Federal Government Continually Violates The Constitution

America Out Loud has a great article demonstrating the continued and growing abuse of the Constitution by the federal government including by the entity that is supposed to make sure these things are addressed appropriately.

These are but a few of the paragraphs from the article. I highly commend it.

Why do I tell people not to put their trust in courts? This is an excellent example. Here we have multiple clear violations of the Constitution, yet not only does the court not recognize these violations, but it also piles on further insult to the injury. The American people have forgotten that they created the United States through their states, which includes the Supreme Court. We have been taught to be servants of government, but as Lincoln said:

The people of the United States are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution. ~ Abraham Lincoln

So what can we do about these repeated failures of the Supreme Court? First, as their rightful masters, it’s up to us to keep them in line. That’s why the sole power of impeachment has been given to the peoples’ representatives in the House. If these judges are going to repeatedly violate their oath to support the Constitution, then their bad behavior should be punished.

Second, since ObamaCare is a blatant violation of the Constitution, States should ignore it as the void legislation it is.

Thus, the particular phraseology of the Constitution of the United States confirms and strengthens the principle, supposed to be essential to all written Constitutions, that a law repugnant to the Constitution is void, and that courts, as well as other departments, are bound by that instrument.

Marbury v. Madison Opinion

The Hoax Foisted Upon Us

XidenThe American public, indeed, every citizen of this nation has been made the victim of a hoax, a misdeed, a sinister act that betrays us, our Founders and our heritage. The last election was an election between a bombastic non politician who had a huge following and had a habit of sending nasty tweets while accomplishing everything he said he would and a mediocre nearly 50 year career politician who has an aversion to the truth. The election was won, in no uncertain terms by Donald J Trump until illegal activities changed the election for Biden. Every analysis shows this but the courts and the propaganda media are gaslighting the public by constantly droning on about free and fair to make you think all was done fairly. They use the mostly peaceful protest of 6 January to broad brush all people who do not think as they do and give the impression that they claims of fraud are wrong.

Even though the election fraud is real and it deprived us of our right it is much more sinister. The left ran a man who is in cognitive decline. A man who has dementia. Nancy Pelosi certified he was qualified and he was placed in a position to win the primary. Now one might argue that the Constitution has no sanity requirement under qualifications for president and therefore Pelosi, who had to have known Biden was demented, did nothing wrong by certifying his eligibility.

BUT, the Constitution contains the 25th Amendment which deals with a president’s inability (mental or otherwise) to do his job and how to replace him. This amendment at least implies that the person in the job needs to be of sound mind. It is interesting to note Pelosi was shoring up the 25th Amendment while Trump was still in office and she indicated it was for future needs. This sets off the alarm bells that she knew then, as anyone with a brain did, that Biden was and is suffering from dementia. I want to make it clear that I am not making fun of his medical condition. He has an illness that many people his age suffer from. The people who are to blame for this hoax are the Democrats who ran him and his wife who allowed this abuse to occur.

The left went through this exercise of running Biden, a man with serious ethical and legal issues, because he has been around and is more moderate than the left wing radicals who were getting no traction in the primary. They paired him with Kamala Harris, a Senator from California who had to drop out of the primary because she polled at a whopping 1%. But she is a woman and better than that, she is a woman of color.

The plan is to use Biden for as long as possible, they hope until two years and a day, and then replace him under the 25th. Harris takes over, can finish his term and run for two of her own. From what I see Biden might not make it that long.

He has not given a State of the Union, he has not given a press conference, he is tightly managed and controlled and often looks to others for cues as to what he is supposed to do next. He often laments that he is confused or not sure what is happening and he asks others what he is supposed to be doing. Harris is taking and making calls to foreign leaders, something Biden should be doing.

These are not the things that a leader does. No one had to like Donald J Trump but there is no doubt that he was in complete control of his faculties and running the government. Right now we have a shadow group of people who prop Biden up like the guy in Weekend at Bernie’s and act as if he is running things.

