Liberals End Run The Second Amendment

The Second Amendment protects a preexisting right. It does not grant a right and it does not allow for caveats. It states that the right (a preexisting condition) to keep and bear arms shall NOT be infringed.
The liberals who are against gun ownership and who do not like the Second Amendment are working overtime to develop ways to ignore it and confiscate firearms from law abiding citizens. We have heard all their schemes. They want background checks (which we have and that many of the people who did bad things passed despite their questionable background. Chalk one up for government efficiency) to ensure only the right people have firearms. By right they mean the government and its enforcement agencies.
They want all firearms registered so there is a database of firearms and who owns them. They tell us that will allow them to track firearms recovered during criminal investigations and help with law enforcement but the reality is it will allow them to track people, see who has firearms and then target those people. It will make it easier for the government to confiscate firearms when that directive is given. Does anyone put it past Obama to issue an Executive Order mandating they be turned in?
The Nazis required firearms registration. Part of the information gathered was what religion the gun owner was. Then when Hitler decided to eradicate Jews he had THEIR firearms confiscated. No longer able to resist the Jews were rounded up and murdered.
Places like New York have registration requirements and they have a database of firearms owners. But there are plenty of ways for government to collect that information. Has anyone gone to the doctor’s office and been asked if there are firearms in the home? What does that have to do with your medical treatment? The VA asks veterans if they have firearms and doctors are paid a bonus to adjudicate people as mentally deficient so their guns can be confiscated. It is a scheme designed to do an end run around the Constitution.
In New York and Navy Veteran and former police officer had his firearms confiscated and pistol license terminated after he sought treatment for insomnia. He was diagnosed as having mild depression and insomnia (keep in mind everyone gets depressed throughout life and bouts of transient depression are different than a clinical diagnosis of chronic depression). The clinical notes clearly indicate he is not a danger to himself or others but his visit was shared with the State police who then notified the local Sheriff.
The Sheriff confiscated his guns.
This is why registration is dangerous. They will make up laws to use the database to disarm people and in this case they even violated their own law to do it.
Do not divulge to your doctors that you own firearms. If you are in a place where they make you register (like Maryland, a state that says it is voluntary but requires you to sign the voluntary registration to receive the firearm) then do not seek treatment for anything that might get your guns confiscated (obviously if you are having a real mental health issue you need to see a doctor) because they will find a way to take your guns.
If your doctor asks about guns tell him it is none of his business and ask how it pertains to your care.
As an aside, Obamacare provides for them to ask but specifically states that none of the information will be used to establish a database. Looks like they are violating that law as well.
Democrats put that in to circumvent the Second Amendment and they have been working on many clever things to get your guns.
They are evil people and leaders like them are the very reason our Founders felt it necessary to protect this preexisting right.

Make No Mistake, Obama Wants To Confiscate Firearms

Barack Obama will tell you he supports the Second Amendment and he will tell you he does not want to confiscate your firearms but he is a liar. Barack Obama is lying about firearms related incidents by telling people that these incidents are off the chart. Well they are but they are off the bottom of the chart. The number of firearms related incidents is down and are now at their lowest in over 20 years.
[note]Obama says he wants common sense laws for gun control. He wants what he thinks is common sense to be imposed on a constitutionally protected right. Interestingly, he is against any restrictions on abortions. It is all about control.[/note]
Even Washington DC has seen a decrease in murders by firearm.
Interestingly, these numbers are down despite the huge increase in firearms ownership and the large stockpiling of ammunition. These numbers are down even though many states are shall issue states and some do not require a permit to carry a firearm either open or concealed. These numbers are all going down.
Except in places like Chicago where gun control is alive and well. In that city people are murdered with firearms all the time. They are murdered with firearms that they are not allowed to have.
How could that possibly happen and how could places where the Second Amendment is not infringed upon have lower firearms related incidents? How could DC have a drop in firearms related murders?
More guns equal less crime. Criminals do not want to try bad things in places where someone else might have a firearm and might actually use it. In DC the Heller decision seems to have given criminals pause.
The availability of firearms in free (or freer) places keeps crime down.
It is not gun control and it is not any kind of scheme where people are restricted as these schemes always lead to more firearms related crime. Once again, look at Chicago (and for that matter any place run by liberals where gun control exists) and you will see what happens.
Criminals simply do not obey the law.
Barack Obama is upset that Congress will not work on gun control measures so he has decided that he will do all that he can through executive action. Obama will circumvent Congress and the Constitution in order to infringe on a constitutionally protected right.
And his actions will not involve registration and background schemes. No, Obama will look for a way to ban and confiscate firearms. He has already given support for that kind of law.
Obama praised Australia’s gun laws that took effect after a mass shooting. Australia banned most types of firearms and confiscated them. There are still plenty of firearms related incidents in Australia (how can that happen when gun have been banned and confiscated) but that is beside the point. Obama praised Australia’s gun law and part of that process was the confiscation of privately owned firearms.
Obama would love nothing more than to confiscate all firearms but not because he thinks that will make us safer (people are not safer in so called no gun countries). He wants to confiscate guns because they are the means to resist tyranny.
Obama knows that he could not push too far (though the compliant media and testicle lacking Congress let him get away with too much) so long as people have the means to fight back. The standoff at the Bundy Ranch showed what well armed people can do to tyrants from the government.
The article in National Review is spot on when it indicates that Obama cannot praise the Australian Law without praising the mass confiscation program.
Obama envies the Australian government because it confiscated firearms. He wishes he could do the same and might just try some variant via executive action.
We need Congress to reel Obama in and stop him from his lawless acts. He is far more dangerous to this country than citizens with firearms.
Citizens who, by the way, will never allow their firearms to be confiscated…

Who Are The Extremists?

