Conservatives Play Nice, Liberals Don’t Play
Feb 26, 2021 2020 Election, Obamacare, Second Amendment, Tyranny
If you are surprised by the insane, anti-American actions of the Democrat party after they won the Presidency, the House (barely), and the Senate (with a VP Harris tiebreaking vote), you simply have not been paying attention. For the same exact reason, the last time the GOP (nominally Conservative, but only by comparison) had this advantage, you didn’t see that reaction—there was no avalanche of Conservative legislation pushed thru into law because they could. I think I understand both dynamics. Let’s dig.
When Joe Biden won the 2020 Presidential Election, fairly or unfairly (opinions vary), it was one of two remaining hurdles to a Liberal monopoly on the Federal control of legislature. When both of the Georgia Senate run-off elections went to the Democrat candidates, fairly or unfairly (opinions vary), the last domino fell. Because of the aforementioned VP tiebreaker of the now 50-50 Senate, there was no dissenting voice regarding the Legislative Branch. If the Democrats want something, no matter how crazy or outrageous it is, they now can pass it. Barring GOP filibuster in the Senate, any simple majority issue will pass there, on a 51-50 vote, awaiting our Executive Order-pumping machine, President Biden’s signature. Ta-da—it becomes law! We have already seen that relying on the Supreme Court is a crap-shoot, at best. You will hear rumors of ‘moderate’ Democrat votes, but that is mostly just bargaining position for getting their ‘yes’ vote (I’m looking at you, Joe Manchin, D-WV). All of the anti-gun, pro-abortion, Climate Change, transgender, silencing of opposition views, Liberal wish-list is either already implemented via EO Joe, or will pass the Legislature shortly. Radical, crazy, not-supported-by-majority-of-voters stuff? Simply does not matter—Democrats play to WIN, baby. That is exactly how they passed Obamacare as a budget-resolution issue, only requiring a simple majority in the Senate. Forget that, as a HUGE money and tax bill, it SHOULD have originated in the House of Representatives. Forget that budget resolution issues were intended to be just that—budget issues. No, the Democrats saw an opening, and jumped straight thru it, with not ONE GOP vote in agreement in either house. It is now law, although the Trump Administration killed some of its parts. It remains to be seen if the Democrats will zombie those dead parts back to life. But the point is: they didn’t give a good damn about decorum, rules, ‘reaching across the aisle’, bi-partisan support, or any other nonsense they decry when any branch of the legislature is GOP-controlled. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANTED, TO HELL WITH ANYONE ELSE.
Now flip the script. When the GOP held the power that the Democrats now hold, what happened? The GOP finally got a change in the Federal Tax Code, lowering the tax rates for virtually ALL taxpayers, lower incomes more than higher, and a significant reduction in the Corporate Tax Rate. While that was a great piece of legislation that ushered in an economic boon like nothing in the last 50 years, it still came with the usual ‘tax breaks for the rich!’ admonishments from a complicit mainstream media. But putting that aside, what else did the GOP pass? Border Wall funding? Nope, Trump had to divert Department of Defense funds to get that done. Reduce the overall size of government? Nope, Trump had to sign a multi-TRILLION dollar omnibus bill, with enough pork to start a pig farm, just to return military funding to a usable minimum. Decrease the regulation quagmire? Nope, Trump did that via Executive Order, no Congress necessary.
If you see a trend here, you get it. The GOP does not HAMMER thru legislation when they get control of things, not on any level, compared to the Democrats. I think there are two reasons: first, I don’t think the GOP is as Conservative as advertised. There are too many ‘go along to get along’ GOP members, who campaign conservatively, but vote quite liberally. Second, the GOP horizon is MUCH shorter than the Democrats. The GOP think one vote, one session, one term at a time, as if they do not expect to hold office longer than that. The Democrats play the LONG GAME, baby! They have been plotting and planning for the above radical legislation for YEARS, if not DECADES, just waiting for the inevitable control of power to fall to them. BOOM! Done.