This hoax that they perpetrated upon us is to get their swamp back to normal. They need to be able to use our money they confiscate in the name of taxes to enrich themselves and their families. These people did not like Trump disrupting the corruption they are all heavily engaged in (with the exception of a select few). They needed to get rid of Trump at all costs and the fraudulent election allowed them to do that and to put a puppet in the White House. What a perfect way to enact all the liberal wet dreams. The cabal behind the curtain had over 50 Executive Orders ready for Puppet Biden on day one so he could sign away anything Trump did. The cabal will gets its way and Biden will be blamed for any blowback or consequences. He will never understand what happened or that it is his fault.

Gas prices are rising, illegals are crossing our borders, the integrity of our elections is under assault with unconstitutional bills, women are under assault as are religions and other institutions as a result of the “Equality” Act and the left is coming in fast and hard with gun laws designed to disarm the American population (be careful lefties or you will get harmed) with gun control laws that obviously violate the Constitution and will make criminals out of patriots because NO ONE will turn in their firearms. This could very well result in another Civil War.

If the people in Congress thought the mostly peaceful protest on 6 January was bad then they are in for a rude awakening. They wet their pants then and no one was armed. They will soil their drawers if they are confronted by armed patriots who have had enough.

All of this because they could not allow Donald Trump to win a second term and interfere with their corruption. They had to do something and running a demented old fool who touches children inappropriately was their best bet to insert a puppet via election fraud so they could do as much damage as possible before the next election.

When this all comes out we need to round up everyone involved, regardless of party, and have a trial. If they are found guilty we need to put them in front of a firing squad. The price should be high and the example clear for future generations.

Over

Thank you, President Joe Biden!

In one month of holding office, you have made the House of Representatives, the Senate, and the US Constitution obsolete!
Since you can enter into ‘accords’ (just don’t call them ‘treaties’) whenever you want, without the approval vote of the Senate; since you can spend money via Executive Orders, we no longer need the House. And, since you can push for gun control that completely ignores the 2nd Amendment, that old parchment must not apply any more!

You have nearly just added another 535 people to the unemployment ranks (something you are uniquely good at)—all we have to do now is stop paying them and send them home.

The final step: admit that we no longer are a ‘Constitutional Republic’. We now have a single person creating law, entering into treaties, and spending taxpayer money—from the Executive Branch, no less! That whole ‘self-governing’ experiment has run its course, and it was fun while it lasted.

Incentives and Disincentives

Prior to the New Deal era in the 1930s, the US was a very basic societal arrangement.  While there were (and always are) small numbers of the super-rich (for the day), the overwhelming majority of people had very simplistic methodologies to survive.  There was no formal ‘social safety net’, so incentives were quite pure: work in some fashion to earn money to buy essentials—food, shelter, etc.  Our society has changed quite a bit in the succeeding 90 years.  But that coin has two sides.  Let’s dig.

From its very inception, even pre-USA, America was the epitome of EARNED.  People came from all over the world to participate in a rare combination of political, religious, and economic freedoms, coupled with an untamed wilderness, along with private property ownership.  None of those elements could be removed from the equation, as each were essential to the magnetic draw of the US.  People felt that their efforts and risk-taking, would result in EARNING a better way of life.  It was not an easy thing, and there were zero guarantees—in fact, the wilderness was quite dangerous, even life-threatening.  Wild animals, Indians, lack of any type of law enforcement or medical assistance, and an unyielding landscape, all met the settler.  Starvation, adverse weather, sickness of many kinds, were all potential outcomes.  But even those dangerous prospects were viewed by many as a dramatic improvement over whatever situation they left.  The idea that they, not some royalty or military figure, would benefit from their efforts, was enough of an incentive to warrant the dangerous travel to the New World.  Many came with little or no money, and only whatever they wore or could carry.  The pure guts needed to make that journey, leaving familiarity and family, to go to a completely unknown environment, was considerable.  And still they came.

