Mexican woman works hard to become a citizen
This woman, though dying, did it the right way and no one knows of her and her story fails to make the MSM. Instead, they are obsessed with a Mexican woman who sneaked into this country twice and broke a number of laws and then cried because she was being sent home. She is lucky because Judge Big Dog would have put her in prison for the fraud before she was sent home. This way she could pay for her crime and be prevented from sneaking in once again.
Freedom of religion, not freedom from it
A great article by Congressman Bill Sali of Idaho. He really lays it all out and makes it clear that this country was founded on Christian principles and that freedom of religion allows us all to practice our faith as we see fit. We need more people in office who understand this so that organizations like the ACLU, the Democrats, and the Muslims cannot take away basic rights that we all have.
BTW, the one thing our Constitution does not say is that you are free from being insulted.
Hillary Rodham was in Martha’s Vineyard courting celebrities in order to gain support for her presidential campaign. Hillary told these folks that if George Bush will not end the war in Iraq before he leaves office she will once she is in. I don’t believe her for one minute. She will find reasons to keep the troops there and once she has been elected, screw you she can do what she wants. She will say and do anything to be elected. Look, she has changed positions on this one issue a number of times. She said it would be dangerous to remove the troops, then she said to remove them. She has had several positions and has flip-flopped a number of times. She panders to audiences. A leader takes a position and sticks with it. If that leader gains new information and changes his mind then the leader explains that decision. Hillary can not explain because her changes all depend upon who she is addressing. If Hillary is elected it will be a sure sign that God is unhappy with us. Satan will have arrived. She was elected to the Senate from New York and 9/11 happened. Surely she is to blame as God was mad with New Yorkers. That makes more sense than Bush was to blame or it was an inside job.

Round-up of the News
Aug 24, 2007 Uncategorized
Here are a few items that I found while looking around and rather than write posts about them I figured a brief synopsis and a link would do for this rather busy Friday (for me anyway):
Did you expect anything different?
The Mexican Senate has sided with Elvira Arellano and passed a measure urging their president to strongly protest her deportation. This should come as no surprise to anyone. The Mexicans are corrupt and crime is rampant down there so why would anyone expect them to respect our rule of law? Hell, this is in line with the Mexican government working very hard to get its citizens to sneak in to this country so that they can work here, sponge off the taxpayers in the US and then send money home. Elvira Arellano said that the US broke the law first by letting them cross in and then collecting taxes. “No your honor. The bank broke the law first by leaving its door opened so i could come in and rob it.” The worthless leeches down there think it is perfectly OK to suck our economy dry. If Elvira sneaks in here again we should put her in jail for 30 years. That might get some attention.
Iran is cleansing area of Kurds
The Islamic Republic of Iran is dropping leaflets warning Kurds in border towns in Iraq that they need to pack up and leave. The Iranians are amassing troops on the border and are threatening to attack to get rid of the Kurds. This is the Iran that cries about a US preemptive strike. Now, they are preparing to invade another country to force people out of their homes in their country. This demonstrates the evil that is Iran. I believe that this might have another agenda. The Iranians might just be trying to provoke the US into shooting first. I think we should wait until they are amassed in total and when they fire the first round tons of munitions should rain down on them. Then we might as well go after Ahmadinejad for good measure. Isn’t it amazing that the Muslims talk about tolerance and being the religion of peace but they attack those with whom they disagree (Muslims and non Muslim alike)? That country is full of decent people being ruled by followers of Satan. We need to help them have a revolution.

Hillary admits Republicans better at protecting country
Hillary Rodham stated that a terror attack before the next election would give Republicans a boost. While she did not come out and say it, she basically admitted that the country feels the Republican party is better equipped to handle such things. On the other hand she indicated that Americans would give that boost to Republicans regardless of how badly they [the Republicans] have messed up dealing with terror. What she said is that Americans are stupid and do not know how to think for themselves. She is telling us that it is by the grace of God that we have her to straighten things out. Of course her remarks allowed her to tell us that she is the best Democrat to handle such a situation, should it arise. But remember, an attack would give Republicans a boost because America knows that Republicans are better at national security than the “best” Democrat. If Hillary handles this type of situation the way she has handled other problems she will deny it for a few days, claim it was a partisan attack and then blame it on the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy. Then she will tell us why it is not her fault.
NFL suspends Michael Vick indefinitely
During the dog days of Summer football players are tuning up for another season. Michael Vick will be going to jail soon to make his version of the longest yard so he will not be playing for a while. Matter of fact, the NFL suspended him indefinitely so he won’t be playing even after he is released. I wonder how long it will be before the NAACP and the revuums Sharpton and Jackson protest that this was harsh and that the brother only hurt some dogs. We already had the NAACP tell us to wait until Vick had his day in court before commenting because he is innocent until proven guilty. Interestingly, that is not the same courtesy they extend to a white cop who shoots a black thug in an alley at 2am. Matters not because Vick pleaded guilty. That won’t stop the race baiters though. One good thing for Vick. It is public knowledge that he has herpes. Might be a blessing that it is considering he is going to prison where he could end up playing center instead of quarterback.
These were a few to get you through. Feel free to comment on them and let everyone know how you feel about these issues.

