Arizona Fights Back
Jan 21, 2012 Political
What goes around comes around and this is certainly the case with Arizona and the lawless Obama regime. The Obama regime fought tooth and nail against Arizona’s illegal immigration law (meaning a law to control illegal immigration, not a law that was illegal) and violated the Constitution in the process. While the regime was violating the Constitution with regard to the immigration law (specifically the court in which they fought it) they were violating laws in Arizona, or so it seems.
Arizona has launched an investigation into Fast and Furious, the gun running scheme the Obama regime enacted to give them a reason for tougher gun laws. They basically forced gun store owners to allow illegal purchases of firearms and allowed the guns to cross into Mexico where the US lost track of them. They ended up in the hands of drug cartels. The regime wanted to make claims about lax gun laws so it could introduce tougher ones but their plan hit a snag when a border patrol agent was killed with one of the weapons and the scheme was made public.
So now the Arizona officials will look to see if the federal government and people working for it violated any of Arizona’s laws.
What would be more fitting than having some of the people involved prosecuted for violating Arizona laws after the regime worked so hard to interfere with Arizona’s illegal immigrant law?
Two can play the you broke the law game. Right now Arizona has the upper hand and the regime’s schemes are falling apart.
I bet they never figured a state would fight back.
The figured wrong.
Cave canem!
Never surrender, never submit.

Let’s Abolish All ID Requirements
Dec 18, 2011 Political
The criminal gun runner Eric Holder is waging war against states that have enacted voter ID laws. These laws require people to show an ID before they can vote. How dare these states force people to prove they are who they claim to be?
According to Democrat Congressman John Lewis voter ID laws [are]:
…”a deliberate and systematic attempt to prevent millions of elderly voters, young voters, students, minority and low-income voters from exercising their constitutional right to engage in the democratic process. New York Post
Since we require people to show an ID to get on a plane, rent a car, cash a check, buy certain OTC medications, buy controlled prescription drugs, enter a government building, buy alcohol or tobacco, get a driver’s license, receive medical care, open a bank account, buy a firearm, rent a hotel room, and receive government welfare it is logical to extend Lewis’ argument to these items and assert that requiring IDs for these things prevents millions of the young, the elderly, college students (don’t colleges issue a student ID), and minority and low income folks from participating in any of the events I listed. That is but a small list of things that an ID is required for so the list of things that excludes these groups is much bigger.
And our government is aware of the disparity. Since government thinks it is necessary to show an ID for these things but also believes that making people show an ID is a way to prevent some folks from doing things then we can conclude that the government does not want everyone to be able to participate in all facets of society.
Eric Holder, John Lewis and everyone else who thinks that voter ID requirements are designed to disenfranchise people are idiots. There is no other way to put it, they are idiots.
Voter ID does not disenfranchise anyone. Almost everyone has an ID. The college students have college IDs, many have a driver’s license and others have some sort of ID that allowed them to sign up for welfare. You can bet that anyone who receives a government check has some form of ID and does not believe it to be an imposition because they know, no ID, no welfare.
Perhaps the next time I enter a government building and they ask for an ID I should tell them they are discriminating against me. Maybe the next time someone (I look to old for it to be me) buys alcohol and an ID is requested that person should file a lawsuit for discrimination. The state requires those who sell alcohol to ID anyone who buys the product if they look too young.
Why should a person have to prove they are old enough to buy alcohol but not have to prove their identity before they vote?
Because the lack of voter ID helps Democrats and as long as something benefits them they care little about the rule of law.
With Eric Holder this is particularly true. The New Black Panther case and Fast and Furious are prime examples of where they ignored or broke the law in order to advance a liberal cause or protect a liberal demographic.
I support voter ID requirements and if a person is too lazy to get an ID then that person should not be allowed to vote. Can’t afford one? Give up a week’s worth of smokes or forgo the alcohol for a while and save that money for an ID.
Having an ID to vote is as much a national security issue as is requiring an ID to board a plane.
Anyone who opposes ID laws does not care about national security and is opposing freedom and the rule of law.
And they are idiots.
Cave canem!
Never surrender, never submit.

