Biden Will Do Anything To Help…

But he won’t do that.
When the election was stolen and Chairman Biden was placed in the White House the nation was involved in a government induced economic downfall (not pandemic induced) that was on its way to recovery as Donald Trump worked to get things opened and people back in their jobs.
Trump was working on making his valid claims of election fraud while Biden, who along with his Vice President elect, worked on getting the vaccine that they swore they would never take. They were a few of the very first people to actually get it even though they blasted it as snake oil from Trump when they ran. For the record, I am not a fan of the vaccine and will not get it. I will wait for a vaccine that uses a more conventional, tried and true, method of immunization.
I digress. While Biden was running he told liberal groups he was going to shut down fossil fuels and he told the general public he never said that and it was a lie. In a debate he said Trump was lying when Trump said Biden would be harmful to our energy independence and that it would cost jobs and fuel costs would go up.
Within a day or so of taking office Biden took actions that removed our energy independence and ceded our energy strength to foreign nations. Tens of thousands of American workers lost their jobs as Biden and his hard core communists denied that it was so.
The liberal media, enthralled with having anyone but Trump, even a demented old fool, at the helm were all atwitter with joy as Biden slashed one thing after another.
Now there is a problem. OK, there are plenty of problems like the illegal alien invasion Biden and his people are allowing to happen. They are bringing disease and will suck up jobs while the Democrat Communists work to give them legal status and allow them to vote, but that is a discussion for another time.
The problem is that as more and more people go back to work and as more and more people are out traveling the glut of oil we had is diminishing and since Biden slashed all our initiatives (while approving those for Russia) we have less oil. With more demand the price of gasoline is going up. It is more than a dollar per gallon over last year’s price. A lot of people, even some hard core liberals, are balking at the increase. Couple the gas price increase with the Biden Inflation and the pain at the pump is felt by many.
Now I don’t really care if anyone who voted for Biden has to pay more for gas and I don’t really care if it causes them to have to eat cat food. They voted for it and they should have to suffer for it. But the rest of us, those who voted for the actual winner of the election, should not have to pay more. It looks like Biden (more likely his puppet master) is seeing the damage, not to people or the country but to the left’s chances of holding on to Congress. Rising gas prices (among other things like the out of control invasion of illegal aliens) is cited as a reason many experts expect the GOP to win big next year.
So what is a demented old fool to do? Well, he will beg OPEC to produce more fuel so the price will go down and we can import it from them. Seems to me we would have been better off producing our own and keeping the price low that way. Joe’s drug addled son Hunter worked for an energy company. Surely with all that experience he could have told the Big Guy to keep it at home.
Then again, the recent admission by Hunter Biden in another sex tape of his, that his laptop was stolen by Russians (his third laptop to be compromised) is probably why Biden approved the Russian pipeline. Remember though, Trump was the one compromised by Russia. By my count the Bidens are compromised by AT LEAST Russia and China.
We now have the leader of the US begging for oil. According to an unidentified official:
The president recognizes that gas prices can put a pinch on the family budget,” a senior White House official, who asked not to be identified told CNBC. “He’d like his administration to use whatever tools that it has to help address the cost of gas, to help bring those prices down. ~ Gateway Pundit
He will use every tool except:
- Reopen energy development in ANWRAllow the Keystone XL pipeline to proceed
- Remove the ban on developing energy on federal lands
- Reopen the sale of energy leases in the Gulf of Mexico
- Allow energy development in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico and Alabama
Glad to see he is so committed.
Those are all things Biden shut down, things Trump told you he would do. Biden denied it and said you can trust him because when he says something he does it. The guy has a history of lying but people trusted him because he was not Trump. Those people deserve to pay higher prices and to live in boxes under bridges.
Joe Biden and the Democrat Communists are rapidly destroying this country. I think if the American Patriots do not have an intervention soon we will be another footnote in history.
IOW, our Founders would have been shooting by now.