One other point, GOP. You are loved by the mainstream media and the Democrats in ONE scenario only: if you are bashing fellow GOP people or policies. That’s it. Return to the party platform, you’re back to Hitler. There are too many examples to cite, but one is a great view: John McCain. The ‘maverick’ from Arizona, who crossed the aisle so often, he may as well caucus with the Democrats. He was the darling of all of the Sunday morning talk shows! He veered so far from GOP points, he authored or co-authored bills that were pure Liberalism. Look up any law that begins ‘McCain-‘. So the media and Democrats loved him—until he ran for President! Instantly, he was back to Hitler! But, proving the point, as soon as he cast the deciding vote to continue Obamacare, he was loved again! The point being: Democrats, and their media pals will love you, if you act and vote like a Democrat. Period. Anything else, you’re a despicable person and officeholder, and should be a pariah among ‘civilized’ folks. This dynamic is completely unchanging, folks. So, my advice to the GOP: do what is RIGHT. You will be vilified anyway, but at least you did what you were elected to do. And, if you don’t change your horizon to match that of the Liberals, you may be legislated completely out of existence.
More Games In The Sham Impeachment
Feb 13, 2021 2020 Election, Commentary, Tyranny
The trial portion of the President Donald Trump impeachment was expected to wrap up today. Congressman Jamie Raskin of Maryland was not expected to call any witnesses. In fact, he indicated previously that he did not want to do so. All of the sudden, there is information that they need to get to the bottom of. There is a new, not new revelation from Congresswoman Jaime Herrera Beutler that Trump was aware of what was going on and refused to help.
The reason that this is not a new revelation is that she indicated this was her reason for voting to impeach Trump. She is one of only ten Republicans who did so.
This is not new. She said this for over a month now. If the Democrats had actually held a proper impeachment hearing they could have called her as a witness and asked her what took place. Instead, they rushed to judgement and now the impeachment managers are left to find evidence at trial. According to Herrera Beutler, Kevin McCarthy called Trump as the mostly peaceful protest was going on and told the President he needed to call his supporters off. When told by Trump that these were Antifa (Antifa involvement is something most news articles describe as discredited), McCarthy told him, no these are your people. It is then that Trump is alleged to have said “Well Kevin, I guess they are more upset about the election than you are.”
It looks like the Kavanaugh hearing debacle all over. Wait until you are ready to wrap up and see if you are losing. If you are, then call in a witness and bring new allegations.
Here are some problems I see.
It is possible this took place as described. Going on TV or sending Tweets would not have stopped any of the mostly peaceful protests. The people inside the building were not watching TV or reading tweets. Besides, when Trump did tweet that day Twitter removed his tweets. He called for calm and those tweets were removed.
Trump is not in charge of the Capitol police or the DC National Guard. Congress is in charge of the police and the DC Mayor is in charge of the guard. President Trump offered extra help in the days leading up to January 6th and was told no extra help was needed. Mayor Bowser said she had it all under control. Trump has a duty to act if the country is being attacked but when this went down it was nothing more than a riot, the same kind of riot that took place against the White House in the summer. The same kind the left refused help for and cried when pepper spray was used. A riot is under the purview of the police (and/or the National Guard).
Herrera Beutler has no first hand knowledge. Since the beginning when she asserted this incident as her reason to vote to impeach she has stated that McCarthy TOLD her what Trump said. She did not hear it for herself and has no idea what was actually said.
It reminds me of a joke where a Texas Ranger was chasing a Mexican bandit who had stolen a lot of money in a robbery. As the Ranger gained on him the bandit threw the money down an abandoned well. The Ranger caught up to him and asked where the money was but the Mexican bandit only spoke Spanish and the Ranger did not. A man was riding by and the Ranger asked him if he spoke Spanish and he indicated he did. He said ask this guy where he put the money. The reply was I am not telling. So the Ranger pulls his pistol and points it at the bandit’s head and says, tell him if he does not tell me, right now, where that money is I am going to blow his brains all over the desert then he cocks the hammer. The man tells him and the Mexican bandit says, in Spanish, tell him not to shoot, please, I have a family, tell him the money is an that abandoned well over there. With that the interpreter looks at the Ranger and says, he said go ahead and shoot he is not telling you.
Without actually hearing what was said (and understanding it) one cannot possibly give a first hand accounting.
They could call McCarthy but he did not vote to impeach and he has not made any statements, that we are aware of, that Trump said what has been reported.