Fast And Furious Shredding Of The Constitution
Dec 8, 2011 Political
Progressives are sneaky weasels who smile at you while stabbing you in the back. They will stop at nothing to impose their idea of Socialist Utopia on people and that includes ignoring or shredding the Constitution. These people look at our rule of law as an impediment to them attaining their goal of complete domination over the populace.
Progressives come in all shapes and sizes and that means there are Republican as well as Democrat progressives. One only needs to look at the bills being pushed through Congress right now, bills that will designate the US as part of the battlefield and deny Americans their Constitutional protections, to see that both parties are working toward complete domination.
The Fast and Furious gun running scheme that was sanctioned by the Obama regime and had support from the White House through the Justice Department to the ATF is a classic example of how progressives work to remove our rights.
Fast and Furious was a scheme in which the ATF asked gun dealers to allow illegal purchases to be made so the guns could be tracked to drug cartels in Mexico. The gun dealers were not happy about this and continually asked for reassurance that they would not get in trouble and that the guns would not make it south of the border.
The dealers were assured that the government had things under control. We now know this is untrue as the ATF lost track of a large number of guns, two of which were found at the scene of the murder of a border patrol agent.
The Obama regime has denied involvement and documents obtained by CBS show that the regime was interested in using the illegal purchases (purchases that were allowed ONLY at the request of the regime) to enforce more stringent gun control measures.
That’s right. The Obama regime asked gun dealers to allow illegal purchases to go through AND THEN tried to use those purchases as a reason we need tougher reporting rules, tougher gun laws. If the ATF had not asked the gun dealers to allow the illegal purchases they would not have happened.
Create a crisis, address the crisis and then trample on our rights while shredding the Constitution.
Fast and Furious was a criminal act authorized by the Obama regime that was ostensibly to track guns to drug cartels but in reality was designed to create a situation where the regime could impose more gun control.
Who knows what would have happened if the criminals in the regime had not been caught?
Eric Holder needs to go. Obama needs to go. The head of the ATF needs to go. In fact, anyone involved in this at the management level needs to go.
They all need to go to jail…
Cave canem!
Never surrender, never submit.

The Fast And Furious Cover-up, Gunning For Holder
Oct 5, 2011 Political
Looks like the US Attorney General, Eric Holder, is in a bit of hot water for lying to Congress. Holder was asked about when he knew of the US government gun running operation known as Fast and Furious. In May of this year Holder indicated that he had heard about it in the past few weeks.
Documents obtained under a lawsuit and finally released under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), indicate that Holder knew about the operation and might have had a bit more involvement than he is letting on, in July of 2010. This directly contradicts what Holder told Congress.
Holder now claims he misunderstood the question but his answer was straight forward and leaves no doubt that he was answering about when he knew about the operation.
Holder lied to Congress. While this should not surprise anyone given the way Holder has run Justice, it is high time he is held accountable for his law breaking. If you or I lied to Congress we would be in a fix. Hell, look at how baseball players who lied about steroid use were treated and that is over an issue Congress has no business being involved in.
Eric Holder has been playing fast and furious with the laws of this nation while using his race based policies to push an agenda.
It is time to take this man down and ensure he does hard time in a federal prison.
And if you think this is a waste of time then why is the White House and DOJ screaming at a reporter who is covering this? Piece of advice to the White House; claiming that it must not be newsworthy because the Washington Post, NYT and LA Times are not covering it is disingenuous. They are part of the state run media.
Cave canem!
Never surrender, never submit.

Create A Crisis And Then React To It
Sep 12, 2011 Political, Second Amendment
The Socialists in the Obama regime (which is all of them) believe that no crisis should go to waste. They see something they can make into a crisis, manufacture the crisis, and then push through legislation that would otherwise not pass. If they can’t get the legislation Obama uses Executive Orders to push through what he wants. The history of this regime is one manufactured crisis after another.
Enter the latest crisis. The gun problem in the states that border Mexico. The people who live in those states have no problems and are law abiding citizens but there are guns making their way into Mexico. The drug cartels are using them and some of our border patrol agents have been killed by those guns.
The regime now wants, and Obama has enacted by Executive Order, new rules requiring the border states of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California to report the purchase of two or more of certain types of rifles by the same person in a five day period. I can’t see how the regime can require some states to follow certain rules that other states do not have to. It seems to me that this is a violation of the Constitution considering the rule is via an Executive Order and not legislation passed by Congress, you know like the Constitution requires.
The real problem with all this is the manufactured crisis. The gun problem with purchases ending up in Mexico is because of illegal activity by members of the regime. There is corruption very high up and a cover up is under way regarding a program called Fast and Furious. Departments of the federal government, under orders from people in the regime, had people purchase a boat load of guns and send them into Mexico where they ended up in the hands of the drug cartels. The reported goal was to track the guns and see where they went and how they got there blah, blah.
The real goal was to manufacture a crisis involving guns so the regime could react to that crisis. Obama knows that laws violating the Second Amendment have a tough time passing in Congress, particularly if Republicans control any portion of it, so he used an Executive Order to impose new rules. It will not be long before the rules get tougher and extend to other states. This regime has manufactured a crisis in which people were killed by the illegal actions of our government and now it wants to address the crisis to further stifle our rights.
The illegal guns, the purchase of which was sanctioned by the regime, were lost. They ended up being used to kill border patrol agents and now Obama has imposed rules to solve a problem that was manufactured through the illegal actions of his regime.
This cannot go unchallenged. Law abiding citizens should be able to buy as many rifles (or any other legal firearms) as they want without having Big Sis and the rest of the nanny state government prying into their business.
Here is an idea, close the damned border and we won’t have to worry about it.
As for those wishing to buy several firearms, just buy one rifle every six days. Then you won’t be reported.