As towns and villages popped up, civilization took small steps to improve.  The gathering of people to a similar locality had many advantages.  Law enforcement, banks, medical folks, dry goods stores, saloons, butcher shops, even groups of folks (that were not family) to assist in home and barn raising, all were a product of collective people.  If you help folks, they may help when needed, in the future.  Not a defined ‘social safety net’—no one got paid to do nothing—but a mutual assistance arrangement.  Each function matured over the years, especially as populations grew.  With enough people, folks could specialize in various trades, with money earned and spent based upon the community value of those trades.  It was nearly pure Capitalism:  no boundaries to business creation, just the efforts and visions of those attempting new enterprises.  Many such endeavors failed, but many succeeded.  As more such towns grew to become cities, a nation raised itself from infancy to adulthood.

Fast-forward to the 1930s.  Up until this time, assistance for those in need was purely a local affair.  Churches usually took the lead, offering soup kitchens for the hungry, sometimes including shelter for the needy.  But the Great Depression changed the scope of ‘needy’.  Over 25% of the workforce was considered unemployed.  The causes and effects of the Depression have been chronicled and debated in the decades since, but the one thing almost everyone agrees upon is that the economy was terrible.  The lines for the soup kitchens were long and constant.  Other than local farmers that could grow their own food, many people in cities faced possible starvation.  The Social Security Act of 1935 was an attempt to alleviate many facets of the misery, from a Federal government standpoint.  Included in this legislation was retirement income for the elderly (Title I), unemployment compensation (Title III), aid for children (Title IV), and several other specific areas.  For the first time, Welfare programs existed at a Federal level.  That is, folks that had no job, or the potential for a job, received a minimal stipend from the Federal government.  Additional support came from other legislation:  SNAP (food subsidies) is part of the Agriculture Department; rent subsidies are part of Housing and Urban Development, and so on.  Pertinent to this article, for the first time, Federal government created programs that required no work incentive to receive benefits. Note that these benefits were not ‘free’, it is just that the taxpayers, as a whole, pick up the tab.  The money to fund such programs began back in 1913, with the ratification of the 16th Amendment to the US Constitution:  Income Tax.

Originally, Welfare benefits were quite meager:  food and rent subsidies were the bulk of benefits received.  There were disbursements of agricultural products, such as cheese and peanut butter, that not only provided food assistance to those that needed it, but helped maintain the market prices for those items.  Direct cash benefits were rare.  The incentive was for Welfare recipients to seek and find work, thus removing their need for Welfare.  Welfare was intended to be a true ‘safety net’, to catch those that fell through society’s ‘cracks’.  Not many were expected remain on Welfare for any long duration—it simply did not provide for much of a lifestyle, just minimal sustenance for those in short-term need.

Over time, Welfare changed, and people changed along with it.  Food distribution gave way to check payments.  Technology allowed for cash disbursements to checking accounts or ATM cards.  Surprisingly or no, some folks became accustomed to the Welfare system.  The major motivators of hunger, shelter, and even social stigma, eroded over time.  Unfortunately, along with those erosions went the ability to find and maintain a job—or even the desire to do so.  Why work a minimum wage job when funds can be had for doing nothing?  The incentives to work entry-level jobs for many such people disappeared entirely.  We now have multiple generations of Welfare recipients—grandparents, parents, and children of the same family, with none possessing the skills necessary to become productive citizens.

Now we add the last part of this dynamic:  immigration.  Remember, prior to the early 1900s, the US had no real immigration policy.  If you could get here, you were welcome.  But, since there was no ‘safety net’, you had to work to survive, since no programs were in place to assist you.  For some, that meant nearly slave labor, either in fields or sweat shops, doing hard, menial work that paid little.  But little pay was better than no pay, especially when food was involved.  The ultimate incentive:  work to avoid starvation.

