authorized by the Founding Documents and make it a lean government. Once we have cut the trillions of dollars of waste we can go about changing the budget process. Right now, federal agencies are spending billions of dollars on things they do not need and should not be buying. The government’s fiscal year ends 30 September and each year around this time agencies that have excess money go on spending sprees to buy furniture, computers, office supplies, you name it. They spend billions of dollars instead of turning the unspent money back in. They do this because next year’s budget is based on this year’s and they are afraid if they return money they will get less for next year. This is a terrible way to run anything. If a business ran like this Congress would be calling the CEOs in for a chat. I think they should go to a two year federal budget where agencies submit requests for the amount of money they need to operate. Any agency with money left over at the end of the process would return it and the agency would receive a small percentage of that money for morale, welfare and support programs as an incentive. All agencies would be barred from making huge purchases in September.
3. If it were my wife or daughter. The Biden Regime cares little about Americans or the nation. He is mandating vaccines for citizens who do not want them but allowing ILLEGAL aliens to enter the country and be released without being vaccinated. Biden had a catastrophic withdraw from Afghanistan that, after 20 years, billions of dollars, lost lives and life altering injuries, is right back where it started. Biden’s hasty and poorly conceived withdraw resulted in tens of thousands of Afghanis, mostly men of fighting age, ending up in the US. These people are being housed at military bases across the nation until Biden can release them into different states. It seems that many governors are happy to have them. That is probably because governors get armed police to protect them. Whistleblower reports indicate these Afghanis are causing problems at the military bases including criminal acts, assault and RAPE. It should come as no surprise because where ever they put Middle Eastern men there is always an uptick in crime and there is always an uptick in rape. These people do not care about women and they think it is perfectly OK to rape them. Biden is importing this. I can’t figure, for the life of me, why no member of the military who has been affected has not opened fire and eliminated the problem. If it were my wife or daughter I would hunt the bastard down and shoot him. I would then smear his body with pig grease and hang him for the buzzards to eat as a reminder to the others. Biden plans of filtering these people into your neighborhoods. All I can say is if they come to your neighborhood and cause trouble shoot them. In a sane world these people would have been put in other ME nations where they could engage in their 7th century lifestyle with like minded people. In a slightly less sane world the people will be released in the neighborhoods of liberals so they can live with their blunder. In my world they get shot if they step out of line. IOW, touch the women in my family and you die.
4. Big brother is watching. Biden wants to have your bank report any balance over $600 to the government in order to keep tabs on what billionaires are doing with their money because everyone knows everyone with $600 in the bank is a billionaire. The government wants to keep track of your money (probably so they know if you have more for them to take) and that is never a good thing. Now there is word that instead of your standard credit score developed by looking at your loan and payment history as well as debt to income ratio they want to start using your browsing history to determine your credit worthiness. The internet already tracks a lot of what you do and you might have to provide a browser history when applying for a loan if the International Monetary Fund (IMF) gets its way. The claim is that this will help the underserved or those who might not make it based on the old standards. Here is a clue, this will not be good for anyone but the government. I am opposed to government being involved in anything in my life so I am certain I will not be providing my browser history. Anyone who thinks this is a good idea deserves what happens to them. I would say that they could make it voluntary so that if your loan was not approved you could then submit your history but that would only lead to more abuse. Soon EVERYONE would be denied so that they could get a peek at your browser history. I do not need them looking at my browser to get a loan. I damn sure will not let them tell me otherwise. We are well on our way to the systems set up in Australia and China. Eventually you will comply or you will get nothing. Sounds to me like that jackass Mark Zuckerberg was involved in writing this up. He loves all the info on you he can get so he can target you with ads. Put your money in a credit union. They do not have to report your balance (I bet most of Congress has their money in a credit union).
5. It is a good start. The government is a revolving door between federal service and contractors or lobbyists. The Defense Department is a prime example. People at the Pentagon leave the service and go to work for a defense contractor drawing a huge salary for the connections they have inside the Puzzle Palace.
A recent Government Accountability Office (GAO) report found that 14 major military contractors have hired 1,718 former senior Pentagon officials over a five-year span. A group of good-governance advocates are pushing reforms seeking to prevent potential conflicts of interest posed by this activity.