Even if Trump said it that is not an impeachable offense. How could he possibly stop what was going on? I indicated earlier that if he went on TV no one would see it and no one was reading tweets but his were being taken down anyway.
Do we now impeach Obama because he incited Ferguson and did nothing to get them to stop? Do we impeach Harris and a whole slew of Democrats because they incited and encouraged riots all summer and then did nothing to stop them?
We have police officers to maintain law and order. It looks like the Capitol Police failed in doing that. Funny thing is when police departments were told to stand down and when politicians across the country refused to stop riots (and refused help from Trump) these were seen as good things. But let the police stand down in the Capitol and it is quite another.
As for the claim being made by the propaganda media that Antifa was not involved and this has been debunked, well you can add that to the list of other issues they have been gaslighting you on. Free and fair elections, no cheating took place, Joe Biden is not suffering from dementia, etc.
Antifa was there. Antifa started and instigated the riot. The video footage the House Impeachment Managers are showing as evidence was recorded by a member of Antifa and he happens to be one of the first people arrested in connection with it. There are videos of Antifa members changing out of Trump gear, rioting and then changing back into Trump gear. There were certainly supporters of the president in the Capitol. The video I saw of them has them walking around taking pictures like they are on a tour. The Antifa and others I saw were damaging things and causing trouble. That is not to say that some of the folks who were causing trouble were not Trump supporters. It was not ALL them as the left and its media wing would have you believe.
I do wonder though. What happens if the defense attorneys take depositions from people who were arrested that day or who were on film that day and they say that they were incited by [enter name of Democrat here]. Will the focus be changed? Will they go after that person?
After the beating the Impeachment Managers took yesterday, one that had Alan Dershowitz saying the defense had won the case, they had to come up with something. You can always count on them dragging a hooker or a reprobate, or someone less honorable like a member of Congress, from someplace and changing the focus on some invented act. None of that changes the fact that Trump did not cause it and he had no method to stop it. And if it was a riot, as was reported, it was up to the police and/or the National Guard to stop it.
They are trying hard but I doubt this will stop anything. I doubt they will get 17 people to convict when they have already said it was unconstitutional.
As for the four or five Republican Senators who voted to move forward with witnesses, your time will come. We will work hard to remove you from office and replace you with someone who has a spine.

Trump vs Biden
Jan 30, 2021 2020 Election, Political, Tyranny
Here we are…
For the entirety of the Trump administration, Liberals and their fellow-traveler media mouthpieces decried Donald Trump as a dictator, Putin puppet, agent of Russia, a billionaire for billionaires, a Hitler-wannabe, and much worse. He was deemed a ‘threat to our very democracy’ by many from the Democrat side of the aisle, so much so that they literally impeached him (with no mention of criminal conduct in the Articles of Impeachment). Trump was assumed to be a White Supremacist, a racist, a homophobe, and a sexist, that would end all of the ‘rights’ that every minority had obtained in the last several decades. It would be the very personification of ‘The Handmaiden’s Tale’. Well, now the Trump administration is history, replaced by the new Joe Biden/Kamala Harris administration. How does the report card look for the prior admin? How is the new admin shaping up? Let’s dig.
In spite of the incredible rhetoric mentioned above, none of it happened. After the multi-year, multi-million dollars Mueller Probe, not a single link to Russia or Putin was discovered. Zero. The media led viewers and readers to believe that ‘collusion’ was a crime, punishable by removing Trump from office. They breathlessly reported that the Trump downfall was imminent, in their nightly newscasts. Except it not only isn’t codified as a crime, Mueller couldn’t find a single instance of it. Epic failure: he served out his entire term. The party-line vote for punishment in the Senate for the impeachment fiasco didn’t end his term–only losing the election (fairly or unfairly) did so.