John Roberts: The Umpire Strikes Out

There is no doubt Chief Justice John Roberts is an intelligent man. He can cite and discuss legal cases without notes and he is well versed. These fact make his two decisions in the Affordable Care Act (previously known as Obamacare but now to be known as SCOTUScare) quite perplexing. Roberts basically rewrote the law and twisted logic as well as stepping out of his area of responsibility to ensure that the law formerly known as Obamacare survived.
When the ACA was being forced on us the Obama Regime said that the fee for not getting insurance was a penalty and NOT a tax. Obama chided George Stephanopoulos when George said the penalty seemed to fit the dictionary definition of a tax. Of course Obama was lying then because he knew it was actually a tax.
But the Regime called it a penalty and defended it as such to the public. The Democrats called it a penalty in the law and told their constituents that it was not a tax. Mr. Gruber, the POS who helped with this said it had to be called a penalty or it would have never passed and that the Regime depended on the stupidity of the public to get it passed.
When the Regime went to court it argued that the penalty was really a tax for the purpose of arguing in court and that anything to the contrary was just silly.
Despite overwhelming evidence John Roberts sided with the left wing of the court and rewrote the legislation to make the penalty a tax and within the authority of Congress. He upheld the law by legislating from the bench.
Fast forward to now. There is a portion of the ACA that says subsidies will only be available to those who get insurance from exchanges established by the state. There is absolutely no doubt whatsoever that this sentence means the individual states. This is how it was intended and the Democrats along with Goebbels Gruber even told us that it would be in the best interest of the people if states set up exchanges so that the people could get subsidies. Given the straight forward language and what they said there is no doubt what it was supposed to be. This sentence was the subject of a Supreme Court case and once again Roberts sided with the liberal wing and rewrote the legislation. Roberts read the minds of those in Congress (Democrats only) and concluded that they really meant that state and federal government.
Roberts disgraced himself and his court and his legacy will be one of failure. I do not like the left wing right wing idea of a court. Courts are supposed to be impartial and rule on the law. Roberts made himself a legislator along with the lefties and rewrote the law to once again save Obama.
After Roberts knelt before Obama and pleased him there is no doubt now how he will vote on gay marriage. This issue should be left to the states and Roberts made a big deal of states rights when he was nominated but he will vote with the rainbow crowd and swallow hard for Obama.
It seems to me that Roberts must have been neglected as a child. His parents probably did not love him and daddy was probably never around. Roberts appears to need the approval of others and he seems to go out of his way to get the approval of Obama, his closet lover.
John Roberts once believed, or at least he said he did, that the judiciary was there to interpret not to make up the laws. Roberts basically stated that it is not his job to play the game or make the rules but to make sure those playing the game are following he rules. He did that when he compared judges to baseball umpires: “[I]t’s my job to call balls and strikes, and not to pitch or bat.”
Roberts has gone from being just the umpire to also being on the rules committee. Instead of just making sure others follow the rules he is now changing them to suit his master’s needs. Indeed, the umpire has struck out.
Justice Scalia put it most succinctly when he stated in his dissent (it is well worth your time to read the dissent. Scalia basically spells out how it should work in a legal and logical way and he holds little back with regard to how he views his colleagues in the majority):
Under all the usual rules of interpretation, in short, the Government should lose this case. But normal rules of interpretation seem always to yield to the overriding principle of the present Court: The Affordable Care Act must be saved. Court Ruling
Scalia is correct. This court has a mandate and it is to protect and save the law now known as SCOTUScare. Obama put Kagan and Sotomayor on the court because they are not jurists they are activists. They do not care what the Constitution says or what is lawful or right as long as their liberal views and desires are taken care of. They are there to ensure the liberal agenda (I should call it the Communist agenda since Jarrett and Obama were raised by Commies and are commies themselves) is upheld the law and the Constitution be damned. Add those two to Buzzy Ginsburg, Breyer and wishy-washy Kennedy and you have the make up of a court that ignores the rule of law. When Roberts joins the mix it equals the downfall of society and the furtherance of communism.
God help them all when the day comes for them to be held accountable. It will be quite unpleasant indeed.