Current day policies collide with each other.  Immigration now comes in two flavors:  legal and illegal, both with their own problems.  The legal system is way too cumbersome, and takes years and thousands of dollars to perform a simple function:  make someone from another country a legal US citizen.  Unless your goal is to create a cottage industry of immigration lawyers, it is an antiquated, nearly failed system.  The illegal immigration system may actually be worse.  Those that choose to avoid the legal system can enter the US via thousands of miles of common international border, both with Canada and Mexico.  There are also Visa overstays, where students and temporary visitors get ‘lost’ into US society. The risk there is that it simply is not legal—not quite the same stress as our early settlers.  Political positions vary greatly—some want the border policed and maintained, others really do not want a border at all.  And those that choose to enter illegally stand a reasonable chance that legislators will grant them amnesty—rewarding the illegal by letting them ‘jump the line’ ahead of those in the legal process.  Either way, legal or illegal, the immigration system hits the Welfare system head-on:  should immigrants, that have not paid taxes into the system, gain taxpayer-funded benefits?  Everything from Welfare to retirement benefits fall into this category.

Back to incentives:  the US Welfare state is an incredible incentive for immigrants to change countries.  As much as a disincentive Welfare is to entry-level workers, it is quite the stimulus to third-world people, sometimes fleeing abject poverty, political strife, and persecution.  Some are even criminals, both in their original and new countries.  What would the incentives to legislators be to allow this flow to continue?  Some want new immigrants for a new voting bloc, as most are perceived to want and vote for more government programs.  Some want new illegal immigrants as a near-slave labor pool, where companies can pay sub-minimum wage rates, usually in cash (or, with fake or stolen social security numbers).  The unavoidable stress illegal immigration puts on the US education, prison, medical, and ‘safety net’ systems is very real, and very expensive.  Once again, the US taxpayer foots the bill for all expenses.  And the taxpayer is a captive payor—incentives are not required.  Whether the taxpayer can continue to pay for all of the poor, disenfranchised, and persecuted people of North, Central, and South America remains to be seen.  That such unfettered immigration, coupled with a taxpayer-funded social safety net, is unsustainable is almost a dead certainty.

Presidential Conjecture

The following statements are pure speculation.  I have no ‘inside info’ to draw from, just my overactive mind, stacking assumptions upon assumptions.  That these wild-ass theories have even a smidgen of potential of happening in real life is a bit unsettling.  Consider this a work of plausible fiction.  Let’s dig.

It is January, 2016.  President Barack Obama is entering into the final year of his second term.  He knows the Constitutional limits of his office, but he really DIGS being in charge.  Keep in mind Obama’s background:  he really hasn’t had any real job exposure—he went from college to law school to community organizer to US Senator to US President.  He did a small stint as ‘visiting lecturer’, but that doesn’t even require putting together a class plan.  Barack has made his living, his entire adult life, talking.  But as President, things he says HAPPEN.  That is quite an intoxicating power!  He would love to extend it beyond his eight years in office, but how?

The presumptive Democrat candidate for President in 2016 is former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton (whom Obama edged out in 2008).  Other than Socialist Bernie Sanders of Vermont, there really is no competition for the nomination.  But a funny thing happened along the way:  Sanders has TONS of support, especially with the young, malleable voters that are completely ignorant of the systematic pitfalls of Socialism.  All they see is free stuff: healthcare, ‘living’ minimum wage, and forgiving of their largest future expense—student loans.  To the young folks, Sanders is a much more preferrable option than HRC.  The problem:  the big donors of the DNC are not about to set Sanders loose in the White House!  Sanders’ anti-wealth rhetoric is as disconcerting to the wealthy as can be—they simply cannot let him pay for his wild schemes, some with greater price tags than the entire yearly tax collections, by increasing THEIR tax burdens!  So, the DNC and Obama make the decision:  HRC will be the next President.  Sanders will be placated with whatever it takes to make him go away quietly.  And Obama can run his proxy third term directly thru HRC.  Perfect.

