An Election Changes Everything

The Democrats have been spending like there is no tomorrow and they, along with Barack Obama, are getting us close to the point where our debt will surpass our GDP. This did not bother them as they were forcing things down our throats because they mistakenly believed they had a mandate to do the things they wanted. When they saw the resistance from the American people they still went balls to the walls and forced their agenda on us anyway.
But now that November is approaching and the polls show they could lose a lot of seats (some say they will lose both chambers of Congress), they are curtailing their prolific spending. The Democrats, with tacit approval from Obama, have shelved agenda items that will add huge amounts to the debt. They are even neglecting their duty to have a budget because they are worried about how voting on a big budget will harm them in November.
They did not listen to us before but they are listening now because their jobs are on the line. If they get voted back into office they will go right back to their out of control spending. In fact, if they win they will spend even more because they will believe that they were given a mandate for their past spending.
We need to vote this scum out of office and replace them with people, Republican or Democrat, who will show some fiscal sanity. We need people who will put the brakes on the radical Obama agenda.
Progressives are also on the attack but they are upset because they want even more spending. They are mad that Obama and his Democrats have not spent even more money to give the base, the non producers in society, more of what the hard workers earn. Progressives want more seats in Congress so they can push for more and more redistribution of wealth.
These cretins are jealous of those who have achieved something in life and want to take it away. They want Obama and his jack boots to redistribute OUR money.
It is time to end this insanity and put an end to liberals, the progressive movement, and the radical Obama agenda.
We can do that by throwing all these bums out in November.

I Thought Democrats Were For Privacy

The House voted to allow the DNA of people to be taken from them if they are arrested even if they are never convicted of a crime.
Millions of Americans arrested for but not convicted of crimes will likely have their DNA forcibly extracted and added to a national database, according to a bill approved by the U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday.
By a 357 to 32 vote, the House approved legislation that will pay state governments to require DNA samples, which could mean drawing blood with a needle, from adults “arrested for” certain serious crimes. Not one Democrat voted against the database measure, which would hand out about $75 million to states that agree to make such testing mandatory. cnet
The politicians who voted for this believe that it gives law enforcement the tools it needs to fight crime and it will help solve cold cases. That is a bunch of baloney. This is nothing more than the government allowing more interference in your life. People are arrested all the time and released when it is discovered they did not commit the crime or there is not enough evidence. Some go to trial and win the case. Why should their DNA be drawn from them in these cases? If it is drawn then why should it be kept? What allows them to run the DNA of a person against a database to solve cold cases when that DNA was obtained from people not guilty of a crime?
What happened to the Democrats who got their panties in a wad when we wiretapped people suspected of terrorism? What happened to the so called party of privacy? What happened to standing up for people against the tyranny of government.
I have no problem with the government taking DNA from people convicted of crimes. I have a real problem when it is taken from people who have not been found guilty of anything. The problem with collecting any information is that it is seldom used in the manner stated. The information from the Census has been used in the past to do some nasty things like find Japanese Americans and lock them away. The military collects DNA and the stated and written reason for the collection was to identify remains. However, military DNA has been searched in criminal cases and used against the people who provided it for identification in the event of their death.
If the military was only going to use it to identify dead service members then why does the military keep the DNA after people leave the service?
Never trust the government and never trust the Democrats when they talk about their support for our privacy. They want control and they want it in all aspects of our lives.
Perhaps we should collect the DNA of all politicians and run it against the national database to see how many love children are running around. Maybe we can use it to identify the ones whose epithelial cells are all over bribe money…

Democrat Women Become Targets

Wow, I hope the use of the word target in the title does not cause progressives to become apoplectic. I would not want them to get visions of violence and start having fits about how language might incite people to do bad things. Not to worry little libs, the only violent people are on your side and the radicals in Islam.
Feminism is a movement that started a long time ago when women burned bras and demanded to be treated the same as men. Then when they were in the workplace and subject to listening to men talk they filed suits for harassment. The radical part of that movement has been largely associated with liberal women and their love the one you’re with, I can do it better, don’t hold that door for me attitudes. I bet the founders of that movement wish they had kept those bras so that their navels would not be between their breasts.
Women demanded equality. A noble cause to be sure but anything can be carried to extreme. I hold the door for people behind me no matter who they are and I have never had another man tell me he did not need me to hold a door for him. I can’t say the same about a few women I have encountered along the way. The problem is that some of these very people who demand the equal treatment whine when they get it.
Sarah Palin is a person who unites a lot of people. She either unites conservatives who agree with her or she unites the liberal/progressives who oppose anything she says and are afraid of her because she gets attention and she can influence races involving their beloved candidates. They claim not to fear her but they go out of their way to lie about her, attack her and her family, and to attack anything involving her. They do this because she scares them.
So Palin has set her sights on several Democrats in the upcoming election. She is working on getting them defeated and they don’t like that too much. Yes, several of the ones she has picked to defeat are women and they are not too happy about it.
Now it makes sense to say they are not happy. No one would be happy about being targeted for defeat but these women are upset because she is attacking other women. They feel that women in Congress get along pretty well regardless of party and that Palin, a conservative feminist, is not doing the feminist movement any good by going after the sisterhood of women. You got that? They are upset because she is going after women who have worked so hard to make it in a man’s world and that is just terrible. Women should not treat each other this way, boo, hoo.
Perhaps these women would care to chime in on how well the women in Congress get along and demonstrate how well Michele Bachmann is treated by Nancy Pelosi. Pelosi has made Bachmann the number 1 target of the Dems so I don’t see much love and cooperation there. Certainly there is not as much as the Fem-Dems claim.
Let me help them out. Listen up ladies, you all wanted equal treatment and this is what you are getting. Palin has a number of males on her list so you are treated the same as any other Democrat who needs to be removed from office regardless of sex. It is your equal treatment so quit your whining. If you don’t like it then work hard to stop it and work hard to get reelected. Work hard to dispute what Palin and her supporters will say about you and your record. Run on your abilities and your leadership. If what you have is good then you should be reelected.
Whining about another woman targeting you is not effective and does little for the feminist movement you claim to defend. It makes you look like the weaker sex. It makes it look as if you can’t handle the same heat as the men. It makes it look as if you want it both ways, equality but special treatment when it benefits you.
Buck up ladies because Sarahcuda has you in her cross-hairs.
Oops, there I go again with that talk that Bill Clinton thinks could incite violence. Funny Clinton’s name came up.
The feminist reaction to his antics helped them lose a lot of credibility.