Obamacare Is NOT Failing

Wayne Allyn Root explains quite well how Obamacare is not failing because it was designed to destroy the economy and enslave more people to government.
Root points out that Obama is a disciple of Saul Alinsky and as he goes through the list of what is happening and how it is by design and he points out that the tipoff that all of this is by design is the left calling the patriots terrorists.

Barack Hussein Obama LIED

And he is now lying to cover the lie…
There is no getting around the facts and the facts show that Barack Obama lied to everyone about being able to keep insurance plans and doctors. As Marc Thiessen points out, Obama’s people knew the statement that if you like your insurance plan you can keep it was a lie. Obama and his regime took the decision to keep telling the lie in order to get Obamacare passed and in order to keep momentum while it was being implemented.
Barack Obama is now out telling people he never really said if you liked your plan you could keep it. He is telling people that what he really said was if you like your plan and it has not changed since the law was passed, well then you could keep it.
This is a lie to cover up the first lie and that is ALL that it is. Obama lied to people on nearly 30 occasions when he told them that if they liked their plan they could keep it. He did not provide a caveat. In fact he emphasized his statement by adding the word PERIOD to the end. The truth is he made the statement and he made it an absolute by adding the word period to the end. He further stated that no one will take it away NO MATTER WHAT which further cements the statement as an absolute.
“If you like your health-care plan, you’ll be able to keep your health-care plan. Period. No one will take it away. No matter what.”
Is there any way that any reasonable person could listen to this and conclude that there were ways to lose a plan that was liked? Is there anyway a person who heard this would think well I might lose my plan if it changes?
The answer is no because Obama and his team decided to lie in order to get what he wanted and to keep Obamacare rolling.
Let me be clear again, Barack Obama LIED. He did not misspeak, he did not make a mistake he was not in error, he LIED, PERIOD and the fact he lied will not change, no matter what [he now says] (see how I did that).
His people knew that Americans would lose insurance coverage and Obama knew that people would lose coverage. They decided to lie about it.

Democrats are entirely responsible for Obamacare so they are just as culpable as Obama for the lies. Not once did any Democrats stand up and tell us that Obama was not being truthful. None of the Democrats who are now pushing for a delay to Obamacare’s individual mandate stood up and supported that when Republicans wanted it during the budget negotiations. The refusal of Democrats to speak up led to the government being shutdown. The Democrats who shutdown government for political reasons while neglecting constituents are now calling for a delay to save their own careers. Keep that in mind when you vote next November.

We now have Democrats pushing for a law that basically says if you liked your insurance you can keep it despite Obamacare. These Democrats are pushing to solve a problem that they helped to institute. They are pushing to do something to help the millions of people who are losing their insurance despite Obama’s promises because they are worried how it will affect them in next year’s election.
Here is a question for you. If Obama always said that you could keep your plan if it has not changed (which he is now claiming despite the evidence to the contrary) then why would Democrats need to introduce legislation to allow people to keep their plans? If Obama was above board then all of this should not matter.
Answer: Obama LIED and he is now trying to cover the lie with another lie. Democrats in Congress are trying to cover their asses by introducing legislation to undo what Obama swore would not happen.
The sad thing is that there are still members of the media who support Obama and cover his lies. The sadder thing going on is that there are people in this country who still believe Obama and now believe him when he says he never told them they could keep their insurance PERIOD. They believed the old lie and now they believe the new one.
Here is what Obama should have said:
If I like your insurance you can keep it.
It would have been accurate. It would have reflected what Obama and his people knew all along and isn’t that how tyrants are supposed to talk anyway?

