If It’s Brown Flush Him Down

Former Maryland State Police Superintendent Marcus Brown was installed as the acting head of the Pennsylvania State Police and waited to be confirmed by the PA Senate. The vote on Monday was not in his favor and he was not confirmed for the job.
Several Republicans crossed the aisle to support Democrats in their vote to confirm but there were enough Republicans left to vote him down 26-22.
Brown is a liberal anti-gun statist who totally supported Martin O’Moron’s unconstitutional gun laws. Brown was in charge of the MSP and oversaw the background checks and the concealed carry permitting process. He toed the party line on issuing permits so people of Maryland were denied their constitutionally protected right to keep and BEAR arms. During Brown’s tenure there was also a months long backlog in approving firearms purchase applications. Many people were waiting 6 or more months in order to get cleared to pick up the firearms they had purchased.
The law allows them to be delivered if the decision by the MSP is not returned in seven days. Most firearms dealers did not do that because Brown’s MSP made it clear that they should not despite the law.
Brown was in an appointed position paid for by the taxpayer. He was unable to honor his oath and follow the Constitution as he was more interested in keeping his head planted firmly in O’Moron’s rectal cavity.
PA Democrat Governor Tom Wolf was informed by Republicans that he should submit a new nominee but it looks like the approval process in PA is a formality or something so Wolf left Brown in the position of acting boss.
Democrats urged Wolf to resubmit Brown’s name but Wolf has not decided whether he will do that.
Marcus Brown should not be in the police force he should be running the security of a communist nation. His name is more appropriate for the kind of policing seen in those kinds of countries.

Why Shop At An Unsafe Mall?

The Mall of America has a policy that bans guns from its premises. Law abiding citizens are not allowed to carry firearms on the property (or at least inside the mall itself) but this policy will do little to stop lawbreakers from entering the mall with firearms and causing all kinds of destruction.
There are threats from terrorist groups where lone wolf terrorists have been asked to attack malls in the US and the Mall of America is on the list of targets. The solution the mall has come up with is for the law abiding to leave their firearms in their cars or at home thus making them sheep.

What will the mall do? It might hire private security or police officers might be assigned to the property. Neither is effective. Hundreds of law abiding gun owners with their guns are a much more deadly foe than cops or security guards scattered throughout. Besides, wouldn’t it be better if the cops were out patrolling the streets?
The mall has basically told would be attackers that the place is a shooting gallery and invited them in. If it had instead published that it wants and encourages gun owners to carry on the property would be bad guys would think twice before attacking. Bad people do not like to attack those who can and will fight back. They like to pick the weak and unprotected. This is why mass shootings happen at places where guns are banned like malls, theaters and schools.
You have never seen a mass shooting at a gun show.
My suggestion is to avoid the place and any other that does not allow people to exercise their right to keep and bear arms. If you are not able to protect yourself then you will not be safe. The government and private businesses are unable to protect you and if you are harmed they will not take responsibility for your injuries.
If enough people stay away from the mall to cause it financial distress and cite the gun ban as the reason the mall’s management will quickly change its mind. If not then a lot of anti gun folks will shop there in their deluded world where they think they are safe. Let them be the targets. Stay home or shop where you are encouraged to carry your firearm.
America was founded by people with guns and our history includes armed people ensuring their own safety and the safety of their neighbors. Instead of being the Mall of America perhaps it should be the Mall of un-American Values…

Yes Virginia, There Is A Grinch

The State of Virginia decided to elect ultra liberal Terry McAuliffe as its governor and the blame for this can be placed on the liberals up north in the state. These are the people who moved from DC and Maryland to escape the ruin of liberals only to fight for the things they left behind (and thus bringing ruin to their new digs).
McCauliffe is beholden to the anti gun crowd and Michael Bloomberg because of the money that poured in to get him elected. So now Terry is working to restrict gun owners.
Terry wants to reinstate the one handgun a month purchase limit that previously existed though there is no data to show that such a measure would provide any enhancement to public safety. There has not been a gun problem since the limit was removed. The only thing that happened is that Virginians had more freedom.
Terry also wants to have vendors at private gun shows run background checks and for the state to revoke the concealed carry permit of any parent who is delinquent in child support payments (which is not a violent crime by the way).
Fortunately, Virginia has a Republican controlled legislature so these measures will likely die a well deserved death.
But Terry has to try because he is in bed with the anti gun crowd.
Maybe the Virginia Legislature can remove funding for the armed guards who protect McAullife.
If he hates guns so much he certainly should not be forced to have armed guards walking all around him.
Remember, liberals are not anti their guns they are anti your guns. The elitists want their guns and armed guards so they have a fighting chance when the products of their liberal philosophies attack.
They want you, on the other hand, to be defenseless. That is another way for them to force people to depend on government.
And they know it will keep you from having the means to fight their tyranny.
Fight back Virginia. Don’t let this liberal puke take your rights away.

Gun Grabbers like Their Own Guns…

Liberals love to infringe on the Second Amendment right of the people to keep and bear arms. While it might appear as if liberals hate firearms the truth is they only hate YOU having firearms. They are perfectly happy to have their own firearms or body guards who have firearms. They are much too special to be put in danger.
How many liberal politicians have claimed that we need gun control or told us that no one needs certain types of firearms or that no one should be carrying them only to be exposed as a firearms owner and, in many cases, the possessor of a concealed carry permit?
Missouri State Senator Jamilah Nasheed is one such politician. She has been labeled by the NRA as anti gun and has sponsored bills requiring a gun owner registry. She has also been involved in other anti Second Amendment legislation.
This hypocrite was protesting in front of the police department in Ferguson MO and was arrested. When she was arrested police found a 9mm handgun in her possession. She stated that she had a concealed carry permit.
In addition the police suspected her of being intoxicated because she “smelled strongly of intoxicants” but she refused to take a breathalyzer test.
I have no problem with this woman having a carry permit and actually carrying a firearm. She is covered under the Second Amendment just like the rest of us. I have an issue with her carrying that firearm if she was intoxicated but that is a different issue and only speculation since she did not submit to the test.
What I do have a problem with is that she is a liberal gun grabber who wants to make it tough for the rest of her state’s law abiding citizens to exercise the same right she exercises.
She is like Bloomberg who is anti gun but has armed guards. Ditto for Martin O’Malley, Rosie O’Donnell, and Barack Obama. Then there are folks like Nasheed who are anti gun but have (or had) permits. Dianne Feinstein and Chuck Schumer come to mind.
Liberals love to make rules so long as they don’t have to follow them.

Oh Yee Of Little Integrity

DEMOCRAT and anti gun politician Leland Yee of California is in a bunch of hot water. He was arrested by the FBI after an undercover operation caught him trying to traffic firearms in exchange for campaign donations. He was indicted on 26 March 2014.
Yes, you read that right. A DEMOCRAT who worked to ban firearms labeled as assault weapons, who worked to ban lead ammunition, who wants background checks for people to purchase ammunition and who is against law abiding Americans owning firearms was caught in an undercover operation where he was working to traffic illegal firearms.
Reports indicate that Yee helped get firearms (and missiles) valued from half a million to 2.5 million dollars into the hands of a Muslim separatist group. Other reports indicate this group is a terrorist group.
It appears as if Yee was aiding terrorists.
I guess Yee is OK with terrorists having firearms (and allegedly ammunition) just not law abiding Americans.
It looks like we need to have a universal background check on people running for office and that check needs to be as tough as the one people purchasing firearms have to go through.
As for Yee, he should use the Obama did it defense and call it Fast and Furious II…