Governor Cuomo of New York has rushed through anti gun legislation that infringes on the Constitutional rights of all New Yorkers. In the wake of the Newtown mass murder, where a nut broke dozens of existing laws to murder school children, anti gun zealots like Cuomo danced on the graves of the victims to push their agenda.
The people of New York who are not inclined to break the law and are not inclined to use their guns illegally have been targeted in this round of Constitution shredding. None of the provisions in the new law will stop what happened in Newtown from happening in New York.
This has not fazed the Governor who has decided that he has the duty to trample on the rights of the people. He has erroneously stated that these common sense measures (none of which contain anything close to common sense) are supported by the majority of the people. This is a lie. Liberals love to repeat lies over and over because the longer they repeat them the more people believe them to be true. Any poll that shows a majority support is biased and had questions designed to get answers desired.
And now the registration part of the law begins. People with firearms designated as assault weapons (a phony name) have from now until 15 April 2014 to register them. Registration is the first step in the process of confiscation. This has been the case in nearly every country that eventually banned and confiscated firearms. The most notorious example would be Hitler’s Nazi Germany where firearms registration led to confiscation and the eventual extermination of millions of people, most of whom were Jews.
I doubt many people will rush to register their firearms but if they do those will be confiscated the next time some person breaks the law and murders with a firearm.
The murders will take place, Cuomo or his liberal replacement will scream for gun bans and then use the lists of registered owners to confiscate firearms from those who broke no laws.
Cuomo calls those who oppose such things as an extreme element. I ask which is extreme, those who support the Constitution or those who work to ignore and violate it.
Cuomo and his anti gun zealots are the true extremists. They are the ones who are doing things counter to what our Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land, states.
Cuomo and his ilk will only turn a great number of law abiding citizens into criminals.
Or as I prefer to call them, the resistance, patriots all.
If you can, just move out of the state. Let it die a slow death.

Seizing Our Pensions Will Cause Civil Unrest

If you want to see all 435 members of the House and the 100 members of the Senate impaled on pike poles as their bodies slide down in agony until their torture ends in death ala Vlad The Impaler or if you want to see these same 535 members of Congress hanging from light posts around DC while birds peck at their lifeless bodies then let them go ahead with their plan to seize private pension plans to pay off the union and public pensions.
Yes, our government is considering confiscating the money we have in our 401(k) plans and the redistributing it in a more fair manner. On top of that they will impose a 5% payroll tax on everyone and that will go into the retirement fund to pay everyone a retirement. This would be on top of the Social Security we already pay for.
In a nutshell, under the GRA system government would seize private 401(k) accounts, setting up an additional 5% mandatory payroll tax to dole out a “fair” pension to everyone using that confiscated money coupled with the mandated contributions. This would, of course, be a sister government ponzi scheme working in tandem with Social Security, the primary purpose being to give big government politicians additional taxpayer funds to raid to pay for their out-of-control spending. If these people have a death wish for this country then they should press ahead with their plans to take money that we saved and decide who gets it and how much. Then they should press on and force higher income workers to pay much more into a system that will never pay back what they put in.
This will lead to massive civil unrest and there will be nothing standing between Congress and the people with the pitchforks.

If this happens and Americans do not end it quickly then we will deserve what we get.
The Congress needs to know we will not waste time with the courts and that we will not negotiate. If they steal OUR money, the money we have worked hard and saved FOR OUR OWN RETIREMENTS, then we need to replace them as our Founders did.
And if that is to harsh for them then they need to reconsider.
Because we are done playing games.

The Golden Rule

The Golden Rule is basically, the one who owns the gold makes the rules which might explain why two moron members of Congress will be holding hearings on the gold industry. Henry Waxman and Anthony Weiner (an appropriate name if ever there was one) want companies that sell gold to disclose what the resale value of the gold would be.
The government does not like individuals owning gold. In the 1930s the president signed an Executive Order making it illegal to posses gold after a certain date**. People foolishly turned their gold into the government and they lost a fortune in value. A person who owned 100 ounces of gold back then would have about $2,500 in gold which would be worth about $120,000 today. People were robbed of their future wealth and their possessions by the government.
Now Weiner and Waxman are concerned about the new gold rush. But is their concern for those who are buying the gold and how they might get ripped off or is it for the people who act as spokespersons for the gold companies? There is a fairly long list of conservatives who pitch gold for various companies. Waxman and Weiner do not like that and while they might feign indignation because they are worried the ignorant public is being duped, they really appear to be going after the conservatives who make money hawking ads for gold.
These two morons are also concerned that the people who are selling gold are fear mongers stirring up the public and making the rubes believe that things are worse than they really are. The real problem is that things are worse than they are being portrayed. Gold is the only real hedge against inflation and we will have inflation. The government cannot keep printing money without causing inflation.
Gold is the hedge against that inflation and was one of the precious metals that backed our currency until the government decided not to have our money backed any longer. So it makes sense that people would want to buy it.
So while these two morons ignore the real problems and focus on gold and the people selling it, it might be a good idea if people did what they thought was prudent and ignored these bumbling morons.
If you decide to buy gold just keep in mind that the government will illegally confiscate it if it decides to and if you are not smart enough to keep them from knowing that you have it.
**To make this clear the government made it illegal to own more than $100 worth of gold. Later that was tightened by certain licensing restrictions. People could not move their gold because of the restrictions. History