The Sept. 9 GAO report found that of 1,497,882 people who left the Department of Defense (DOD) between 2014 and 2019, 37,032 of them went to work for one of the 14 major contractors reviewed. Of those, 1,718 were senior officials, according to the report. ~ Source
The government is attempting to remedy this by placing a one year (or two) wait on people transitioning from the government to the contractors. I think that anyone who was involved in any aspect of the contract business regardless of which company or companies they dealt with should have to wait a long time, perhaps five years, before working for a contractor. I think any contractor who recruits should be penalized and I think anyone who uses their service to benefit themselves through the contractor (in violation of the law) should receive jail time. But let us not stop there. Members of Congress should be forbidden from leaving government and going to lobbyists, think tanks and any other groups that pay them lots of money for access to government. I personally think all lobbyists (K street) should be forced to move out of DC and not be allowed to lobby members of Congress while it is in session. I would forbid all lobbying but I imagine that would violate a right or two. I also think that people should not be allowed to come from the companies doing business with the government to work for the government. There are rules in place but Congress has exemptions it can grant so they just ignore common sense and grant exemptions. If we had followed the rules Lloyd Austin would not be the SECDEF and maybe, just maybe, 13 souls would not have been lost in Kabul. We might not have all the social justice BS distracting the military from its primary mission. We need reform but it has to have teeth so people face serious problems when they go astray.

1. The indoctrination of our children continues as activist teachers impose their views on their students in order to retrain their minds. First a teacher hid the American Flag and then told her students it must be somewhere but until she “finds” it they should pledge to the other flag in the room. That flag was the rainbow flag of the lesbian teacher. She said the American Flag bothered her. I imagine if someone said the gay pride flag bothered them she would scream homophobia. In any event, she has been removed from the classroom pending an investigation. Another teacher is a member of Antifa and he has an Antifa flag in his classroom. Project Veritas recorded him saying he has 180 days to turn the kids into revolutionaries. He said that he uses fear to intimidate your kids into submission. The funny thing about Antifa is that it is full of the very fascists they allege to be against. I must admit I love when they clash with a conservative group and get the snot beat out of them.
2. Not a real doctor Jill Biden said if we listen to the science we can keep the schools open. I imagine Jill does not understand that the federal government has no say in whether or not schools in states stay open. Schools are under the control of the state government and if a state wants schools open then they can be open. Jill wants everyone in school to wear masks despite the science that tells us children are the least affected by Covid and that masks cause harm to the children’s development. You would think a former school teacher would know that. She did say that
“Parents, I want you to know that your child, your school and your family are at the heart of all that my husband, Joe, is doing to help our country defeat and ultimately recover from this pandemic”
I bet that your kids are at the heart of what he is doing like sniffing their hair and touching them inappropriately. If it were anything else he would recognize the science regarding children and Covid.
3. Tucker Carlson went after Joe Biden and his push for gun control. Carlson pointed out that Biden armed a terrorist organization with hundreds of thousands of rifles, handguns and machine guns. Wrap your head around that. The same guy (and his party) who have been working to disarm you for decades had no issue with giving firearms to people who have a record of murdering anyone who does not agree with them and/or who does not follow their way of life. Americans have a Constitutionally protected right to KEEP (own, possess) and BEAR (carry) arms and we should be allowed to own the same arms we paid taxes for the Taliban to own. Biden and his band of terrorist enablers will spend more time trying to disarm the American citizens than they ever will the Taliban. But remember government, the Taliban numbers fewer than 100 thousand. We are nearly 200 million strong. The armed population of the US constitutes the largest fighting force in the entire world. Be careful when you say you will take our firearms because you will have to actually take them and that will not be easy. There will be a rifle behind every blade of grass…
4. Joe Biden, the alleged Catholic, is upset that Texas enacted a law banning abortion after a fetal heartbeat is detected. Biden immediately claimed that the law violates the Constitution. The word abortion is not in the Constitution and the federal government has no say over it BUT it did so anyway in a twisted ruling by the SCOTUS in Roe v. Wade. The issue was a 10th Amendment issue and should have been left at the state level (as an aside, this is true of marriage as well – all gay or straight). The right to keep and bear arms is written in the Constitution. Keep in mind that the Constitution does not grant us rights or give us rights, it protects rights we have as a result of our existence. All rights predate the Constitution and therefore the US government cannot take them away. Since the Second Amendment states that the right shall NOT BE INFRINGED, then any law or restriction on that right is null and void. Yet Biden at the federal level and state legislatures pass and impose gun control laws each and every day. We are told that they are allowed to enact “common sense” gun laws. When a state has some onerous gun laws the SCOTUS rarely takes the case and the state claims it has a right to regulate the ownership of guns. So tell me, if the government can regulate the right to keep and bear arms and that is not a violation of the Constitution (according to liberals like Biden) how is it unconstitutional for Texas, or any other state, to have “common sense” abortion laws? Texas basically said, OK the SCOTUS has created this right our of thin air and any attempt to ban it completely is deemed as an assault to a right that is not actually in the Constitution BUT we can regulate that alleged right. Joe Biden denounced the Texas law almost immediately after it was signed by the governor. He waited nearly all day long to talk to America about the 13 US Service Members he allowed to be murdered in Afghanistan. Funny how liberals are OK with violating your rights and rationalizing their actions but when a “right” they like (they make up a lot of rights too, like the right to housing, to food, to free college etc) they scream about the Constitution that they routinely ignore. More states need to act like Texas and do what they want while ignoring the federal government.