The Global Warming Cycle, What was Old is New
Aug 15, 2007 Uncategorized
The global warming debate has caught fire (pun intended) and those who believe this tripe are dismissive of those of us they call deniers. They seem to believe that we only have ten years left and we will all burn to death if we do not do something and very soon. However, this same debate has been raging for nearly a century:
D.C. resident John Lockwood was conducting research at the Library of Congress and came across an intriguing Page 2 headline in the Nov. 2, 1922 edition of The Washington Post: “Arctic Ocean Getting Warm; Seals Vanish and Icebergs Melt.”
The 1922 article, obtained by Inside the Beltway, goes on to mention “great masses of ice have now been replaced by moraines of earth and stones,” and “at many points well-known glaciers have entirely disappeared.” Washington Times
There are still seals and there are still icebergs and we are being told they are going away. Shouldn’t they already be gone? In between the last global warming scare and this one, there was a concern about a coming ice age where we would all freeze to death and none of these things have come to pass.
Speaking of global warming, not long ago NASA came down on one of its folks who expressed his belief about the subject. I imagine it would not have been an issue if he agreed with the whole global warming urgency issue. In any event, I wonder if NASA fudged these numbers or if they really made a mistake. Given the fact that they do not allow a dissenting opinion on the subject, maybe they were shilling for Al Gore to pump up his credibility. Imagine the embarrassment when someone figured out the error.
Then again, maybe they just made a mistake, sort of like buying into the global warming cause.

I Wonder if They Were ILLEGALS
Aug 14, 2007 Uncategorized
From WBAL in Baltimore:
Montgomery County Police are identifying the construction workers killed and injured in yesterday’s hit-and-run accident on Route 29.
Five workers were hit while they took a break on the side of the road. Thirty-year-old Martin Ruffin of Baltimore was killed when a van lost control and hit their construction truck, then veered over and crashed into them. Thirty-seven-year-old James Cronin of Glen Burnie is in the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The other three are hospitalized and expected to surpvive [sic].
The driver of the van took off on foot into the woods. Police say others may have been in the van and also fled.
The accident happened at around 1 p.m. northbound Route 29 in Burtonsville, just before the Howard County line.
Police are looking for the driver who fled, saying he may be injured too. They’re asking employers and hospitals to be on the lookout for someone with injuries consistent with this accident. [emphasis mine]
Why would people jump out of a van and run unless they were ILLEGALS or involved in illegal activity (drug running, drunk driving, etc)? In any event, one man is dead.
If you work in a hospital or construction in this area, keep an eye out for anyone who has injuries consistent with this accident.

Iran Opposes Weapons Sales to Others
Jul 30, 2007 Uncategorized
Iran is up in arms (pun intended) about a sale of sophisticated weapons to Saudi Arabia by the US. Iran claims that this is wrong and will undermine security in the Middle East (as if there is any). Iran is very upset that the weapons systems will enhance the striking ability of the Saudis. Poor, poor Iran.
Of course, I seem to recall that Iran has been supplying arms to Hamas and Hezbollah. Those weapons are being used against the Israelis and the Palestinians and yet Iran does not see this as undermining security. In Iran’s mind it is perfectly OK for them to arm the terrorists who are launching rockets into civilian neighborhoods but it is terrible that Saudi Arabia is getting weapons. As far as I know, Saudi Arabia is not attacking anyone.
I also find it interesting that Iran bought air defense systems from Russia and did not claim that those systems would undermine security. Why do you suppose it is that Iran would think it is OK to buy weapons systems for itself but think it is wrong for other countries to buy systems of their own?
I am not fond of the idea that we are selling any kind of weaponry to Saudi Arabia. I don’t think they are our allies. I believe they only tolerate us and they work to undermine us every chance they get. The only thing I like about the sale is that it upsets Iran.