We Need To Ban Video Games

When someone uses a bomb to blow up a building we go after the bomber not the bomb. When a person uses matches to light a building on fire we go after the arsonist and not the matches. When someone drinks and drives we go after the drunk driver and not the car or the alcohol.
For some reason though, when someone uses a gun to commit a crime we go after the gun. Not only that, they go after the guns of all the people who had nothing to do with the crime.
When I wrote for some reason above I knew the reason and you know it as well. They use incidents of violence with guns to go after guns because they want to disarm all of us. Gun control is not about the gun it is about control and government knows that if it can disarm its citizens it can control its citizens.
This is why we have a Second Amendment. Despite the stupidity of people like Andrew Cuomo of New York the Second Amendment is not there to protect hunting or sport shooting. It is there to protect the population from its own government and any other that tries to attack us.
Make no mistake about it, our Founders protected our right to keep and bear arms so that we would never be held as slaves under a tyrannical government. We would always have the ability to fight our government should the need arise.
This is not a radical idea as our Founders did just that to gain our freedom.
But gun grabbers want to disarm everyone. I know they claim otherwise with nonsense terms like “common sense laws” and such but their plan is to incrementally impose more and more bans until we are disarmed. Places like Maryland are already well along in the anti gun, gun ban, confiscation scheme. Communist Governor Martin O’Malley and the Democrat idiots in the legislature have passed gun laws that are unconstitutional and will hopefully be negated by the Supreme Court (though one can never tell with the outside influences blackmailing justices).
In any event, the shooting at the Navy Yard elicited the same visceral response we have come accustomed to. The immediate reaction of the gun grabbers was to call for more gun control. The reality that the shooting took place in a city that has strict gun control on a military base with strict gun control has not even dawned on the people who are so hell bent on enslaving us that they were screaming for more gun control while the dead bodies were still warm.
Barack Obama lamented that we are once again dealing with this kind of tragedy. I will shoot his words back at him. We are once again dealing with you exploiting a criminal to disarm non criminals. You danced on the bodies of the dead children in Newtown and you are dancing on the dead at the Navy yard.
The narrative was the same in the media as we were bombed with stories of an AR 15 and assault this and assault that.
Turns out the gun used was a shotgun and the pistols used were taken from the guards who were shot. Not to worry, the media came to the rescue like they did when George Zimmerman turned out to be Hispanic instead of white (and thus became the new race of white Hispanic) and invented the new AR 15 shotgun…
We are now finding out that the shooter had a real problem with mental illness and that it was reported months ago but not acted upon by the very government that wants to disarm you for the deeds of the shooter. It also turns out that this guy would spend up to 18 hours at a time playing the Call of Duty video game. It is reported that the game took him to his dark side.
In other words, the video game influenced this mentally ill man to act on his inner dark side. Thus, he sneaked a firearm onto a post and went around shooting people like in the video game.
So now that we know this is it safe for us to conclude that we do not need to ban guns we need to ban video games? The game caused the problem and made this man shoot others. In order to stop this senseless violence we must have the following:
- All people who want to buy a video game must be 21
- All people who want to buy a video game must pay money and submit an application with a set of fingerprints
- All people who want to buy video games must sign a release for a medical and mental health records check
- All video games must no longer be capable of being played longer than 2 hours in a 24 hour period. This is our ban on high capacity video games
- Anyone who purchases a video game must wait 3 days before picking it up so a background check can be completed
- No one can buy more than one video game in a 30 day period
- Online video gaming will no longer be allowed so we can close the internet loophole
These are a must because there are millions of people out there using video games. These games cause people to turn violent and result in death. It is not the person, it is the game and you should never forget that.
We must do this…
…for the children.
However, in keeping with the spirit of Barack Obama’s tenure video games may be given to terrorists.
Yep, Barack Obama wants to infringe on our right to keep and bear arms and wants to impose even tougher restrictions on law abiding citizens while at the same time he has waived the law disallowing us from sending arms to terrorists so he can arm the Syrian Rebels.
Think about it folks, Barack Obama trusts terrorists with firearms but does not trust you with them.
And he knows the terrorists would fail the background check. That is why he waived the law…