As a dictator, Trump was the worst in history: He donated his entire quarterly salary for his office to charities; he allowed nearly every media outlet the ability to bash him nightly, and none of them ‘disappeared’; he somehow managed to lead the Executive Branch for four years without rescinding a single ‘right’; he championed tax rate changes for nearly the entire tax base, rather than just for the billionaire class (but by capping mortgage interest and State Income Taxes, some folks tax bills did increase); the tax rate cuts, especially for businesses, led to some of the lowest unemployment numbers ever recorded, for nearly every minority sector; he championed international agreements to decriminalize homosexuality; his admin fulfilled a promise made but not kept by the last several Presidents—he moved the US embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem; his administration not only was the first since maybe WWII to NOT engage in new wars, they also brokered FOUR unheard-of peace deals between Israel and other Middle-eastern countries; Trump’s energy policies led to US energy independence for the first time in living memory; his administration had female, gay, and other minorities represented throughout, including two quite capable female Press Secretaries. Would a real dictator do ANY of those things?
Was it all positives? Not hardly. Even pre-COVID-19, Trump’s brash, in-your-face demeanor pushed many people away from him. His true-to-form New York businessman attitude, along with the associated braggadocio, was anti-diplomatic. His penchant for name-calling, especially as a method of counter-punching anyone that publicly bashed him, was felt WAY beneath the level of Presidential. His signing of TRILLION-dollar omnibus bills, along with tariff-heavy foreign policy, drove method Conservatives crazy. And the mixed reviews (real and imagined) of Trump’s handling of the COVID pandemic added to the ammunition of the media that already despised him, before he was even sworn in.
But now he is a private citizen again, enjoying his mid-70s down in his estate in Florida—although he was impeached by the House of Representatives again, this time for ‘inciting’ an unarmed ‘insurrection’. If that reads like an oxymoron, it is. The Senate will waste more taxpayer funds and time to adjudicate the latest Article of Impeachment, even though the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court—Constitutionally required to preside over such a trial—has refused to run that circus. The only intent here is to smear Trump’s legacy, and possibly prevent him from running for President again in 2024. Since the normal goal of impeachment is to remove the officeholder from his position, and he no longer holds office, it is the very definition of a ‘moot point’. The festivities continue.
What about the incoming, new Biden administration? In his first 10 days in office, Biden has signed or intends to sign, FORTY Executive Orders! Bypassing Congress, even though his party nominally controls both the House and the Senate, Biden seeks to reverse nearly ALL of the policies of the Trump admin. Everything from energy production to immigration to ‘transgender rights’, Biden has determined the best approach to right the wrongs (or temper the successes, depending upon point of view) of the prior administration is to do so via EO decree. Oddly enough, the media is mostly silent, as Biden is actually behaving exactly like the dictator they falsely accused Trump of for his entire term.
The folks in Democrat-controlled Congress are equally silent, regarding Biden’s EOs. In fact, they have made noises as extreme as silencing or criminalizing any dissenting opinions. They are seeking an environment where they would never lose power again: eliminating the Senate filibuster; adding ‘the right kind’ and number of justices to the Supreme Court to get their view of favorable rulings; ending the Electoral College method of selecting the President; Federal takeover of the States’ election process; adding Puerto Rico and Washington DC as new States, just to add more assumed Democrat Senators to the mix. Several of those topics are anti-Constitution, which should require an Amendment to enact, but they don’t seem to care much about that dusty, old, antiquated document. So, after claiming Trump was Putin, Biden and the Congress are currently impersonating Stalin and the Communist Party, respectfully. We’ll see if the remainder of the Biden administration continues this trend, or if the 2022 mid-terms change the trajectory. We live in interesting times.

Democrats Are Going All In On Tyranny
Jan 28, 2021 Commentary, Political, Tyranny
Chuck Schumer is urging Chairman Xiden to use a state of emergency to enact the Green New Deal. Schumer wants Xiden to declare this climate emegency and use the emergency to bypass Congress and do all the “wonderful” climate things they can.
They are citing the fact that President Trump used an emergency declaration to divert military funds to pay for erection of a wall on the southern border.
The invasion of our country by illegal aliens who bring disease and crime while consuming our resources, resources that Democrats willingly give to them, and they are a problem. Chairman Xiden has embraced them and is encouraging them to come here and be super spreaders.
So Schumer wants to bypass Congress in order to do things he knows will not pass otherwise (things that are not for an actual emergency). He told Rachael Maddow:
“Now Trump used his emergency for a stupid wall, which wasn’t an emergency. But if there ever was an emergency, climate is one.”