5. Social Security is a scam that has been in existence since FDR imposed it upon us. It is not now what it was intended to be and has morphed into many things including disability insurance. It was supposed to be a way for workers to put away money for retirement BUT the government actually taxed those working to pay for those who were retired. The scheme worked well when there were 16 or so workers for every retiree but now there are about 3 workers for every retiree. You couple this with the baby boomers all retiring and there is not going to be enough money to pay for the program. The real reason though, that Social Security is running out of money is because in the 1960s under LBJ the government decided to take all the money collected each month for Social Security and put it in the general fund and issue a government bond (an IOU) for the money. Then the money was spent on other things politicians felt like wasting it on. Now the fund cannot pay retirees with what is collected each month and needs to cash in the IOUs. But the government is 30 TRILLION dollars in debt so it can’t pay the IOUs. It has to borrow money to make ends meet. The government has been trying for years to make SS whole by increasing the percentage of income taxed, by raising the amount of income it is collected on (but not the amount higher earners get when they retire) and the government has floated ideas like means testing. This means if you make too much money in retirement (if you were responsible and saved) then you will not be eligible to get SS. There are also ideas about taxing the rich (this eventually hits everyone) to make SS whole again. They took what YOU paid in. They spent it and left an IOU and then they want to tax YOU more to pay off the IOU. What a great racket. SS should not be a plan at all and should be abolished (continue to pay out to those who are drawing it and those over a certain age who will retire and draw it until they die off) but if we will not do the right thing and get rid of it (can’t do that, politicians like to use it as a club to scare old people into voting for them) then the money collected should go into an account that belongs solely to the person who paid in and cannot be touched by government. Federal workers have a plan called the Thrift Savings Plan. They elect to put a certain amount of money each pay into it and it grows over the years and they have a good retirement. If we forcefully take the money of workers for SS why not invest it in the TSP? Allow all workers to elect which funds their money goes in to and they control it. When they retire they will have a larger return on their money and they will not get screwed out of the money by the government (and can pass it to their heirs). I imagine the federal government will never allow this to happen because many workers will have greater wealth in retirement and they will not have to worry about bills. Government won’t be able to scare them for votes. But if I were in charge this is what I would do. For disability I would impose a small tax on imports to fund that. Make others pay the freight, so to speak.

1. Joe Biden has been weak and ineffective and his impotence in Afghanistan will have lasting consequences. China is warning Taiwan that the US is weak and will not help that nation. The Chinese press published a political cartoon of Biden on his knees with a military uniform and the name “Loser” while little Talibans run around him. Little Kim from North Korea has started his nuclear reactor back up, It was deactivated under Donald Trump. More of our enemies will be emboldened by the weakness of Biden and we, along with our allies, will be attacked. The left will blame Trump.
2. The FDA released two letters with regard to the Pfizer treatment masquerading as a vaccine indicating it has been approved. The Secretary of Defense immediately ordered all military members who are not vaccinated to be vaccinated as quickly as possible. Joe Biden said now we have an approved medicine so now is the time. Problem is there are no available approved medicines. One letter approved a Pfizer drug named COMIRNATY and the other extended the EUA in effect for the existing drugs. So there are no approved drugs available and the FDA says Pfizer can use the stock of EUA drugs in its place. Problem is, these are still not approved (it is a legal distinction) so no one can be forced to take them. People who do not want them should reject them based on this obvious sleight of hand. Some members of the military are fighting back and some doctors support their position.
3. Thirteen US Servicemembers were murdered in Kabul because the man in charge is demented and can’t make decisions. Oh he talks tough but when it comes down to it, he is a wuss. This should not have happened. Because of Biden thirteen families will forever have a hole in their hearts. When Biden spoke about it he invoked the death of his own son, Beau, who served this nation. Beau died of cancer long after he had left the service. No one put him in a position that was dangerous without clear goals and without appropriate means of protection. Beau died of cancer and while tragic, there is no way his death compares to the deaths of these fine warriors. Biden did go to Dover for the repatriation of the remains. He must have been bored because he checked his watch during the ceremony. Maybe it was past Jello time.
4. Face Book put me in its jail for a joke that was an obvious joke to anyone who read the banter between me and an old friend from the UK (now a US citizen). The FB bot flagged me, reviewed my appeal and denied it all in a matter of minutes. I was given the option to appeal to an independent board. I did so. They let it sit for a week and decided not to take it up. This is nothing more than suppression of conservatives. FB is hell bent on making sure it shapes the minds of the weak to follow the liberal orthodoxy and it will use all methods at its disposal including attempting to modify behavior by banning. It will not work with me. I do not need the platform and use it mostly to keep track of friends and family, things I can do in a number of ways. I figure I spend about an hour a day on FB so I now spend that hour flagging and reporting ads as spam. I figure if I can’t use the service then #Zuckerberg should not be able to make money off me.