The GOP opposition is in complete disarray.  There appear to be dozens of folks in the GOP primary debates, from Senator Ted Cruz, to Florida Governor Jeb Bush, to NY real estate (and reality show celebrity) Donald Trump!  All of them have issues of one sort or another.  Cruz has very little likability outside of his home State of Texas.  Bush is so boring, he may fall asleep during his own speech!  And Trump is Trump—bombastic, caustic, and abrasive, with literally NO political experience.  Clinton should beat any of these ‘challengers’ handily, even though her likability factor is not high, her speech style is harsh and grating, and she seems to be not much more than riding the coattails of her ex-President husband.  Let’s just say that she isn’t the ‘ideal candidate’, and leave it at that.

The GOP primary is as crazy a season as ever.  After the dust settles, the GOP select that reality show real estate dude, Donald Trump as their candidate!  This is a complete wildcard, as Trump has never run for public office before.  The DNC has no idea what Trump’s campaign strategy might be, as he is a complete political unknown.  The DNC has a wild-ass idea:  pay for a smear-campaign ‘Russian dossier’ on Trump, using completely worthless source, Christopher Steele! Then the good news hits:  Carter Page is on Trump’s team!  The CIA uses Page as a Russian contact, but the FBI can work with that.  The FBI has a lawyer, Kevin Clinesmith.  He can ‘modify’ CIA emails to make it look like Page is NOT a CIA asset that deals with Russians!  That, along with the fake dossier, will be enough to convince the weak FISA courts to issue a wiretapping warrant.  Since Page is now considered a Russian asset (bogus, but the FISA court doesn’t know that), the warrant is issued.  FISA is allowed to issue such warrants if either party is considered ‘foreign’.  The underhanded dealings work, so the DNC is literally listening in to GOP phone calls!  This should be an easy election for the Democrats.

Except the DNC underestimates the public’s dissatisfaction with the entire political landscape.  Middle America (fly-over country) has felt flat-out ignored for the last several election cycles, and they are not happy about it.  Donald Trump plays directly into the anger of non-coastal America.  His brand of populism, focused on border security (“Build The Wall”) and America First (jobs and economy), is right into the wheelhouse of those voters who feel illegal immigration and offshoring jobs is the biggest problem facing them.  In spite of Trump rallies garnering packed houses, regardless of the size of the venue, the DNC still feels confident.  The double error of underestimating their opponent, and overestimating their candidate plays out—Donald Trump defeats Hillary Rodham Clinton, and is sworn in as the 45th President of the United States.

This completely thwarts Obama’s plans to control the Presidency via proxy.  Obama sets up a new office in Washington, DC, named Organizing For America (OFA), comprised of many of Obama’s former staffers.  They keep their same fundraisers, and contacts within and without government circles.  OFA allegedly instigates rioters from the moment Trump is declared winner.  Overturned burning cars, broken windows, and violence mar many large cities.  This will get worse over the next four years, as EVERY purported racial injustice will be blamed on the Trump administration, implausible as it may be.

Inside of government, the Democrat-installed functionaries work hard to create chaos.  The Steele dossier is ‘leaked’ to the Washington Post by FBI Director James Comey.  This is used as confirmation to the powers that be that a Special Prosecutor MUST be appointed to investigate Donald Trump!  So, the Mueller Probe begins, investigating not only Trump, but anyone that works for or has ever worked for Trump.  Over two years and $30M later, the probe admits they have NOTHING on Trump.  Behind closed doors, Democrat Congressmen admit, under oath, that they never had evidence against Trump.  But publicly, those same Congressmen kept the mainstream media breathless with accusations and revelations that the downfall of the entire Trump criminal enterprise was about to collapse!  This story and storyline dominated the news cycles for the entire two plus years of the investigation.  The fact that it was patently false had no bearing, as it served its purpose:  to discredit the Trump administration, and distract from any good results Trump’s policies may cause.