I only want to add this, the reason Schumer and his ilk think the influx of illegal aliens across the southern border was not an emergency is because they welcome illegals. Illegal aliens are new Democrat voters, they are usually dependent of government for welfare which Democrats gladly give them. Democrats are ALWAYS generous with YOUR hard earned money.
Walls, according to Schumer and the other mindless drones of the collective, are not effective and are [insert your usual racist xenophobic term here] and are a waste of money.
Unless, of course, they are erected to protect Democrats from imagined threats. When it comes to their safety, guns and walls are very effective.
If you suffer because of this as in if you lose your job to an illegal or you lose your job because of their climate change fanaticism, if you lose out because their actions have negatively affected you then I feel sorry for you.
Unless you voted for them. Then I hope it destroys you and takes you to the brink of extinction so you will never be this stupid again.

Crazy Times
Jan 20, 2021 Commentary, General, Immigration, Law Enforcement, Opinion, Satire, Tyranny
Are you a ‘normal, red-blooded American’? Are you tired of every single problem, real or imagined, in the country blamed on you? Are you up-to-here with being called racist, homophobic, xenophobic, sexist, patriarchic, deplorable, or whatever the Liberals decide is an appropriate description of you (even though they don’t know you at all)? Have you had enough of ‘learning’ that the United States of America was not only BUILT upon slavery, but slavery is the only reason for its existence? Or maybe your ears will bleed if you hear one more time that rich, White, European business tycoons get wealthy or extend their current wealth on the backs of the poor and destitute of all races here? Have you been told that everything from math to proper English, to Climate Change, is the result of racism? I may have an answer to all of the above! Let’s dig.
First, please understand that I am aware that what I am about to propose is an insane idea. That, had I not been mentally abused by the nonsense in the first paragraph for literally decades, I wouldn’t have ever entertained such nutty policy suggestions. I hail as a Constitutional Conservative, very much right-of-center politically. I’m normally a live-and-let live guy—almost Libertarian in thought. Other than protecting children, I think most people should have the opportunity to screw up their lives in whatever method they choose, so long as it doesn’t infringe on the rights or property of others. On the other hand, I feel very strongly that, if I’m going to be constantly accused of some crime, regardless of lack of evidence of said crime—or even if I have exculpatory evidence that I absolutely did NOT do the crime, I am going to DO THE CRIME! If I’m guilty and will incur punishment either way, might as well! So, I have a radical idea: take the Liberals’ accusations to heart.
Therefore, effective immediately, we should turn the US into the country the Liberals think we already are. Pendulums swing, and it is time to swing that bad boy in the opposite direction than its current path! As stated above, the US is accused of being so many awful things, so it is time to implement that which we are already guilty of, by our critics!
Dissenting opinions will be tolerated—once. You get your say, as our 1st Amendment allows for. But once stated, anything further is just agitation. We, as a country, don’t want it, don’t need it, and it serves no positive purpose. So, such opinions are now reason for the Ejection Clause below.
Calls for ‘racial equity’ end NOW. This is a meritocracy, and will continue to be so. Anyone wishing to give preferential treatment to any particular race will be subject to the Ejection Clause below. Note that all minorities are still welcome in the US—as are all productive people. Those that make a living by perpetuating the sins of the distant and near past are no longer welcome. Take that particular show on the road. Anywhere but here.
All history textbooks that depict the US as a country founded upon racism and genocide are GONE. No problem telling the story of the US as a factual presentation, but adding the author’s opinions, based on current modes of morality and society, is not only erroneous, it paints the US in a poor, incorrect light. It stops now. Authors of said view will be subject to the Ejection Clause below.
The US has carried able, non-productive people for decades, via our Social Safety Net. This ends now. While we will continue to provide assistance for people in-between jobs, it will no longer be a lifestyle. If you are able to work, you will work—or be assigned work. Don’t like the assigned work? Get a job in a role you like. All Welfare and unemployment compensation will have an end date. Unemployment will be issued based upon real attempts to become employed. Past that date, person will be subject to Ejection Clause below. Note that this section does not cover mentally or physically disabled people. We will use funds recovered from the idle able to implement true care facilities for those that simply cannot function well in society alone. And we will continue to honor our promises of Social Security to those that paid into the system. We will provide food for children and those that need—not money. We will distribute basic foods, relieving our surpluses. Do not like the food available? Get a job. Anyone else, see Ejection Clause below.
