Pennsylvania Racists

John Murtha stated that his home base of western Pennsylvania is full of racists and that will reduce the number of votes that Barack Obama receives from that area. John Murtha, the guy who dishonored our Marines, is calling the people in his area a bunch of racists and that is why they will not vote for Obama. It could not possibly be because they disagree with his political viewpoints like his desire to take away the guns they so desperately cling to.
This is the tact the left has taken throughout the campaign. If you don’t vote for Obama then you are a racist and to them it is that plain and simple.
It does not matter that people might be opposed to Socialism. It does not matter that they might be opposed to “spreading the wealth” in the income redistribution plan Obama desires for America. It does not matter that they might be pro life and opposed to abortion, especially late term and partial birth abortions, something Obama is comfortable with. It does not even matter that they might be opposed to allowing infants to be left to die after an unsuccessful abortion, a position Obama holds regardless of how he tried to spin it.
No, all that matters is if one does not vote for Obama then racism must be involved.
Western Pennsylvania is full of good, hard working people who value life and freedom and they will decide who to vote for based upon the issues and not the color of a candidate’s skin.
In addition to not voting for Obama the people of Murtha’s district can do itself, the military, and our country a great favor by not voting for Murtha. He needs to go and he needs to go now. Let’s get rid of him and his unethical ways and replace him with a good and decent person.
Look for the race card to be played over and over for the next two plus weeks. Barack Obama believes that middle America clings to guns and religion because it has no understanding of the differences among the people of our nation. Perhaps it is time that Americans stopped clinging.
Stopped clinging, that is, to career politicians who have ruined our government.

I find it funny that any time somebody mentions racists voting you come to their defense saying something like “that’s not the only reason people oppose Obama” as if racists don’t exist and that they won’t be a factor.
Murtha didn’t say that’s the only reason they won’t vote for Obama but to deny there are racists in regions like that is like arguing that water is never wet.
I can picture you back in the day with Murtha. “I think desegregation is going to pass, but I don’t think it’s going to be a runaway,” Murtha said. “I think it passes in Pennsylvania.”
And you come to the defense: “It doesn’t matter that white people may not want to drink from a water fountain that coloreds drink from. It doesn’t matter that white people may not want to sit at the same lunch counter with Negroes. No, all that matters is if one does not want desegregation then racism must be involved.”
Racism is a factor and it will affect the vote. How much? We won’t know, maybe ever. Why do you go to such lengths to deny it and continually smear anybody who mentions racism as a factor?
Adam, I again remind you that it was the Republican Party that ended slavery and passed civil rights. It was Republicans who have always fought against racism. Democrats have a long history of opposing civil rights.
How is it you can defend a man who categorically labels an entire group as racists? He did not say there will be some racism involved he said western Pennsylvania (which means the entire region) is racist. If he had said there are some racists there it might be one thing but he labeled an entire group just like he labeled a group of Marines as murderers.
Yes, there are racists in this country and here is a clue, they come in both black and white. Many black racists will vote for Obama because he is black. I have not heard Murtha condemn them.
Dems and Mass Media have created this nasty atmosphere by not interviewing it’s past. They have given it a free ride and we can’t do anything about it. They occupy and own the news channels that indoctrinate with their filty Socialist, Elitist proproganda.
I went to Vietnam only to come back to the likes our Ayers and others, who only have the guts to kill innocent babies and plant bombs. They are afraid to do any real fighting.
Anyway, I was talking with a friend of mine from Atlanta and he said he and his father would join a rebellion against these socialist and would take up arms to do so.
You know I am 62 years old and I too would join such a rebellion.
We need to take our country back from the likes of these elitists, verging on Communists.
Question: What is the difference between a Communist and Barack Hussein Obama?
Answer: VERY LITTLE!!!
The Russell Brigade has responded. See here:

Your saying to yourself “Make sure we bring up slavery and maybe they won’t bring up the Southern Strategy!”
The Southern Strategy? You mean the strategy that was attributed to Nixon but was not his? You mean the one where Republicans exploited racist Democrats who were upset with Johnson for voting FOR civil rights?
Democrats have a long, long history of racism that continues today.
Tsk, tsk…
The only people to bring up rasism in this race are the Democrats and in particular Barrach Hussein Obama. They feed off this, raping the poor finanically and morally.
Guess how many of the innocent babies are black. Over 50% are black. It’s the hidden agenda of Dems. To kill the defensless.
OVER 50% OF ABORTED BABIES KILLED ARE BLACK. NO ONE TALKS ABOUT THIS, ESPICALLY DEMS.
So, following the far left “logic,” does this mean anyone not voting for McCain is racist against white people? Huh? Huh? Bueller? HUH?
Seriously, yes, there are people out there who would vote against Obama because of the color of his skin. But everyone that votes against him? Hell no. I, for one, am not voting for Obama because he didn’t support the surge; advocated cut-and-run from Iraq; is an overall limp-wristed weenie when it comes to fighting terrorism; has no actual experience; has done virtually nothing in his entire political career; makes no real effort to “reach across the aisles”; has an extreme position on babies that survive abortions; helped protect Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, which helped create the current economic mess; flip-flops on almost every major issue; and outright lies when he gets caught doing that. Oh, here’s one that does relate to racism – Obama and his campaign accuse anyone against him of being racists.
As for Murtha, the guy’s a pinhead. Makes me glad I live on the east side of PA.
It is sad Big Dog that you keep having to explain the obvious. I supsect the vast majority of people voting against Obama are doing so because of his politics, not his skin color. There are some racists on both sides voting strictly on that issue. I think the majority of folks doing that are Democrats. I’m personally voting against him because of his Socialist beliefs. My Father died when I was 15. My mother was a school teacher in West Virginia. I got drafted during the Vietnam War, spent 2 years, got out and went to work doing electrical construction. I went to college, medical school and did a 3 year residency in New Jersey. I’ve been in solo Family Practice in a small town in Georgia for 22 years. It’s been a hard road. I had bypass surgery 6 years ago. Still working hard. I fall in the class that Obama wants to tax higher to share my money with people not interested in working hard like that. Can anybody explain that to me. A graduated tax is unconstitutionl in the first place, under the 14th Amendment and possibly others. We’ve worked hard for over 200 years trying to establish equality everywhere except for how much money you make. This country was founded on freedom, not the idea of let’s all put our money together and share it. Obama is mixed up on the number of states in the country. Maybe he also is mixed up about what country he is running for President in. China maybe? By the way, my hat is off to you Kim for your service. I did not get sent to Viet Nam.
What I have seen so far in this campaign is-,It is right to be racist black on white ,but unforgiveable if it appears to be white on black, why?
The same rules apply in South Africa today, and it is just a matter of if you dont aggree with a black supported viewpoint, then you are a racist..if you are white.
BLACK and WHITE are are being REALISTIC ,if you cannot see this you live in a dream world and surely COLOUR BLIND.
