Obama Opposes First And Second Amendment

Barack Hussein Obama is against the First and Second Amendments to the United States Constitution and he denying the use of one to silence information about the other. Barack Obama has held anti gun views throughout his political career. He favors bans on handgun sales, bans on most hunting ammunition and bans on many of the rifles and shotguns we use to participate in sport. Make no mistake about it, despite the nuances and lies of the campaign, Obama has a history of opposing gun ownership. His support of the Heller decision runs counter to his claims of supporting the DC gun ban. Obama will say anything now that he realizes that he needs the gun clingers to win this election.
So, in order to win Obama will trample on our rights. It has been previously reported that the Obama campaign has been working with law enforcement in Missouri in order to harass people who say things about Obama that are considered to be a lie. This is illegal and reflects the kind of tactics one would expect from a Communist leader, not someone who wants to be the leader of a FREE country. The Obama campaign is taking its suppression of rights two steps farther.
Obama’s lawyers have sent letters to broadcast stations in Ohio and Pennsylvania criticizing them for airing an NRA ad that they claim is full of lies (but is demonstrably full of true statements) and covertly threaten the broadcast license of the stations if they continue to air the ad. The Obama campaign is threatening the First Amendment right of the stations as well as the NRA (and therefore its members) in order to suppress Obama’s threat to the Second Amendment. The ad (embedded in this post and placed in my sidebar) demonstrates Obama’s threat to the Second Amendment and Obama does not want those who bitterly cling to their guns to see it. I encourage all bloggers who support the Second Amendment to put the video up on their blogs, Obama and his lawyers be damned.
Yes Barry, this is a reason not to vote for you. You found that out and are trying to use thuggery to suppress the people but it won’t work.
These thuggish acts are right out of the Chicago politics playbook and portray an ominous future in an Obama administration where people’s Second Amendment rights would be under attack as would those who dare to write or say anything about the “Dear Leader, Obama.” I doubt however, that the rogue leaders of the world would pay much attention to a letter from Obama’s lawyers expressing dissatisfaction over words used to describe the Dear Leader.
Barack Obama and his thugs are liars, they are miscreants who use strong armed tactics to run roughshod over people who disagree with them. Well screw them. We will not allow them to take away any of the rights enumerated in our Constitution. I took an oath to protect this country against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC. Obama is a domestic enemy of our Constitution (who keeps company with domestic terrorists in this country) and we must stop him at all costs. The first method is by opposition to him and his lawyers and their demands, peacefully at first and then escalating to whatever level is necessary to stop the assault.
The second way is to ensure that this Communist is not elected to the presidency of this country. If that becomes a reality our rights will be under further assault.
And we will not allow that to happen no matter what we need to do to stop it.
For a guy who claims not to be a Muslim he sure acts like them when it comes to people saying or writing things he does not like.

Obama has gotten so used to the main stream media defending him for so long, Obama responds to any opposition by trying to stifle free speech. Obama is trying to weaken America, by taking away our rights to bear arms, by weakening our military, by getting rid of our nuclear weapons, by blocking offshore drilling, by making nice with our enemies, and by proposing an economic policy which will bring us to our knees. If Obama gets elected, within four years, America will be a third world country, at the mercy of tyrants around the world.
What is wrong with you? What part of “we will not take away your guns” did you not understand? And as for “taking away” the first amendment I have two words for you: Sarah Palin.

D, Which part of all his statements against gun ownership are you having trouble with? Obama is anti gun. He has held the position of banning them and imposing strict gun laws.
His words and his votes tell the story. How did Palin take away the First Amendment? Did she encourage supporters to flood radio stations, did her attorneys write letters to have ads pulled, and did she work with law enforcement to have people charged with crimes for saying something bad about her? No, that was all Obama. If they arrested people for saying bad and untrue things about her the entire Obama campaign and MSM would be in jail.
Hey Obama. The Alien and Sedition Acts were rescinded in 1800. Your knowledge of history is as woefully ignorant as your running mate. It is constitutionally legal to say whatever we want about you. This is not Kenya.
I respectfully asked you to delete my comment and forget it was ever posted as I have no wish to argue with you. Not only have you clearly refused to do so, you have used me to spew more of your poison.
I cannot argue rationally with someone who accuses a candidate of violating first amendment rights and then tells his readers quote: “People would do well to remember they have no rights here. All decisions are mine and you can cry about the First Amendment someplace where it applies.” I know you’re not the one running for office, but this still smacks of hypocrisy. You clearly have no compunctions about twisting definitions in a way that is most convenient for you.
Do me a favor and don’t reply to this. I posted here against my better judgment. I won’t do it again.
D, let me educate you. The First Amendment says that government shall impose no rules that abridge free speech. I am not the government. Arresting people for doing so is a violation of the Constitution, what I decide for my site is my business. You have no right to free speech at work. If you are told not to talk about something and you do, they can fire you.
I pay for the server here and I own the url therefore I can make the rules. The government is not allowed to do that.

So, as your quote points out, the First Amendment does not apply here. It is this cut and run philosophy that gives liberals the tag of coward.
1. Obama challenges the 2nd Amendment … The Right To Bear Arms.
2. Obama challenges the 1st Amendment … The right of Free Speech.
Obama pressures all media who accepts NRA advertising.
3. Obama wants a Civil National Security Force … with the same budget as the Pentagon.
So, Obama does not want any opposition, so he stops Freedom of Speech.
Then, to make any opposition defenseless, he wants to take away our right to bear arms.
Next, he wants a Civil National Security force to put down any insurrection.
Sounds like the stepping stones to a leftist dictator taking over this country.

If you try to prevent radio stations and television stations from playing adds against your campaign, threatening to sue them is a tactic against the first amendment. Obama is as Anti American as Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
I don’t think Obama will support Israel, and I think he will try to distort the first amendment to fit his ideas. No First Amendment, what can you say? Look at the second amendment real close because we may have to use it to take America back.