5. The recall election is underway in California and the cheating has already begun. The absentee ballots that are really mail to everyone ballots along with print your own ballots and vote on election day ballots are more abundant than the number of people who can cast them. The mail in ballot has two holes strategically placed in the envelope that allows anyone to see if the ballot is to recall the governor or not. I imagine the left can see the yes ballots and conveniently lose them in a shredder. Then they can scream free and fair with no evidence of fraud. What will stop this is the death penalty for anyone who cheats like this. BTW, the state has been mailing ballots to illegal aliens, non citizens and people who moved out of state and are no longer residents. And I mean they are mailing the ballots to the people’s NEW addresses! More people are awakening to the fact that election fraud put the buffoon in the White House. It should be no surprise they can see it here.
6. Dr. FrankenFauci, who has been wrong about a lot of things and has deliberately lied to the public to push an agenda, has indicated now that there is an approved vaccine he expects a lot more private sector mandates (see above about the approved vaccine). The good doctor, who has not seen a patient in decades (unless he has a dungeon where he experiments) is now pushing for a vaccine mandate for school children. Someone explain why this is necessary when children are not affected by the virus to any degree. In fact, more children will die or suffer ill effects from the vaccine than from the virus. But the feckless doctor keeps plodding along appeasing big government and big pharma. Speaking of Pharma, it is hard not to believe Fauci has financial interest in the drug companies when he is now talking about needing a booster shot every FIVE MONTHS! That does not instill confidence in a lot of people, except the people getting rich.
7. A woke lesbian Army Staff Sergeant says if Martial Law is declared and the military roams the streets of America you are in trouble. She made it clear that if she says go inside and you do not then you are the enemy. She said the weapons are not pointed at people in other nations, they will be pointed at you. First of all that would be a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act, The National Guard would be the entity to enforce martial law. However, if for some reason the Staff Sergeant were to roam our streets looking for American enemies she would not be looking for long. She is evidently unaware that millions of people have the same or more training as she and we will be shooting back, if it comes to that. There are not enough troops to handle the largest militia in the world and that assumes that 100% of the military would comply. I think about 70% would say hell no and the other 30% would be like GI Josey. This is what happens when you put people in the military who hate the nation and its people. I wonder if she will suffer the same fate as members who have recently spoken out against the command and the leadership for the absolute Charlie Foxtrot in Afghanistan? Probably not. She has the gay privilege card…

The SECDEF Is Lying To The Troops

And Joe Biden is lying to everyone.
In the case of the SECDEF he has issued an order for all military members to be vaccinated with the COVID vaccine because it is now approved. Joe Biden said we now have an approved vaccine and if you have been waiting, now is the time to get vaccinated.
There is a problem. There is no approved vaccine that is available for use. The FDA approved the Pfizer Bio NTech vaccine but the release states that it is approved for people 16 and older and then indicates that since no approved vaccine is currently available the drugs currently approved under Emergency Use Authorization can still be used.
This is complicated. The drugs currently available are in bottles labeled something like Pfizer Covid vaccine for EUA only. The approved drug, which is exactly the same in composition (as far as we know) is labeled COMIRNATY and it has not yet been manufactured.
What is the big deal you ask? Well, the ones in vials that currently exist continue to be EUA drugs that people can refuse to take (UNDER FEDERAL LAW) and they still offer the manufacturer exemption from lawsuits if people get sick.
This too is important. A drug can only be issued as Emergency Use Authorization if NO APPROVED drug is available. If Pfizer had an approved drug that was available it would lose the EUA on all those vials of so labeled drugs AND Moderna and J&J would lose their EUA and have to continue forward with the regular approval process. Pfizer does not want to throw away all those vials of drugs (they can still make money selling them) and Pfizer does not want to lose its immunity from legal action when it can make lots of money and not worry about the effects on the people getting the drug.
So for now, there is no approved drug available. The FDA, in all reality, approved a future drug. Joe Biden and the SECDEF want you to think that because the FDA (which was derelict in its duty) approved Pfizer so poof, it is automatically approved and all drugs in vials are magically not EUA any longer. This is not true but it was done this way to deceive those who were allegedly waiting for FDA approval and it was done to fool private companies to force employee mandates and to allow the tyrants in government, read the DOD, to force the vaccine on military members under threat of Courts Martial.
It is all part of a game.
A game where the government continues down the path of tyranny, forcing vaccine mandates, mask mandates and lockdowns with ever increasing punishments until you comply.
I predict they will continue with vaccine passports, bans on what unvaccinated people can do, and the complete shunning of those people by government and society.
I also predict that it will not end well for the oppressors.