And there WAS good news:  Trump’s tax rate cuts, especially for business, created an economic boon that had not been seen in decades—unemployment rates for nearly every minority sector were at or near historic lows.  GDP growth rates exceeded 3%, after Obama had declared 1% growth ‘the new normal’.  Many manufacturing jobs, over 400K of them, repatriated from elsewhere back to the US, several due to improved tax treatment.  Minority leaders were declaring Trump the best President for their specific communities in many years.

But while the Mueller Probe was distracting much of the US, Obama and the DNC decided to play the long game, and NOT have a repeat performance!  Trump’s re-election campaign must fail, at all costs.  Obama so badly wanted to reign with Presidential authority, all avenues must be pursued.  So, the DNC took a political autopsy of the 2016 election, and determined where they went wrong.  Solid Blue (Democrat) States could be counted on, no matter what.  Solid Red (GOP) States were likely still out of reach for the DNC.  But, the swing States, the ‘battleground’ States, those normally Blue States that Trump won in 2016—THOSE will be the Democrat target efforts!  In those States, especially States dominated by large urban areas (MI by Detroit, WI by Milwaukee, Virginia by suburban DC, AZ by Phoenix, NV by Las Vegas), a plan was hatched.  Buy Dominion voting machines and software—they are easily manipulated, and can ‘generate’ as many votes for your candidate as needed.  Remember the demographics:  carry the urban centers by large margins, it doesn’t matter what the other counties do, your guy wins that State.  Make sure that the people running the precincts in those key areas are Democrat loyalists—they may be required to do some shady things on election night to hide the rule-bending.

Meanwhile, the Mueller Probe was an absolute dud.  No dirt could be found on President Trump, even after arresting some Trump loyalists, hoping to get them to flip on him.  No dice.  General Michael Flynn was railroaded into a guilty plea of lying to the FBI.  Roger Stone was arrested SWAT-style at 4am, even though he offered to surrender peaceably to whomever wanted him.  Neither would implicate Trump on anything.  The Probe did arrest and imprison Paul Manafort on an old tax evasion charge, but he did not flip, either.

By this time, it was 2020 Democrat primary season, to pick the candidate to run against Trump.  Once again, Bernie Sanders pulled the same enthusiastic support from young voters nationwide, for much the same reasons as 2016.  History repeated itself, as the DNC chose former Obama Vice President Joe Biden as the candidate, pushing Sanders to the side yet again.  Note that Biden had an incredibly unspectacular 47-year career in DC.  Biden withdrew in two prior attempts to run for President—once due to plagiarism of a campaign speech, once due to complete lack of support.  Biden is most famous for incredible verbal gaffes his entire career.  Biden even picked Kamala Harris as his VP running mate, even though Harris accused Biden of being a racist in the primary debates.  No matter, the ticket became Biden/Harris.

Just like the Democrat doctor ordered, President Trump was overheard on a phone call to the President of The Ukraine.  The gist of the call:  would the Ukrainians investigate Hunter Biden’s shady business dealings with a Ukrainian oil and gas company, Burisma?  The DNC cried that this was nothing more than a witch-hunt, to besmirch their new candidate.  This was the event the Democrat-controlled House of Representatives needed:  they immediately filed Articles of Impeachment against Trump, claiming ‘abuse of power’ and ‘obstruction of Congress’—neither of which are criminal acts.  The House filed the impeachment articles anyway.  The Senate, with one exception, voted along Party lines, for acquittal.  Still no damage to the Trump re-election prospects.