Oil Waivers Still Flowing
The Obama regime issued a waiver for the oil rig that exploded and spilled thousands of gallons of oil into the Gulf. The government had a plan in place to handle it but did not have the equipment needed to carry out the plan even though it has been in place since 1994. Not to worry, the regime has issued 27 additional waivers for oil companies in the Gulf.
Since the Deepwater Horizon oil drilling rig exploded on April 20, the Obama administration has granted oil and gas companies at least 27 exemptions from doing in-depth environmental studies of oil exploration and production in the Gulf of Mexico. McClatchy
Maybe these waivers have something to do with all the money Obama has gotten from companies like BP…
Obama Rode In On A High Horse But Is Now On A Pony
Looks like Obama rode into Colorado during the Democratic Convention looking like a Greek ruler who could take the world and now will lose seats in that state because of his policies:
Republicans are now well positioned for a statewide resurgence, threatening several Democratic seats in the midterm elections and raising questions about whether the opening chapter of the Obama administration has eroded gains that Democrats had been making here for the previous six years. Seems that a lot of people are waking from the contact buzz they had with Mr. Hope and Change and are beginning to realize he is just another hack politician who cannot do what he said but is pushing us toward Socialism. The November elections will be key to stopping him.
More Bad Election News And News Of Diminishing Support For Democrats
Obama might lose the seat Murtha held as people become even more disgruntled with Democrats. If the May 18th special election is close, even if the Democrat wins, it will be a statement because the district is 2:1 Democrats over Republicans. Alan Mollohan of West Virginia could be in trouble as well. He has been around for quite a while but might be unemployed come November.
To top it off, Obama has lost half the support he had among Jewish voters. He went from 78% to about 40%. Looks like this traditionally Democrat voting block is seeing the light and is now realizing that Obama does not really care too much about Israel. He is more concerned about the Muslim countries than he is about our only ally there in the Middle East.
Obama Derides Modern Electronics And Access To Information
Barack Obama lamented the modern electronic devices that provide 24 hour news coverage and tons of information. Obama said these things were distractions and made people focus on minute things rather than the important ones.

First of all, this is amazing since this regime is full of people who know how to throw a lot of BS around in order to keep people from getting too far in the weeds on the important stuff. Second of all, Obama claims that he does not know how to use any of this stuff but I find it hard to believe. One thing is for sure though, he knows how to use his Blackberry, which he is addicted to.
And let us not forget that Obama advertised in video games during the last presidential election.
Looks like things are getting pretty dicey for the Democrats. People are waking up. Also looks like Obama is learning what it is to have a real job with real pressures. I wonder how long he will keep blaming Bush?

Harry Reid Sexes Up The Senate

No one in his right mind thinks of sex and soon to be FORMER Senator Harry Reid but Reid introduced sex into the debate on Wall Street reform. The Democrats, who get more money from Wall Street than Republicans, want to impose restrictions on Wall Street to keep another meltdown from happening and to keep the taxpayer from paying for more bailouts. The bill will not do that but that will not stop the Democrats.
Yes, the people who put the rules that caused the meltdown in place are making more rules.
Of course the left likes to paint Republicans as being in the pockets of the Wall Street executives. Sure, there are some but Wall Street is deeper in the pockets of Democrats.
Harry Reid tried to paint the Republicans as being in bed with Wall Street:
Reid charged that Republicans are stalling action on a Wall Street reform bill because “they are having difficulty determining how they’re going to continue making love to Wall Street” by resisting banking regulation. The Hill
Well Harry, you can keep trying to paint Republicans as being in bed with Wall Street by claiming they are making love to that entity.
It might be true and it might not.
But it is absolutely true that your side will screw Wall Street.
And the American public along with it.