Congress will return to its original boundaries and intentions. All spending will only be allowed under Constitutional enumerated powers. The position of Congressman will pay zero salary, with an appropriate expense account that is subject to audit by a citizen committee. Violation of oath of office is terms for immediate office loss, and subject to criminal prosecution. Income taxes will be replaced by a national sales tax. Changing the sales tax rate requires a super-majority of States to ratify. There is no longer a reason to field an IRS, other than to audit sales tax collections, and prevent black market avoidance of sales taxes. There will no longer be a yearly tax filing for individuals—such private information is no longer shared with government. Corporate income taxes, that are currently passed on to consumers, go away completely. Since the ‘progressive income tax’ and ‘corporate income tax’ are gone, Congress no longer can play favorites with the tax code, also removing their ‘fundraising’ hammer. Lobbyists will continue to be legal, via 1st Amendment, but the first dollar that changes hands between lobbyist and Congressman is grounds for criminal prosecution of both parties. ‘Redress of grievances’ will no longer be a monetary transaction. Don’t like the new rules? Don’t run for Congress. Note: voting will be with verifiable ID, in person. The ONLY exceptions are deployed military and hospital patients. Voting will occur from 7am to 7pm, local time zones, only on Election Day. If it isn’t a priority to go to the polls, stay home. Voting machines, if used, will only tabulate votes. Any other function is an attempt to defraud that election, and will not be tolerated. Every voting machine will pass an audit, and must retain all pertinent information for future analysis.
College professors will teach their subject matter. Period. Any attempt to insert political views where unwarranted will be grounds for Eject Clause below. College degree programs will be indexed by anticipated income potential for each specialty. Pre-med, pre-law, IT, engineering, etc. will be full tuition cost, but teaching degrees, and most degrees ending in ‘Studies’ will cost less, in anticipation of the degree holder’s ability to pay. The entire Student Loan program will be reevaluated, top to bottom, every 10 years.
Public sector unions will disappear, effective immediately. With no one representing the funder (taxpayer) at the bargaining table, these negotiations were always political stimulus. Pay will be based upon performance, like any other job in the US. Anyone attempting to change that environment will be subject to the Ejection Clause below.
Our immigration policy is now quite simple: enter thru designated areas. Folks who desire entry will be assessed physically for disease—those failing are denied entry. They will be assessed for their work habits, desire to assimilate, and skill sets. If there are unsatisfactory answers to those queries, they will be denied entry. The US is not responsible for anyone outside of its borders, and we will decide who can come in. Period. Another new rule: new immigrants will be put on a new database, with the sole purpose of verification of good citizenship. In addition, new immigrants will NOT be eligible for any Welfare programs for 5 years, and will not be eligible to vote for 10 years. Our Border Wall will be complete, and our temporary VISAs will be monitored. Overstays and those that avoid proper procedure for entry will be subject to the Ejection Clause below.
The penal system will work into this process. Career felons, with emphasis on those dangerous to society, will serve their sentences as prescribed. Repeat offenders will be subject to the Ejection Clause below. Minor offenses will not be dealt with as severely, but will be tracked for repetition. Those that decide that rioting, looting, arson, and mayhem are appropriate methods of political protests will be immediately subject to the Ejection Clause below.
The Ejection Clause. Mentioned many times above, this is the centerpiece of the new US, that will be run as heartless as it has been accused for decades. Simply put, anyone subject to the Ejection Clause will have six months to get their affairs in order, then will be escorted out of the US. Part of the six-month window will be to pick the country the person wishes to land in. Paperwork to make that happen will be attempted. If their first choice of country isn’t available (or doesn’t want them), the next available country will be chosen for them. Once ejected, the person is forbidden to re-enter the US for 10 years, and even then, it is by application only. All who are ejected get added to a new database. Attempt to re-entry prior to or without application will put that person on a ‘do not allow’ list. This entire process should make everyone happy. The gist of the issue: you don’t like the US, and how it is run; we don’t want you here. Those here will contribute to the economy and advance the history and traditions of the US. So, now we are the mean, whatever-phobic country that everyone accuses us of. Except we will gladly allow anyone productive, of any physical or minority status, to prosper here.