As if on cue, by accident or on purpose, while the failed impeachment process was running its course, the US was hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.  The immediate reaction to prevent widespread sickness and death was to close down the economy for two weeks.  The intention was to ‘flatten out the curve’, to avoid overrunning hospitals and staff nationwide.  The guidelines were severe:  limit gatherings to 100 people, then 50, then 10.  This effectively closed all sporting events, bars, restaurants, hair and nail salons, and just about all small businesses.  While these guidelines were advised by the President and his staff of experts, they were administered by the Governors of each State.  Trump declared a State Of Emergency, but that just makes it easier to allocate and disburse assets.  The initial two-week window turned into several MONTHS!  The net effect was to stop the economic boon that Trump’s tax policies started.  The US economy ground to a halt.  Unemployment skyrocketed.  More importantly, it gave the media another topic to blast Trump:  his handling of the pandemic.  Case and death tolls were on chyrons on many news channels and networks.  Some non-COVID deaths were reported as COVID-caused, even without testing the deceased.  Blue State Governors enacted more and more stringent shutdown orders, even as some Red States were opening back up.  Real pain was felt by the US population, and the blame was pointed at Trump.

Now we had the 2020 Presidential Election.  Due to the scare of COVID-19, Biden almost didn’t campaign at all.  He put a ‘lid’ on his activities most days, giving statements via videophone from his basement.  Trump continued to have stadiums-full rallies, with thousands of rabid fans in attendance.  The enthusiasm gap between GOP and Democrat candidates was obvious, with Trump support still quite strong, in spite of the dire newscasts of the prior four years—from the Mueller Russa Probe, to Impeachment, to COVID-19—Trump looked unbeatable.

States across the US used the COVID-19 pandemic to usher in acceptance of mail-in ballots.  Now, some States, like Oregon, have been operating with mail-in for years.  And absentee ballots, where the voter requests the ballot with identity validation information, have been in use for years, especially for deployed military and folks that are hospitalized or out of country on Election Night.  But in this case, ballots were mailed to everyone on the voter rolls, with zero ID validation.  Some of those folks were deceased, but the ballots were sent out anyway.  Many States waived even the most perfunctory signature check on incoming mail-in ballots.  This led to unheard-of voter participation percentages.  Where normal high participation rates were in the 50-60% range of registered voters, some States recorded 70-80%!  Some districts recorded more votes than registered voters, claiming a flood of same-day registrations.  These mail-in ballots were counted by Dominion Voting Services hardware and software.

Remember those swing ‘battleground’ States?  On Election Night, the US went to bed around midnight, with Trump comfortably ahead in EVERY ONE of those States!  If Trump carried MI, WI, and NC, there was no mathematical way he could lose the Electoral College to Biden.  All of the States stopped vote counting at midnight.  At 3:30am, they all resumed (for some reason)—but now, Biden overcame the leads Trump had in each State!  Biden was now ahead in every ‘battleground’ State!  Several of the key voting precincts somehow counted votes without the necessary (and legal) poll watchers present.  Just a twist of fate—the guy who did not campaign at all, did not really even have a specific platform, recorded the most votes ever for President in US history!  In fact, Trump also garnered the record number of votes, surpassed only by Biden in 2020.

Upon being sworn in as the 46th President of the United States, Joe Biden did something no other President ever had:  within two weeks, he signed FORTY-SEVEN Executive Orders!  By comparison, most Presidents sign between 40 and 100 EOs their first YEAR.  EOs are intended to be Executive Branch clarifications of law enforcement of existing law, not as a method of creating new law.  Note that the Democrats nominally control both the House of Representatives and the Senate.  One would think that President Biden could usher in more permanent laws thru both houses, and EOs would not even be necessary.  The net effect of Biden’s 47 EOs was to reverse all of the policy directions from former President Trump back to the era of former President Obama.  Now, if one were inclined to imagine that those EOs were pre-written policy that just needed a Presidential signature to enact, dictated in one form or another by Obama or his folks, then Obama could realize his dream:  run the White House via Joe Biden proxy.  Welcome to Barack Obama’s third term as President of the United States—the four-year interruption by the unexpected term of Donald Trump was just a mistake, quickly corrected.
