Another Reason NOT to Vote For Brown In MD
Oct 9, 2014 Political
Anthony Brown is the Lieutenant Governor of Maryland and he is running to replace outgoing failure Martin O’Malley. Brown is a Democrat and he has pushed for typical liberal policies that hurt people and make them slaves of government.
Anthony Brown wasted MILLIONS of dollars on the Maryland version of the Obamacare website. It was an absolute failure and he owned it because that was his responsibility. The local media has not challenged Brown over this lack of leadership.
Brown’s largest assets, it seems, are that he is a veteran and he is a Democrat. These are the only things people seem to know about him because he does not spend time telling us what he will do. No, he spends time lying about his opponent.
Brown is a disgrace and an oath breaker. In a rare instance where Brown actually said something he would do it turns out that thing is to violate people’s rights. Brown was a big proponent of Maryland’s Draconian gun control laws. They violate the Constitution and they infringe on the rights of law abiding citizens and Brown, a veteran who swore to protect and defend the Constitution, is all in for the gun laws. Brown put an editorial in the Baltimore Sun stating that he would enforce the gun safety law.
First of all, the law is not about safety. It is about infringing. The law bans specific types of weapons incorrectly identified as assault weapons and it bans the sale or transfer of standard capacity magazines. The law does nothing for safety because it is not designed to make us safe. It is designed to control us.
It is moronic. Brown claims that assault weapons were banned. It bans the AR 15 (the most popular firearm in the country) if it has a standard barrel BUT if it has a heavy barrel one can purchase it and walk out of the store with it (after passing a background check). The HBAR is no less deadly than the one that is banned. The AR 10 is in the same boat as the HBAR and it fires a bigger caliber bullet. People can still buy magazines with capacities larger than 10 in other states and bring them here. There are probably hundreds of thousands of them (if not millions) in the possession of gun owners and they last a very long time.
Brown will violate his oath to uphold an unconstitutional law that infringes on OUR rights and he proud that he will do so.
Brown is a supporter of a woman’s “right” to an abortion and will do anything to make that as easy as possible while he works to restrict the God given right to keep and bear arms and only one of those two things is responsible for the death of millions of children (clue to liberals, it is not the firearms). He is a disgrace and he should NEVER be governor of Maryland.
Anthony Brown is weak. He is a disgrace as a politician and he is a disgrace to the uniform he once wore. He is liar and he is a loser. How he ever made it in the Army is beyond me. He is a liberal hack who is hell bent on continuing the liberal policies that have ruined Maryland.
Maryland barely survived the idiot O’Malley and his unconstitutional regime. The last thing we need is his idiot underling taking over.
You know what they say about if it’s Brown…
Maryland, the choice is yours. Choose wisely.
Cave canem!
Never surrender, never submit.

When Law Enforcement Ignores The Law
Jul 29, 2013 Political, Second Amendment
We have tyranny.
The People’s Republik of Maryland (PRoM) has gun control laws that infringe on the rights of law abiding citizens. Those laws are pushed by liberal law makers who can apply for and receive carry permits based on their political office (and many are lawyers, another protected class) or are protected by armed police officers (such as the governor).
The average citizen cannot get a carry permit without a good and substantial reason. The law does not define what good and substantial is but the Maryland State Police Superintendant (charged with issuing permits and appointed by the moron governor) has narrowly defined it to mean you have documented threats or carry large sums of money. So the average person is left to the criminal element because the state and its enforcement arm in the State Police refuse to follow the Second Amendment (shall not be infringed).
[note]No one in Maryland needs to carry a gun because it is safe for us since criminals all obey the law.
NBC Washington
CBS Baltimore[/note]
The Maryland State Police (MSP) plays games with the permit process and that is bad. It is also bad that the MSP, an agency charged with upholding the law, ignores the law.
The law regarding the purchase of a regulated firearm states that the MSP (also charged with investigating the purchase and disapproving or not disapproving it) has seven days to either disapprove or not disapprove. Since Maryland began working on even more unconstitutional gun laws (and eventually passing them) the sale of firearms has gone through the roof. People are waiting well over 100 days for a process that the law allows seven to complete.
[note]The language used for a regulated purchase is either “disapproved” or “not disapproved” as opposed to approved or disapproved.[/note]
The law allows the transfer of a firearm after seven days if the MSP has not completed its statutory duty but many dealers will not do so for fear of backlash.
There are theories that the MSP is deliberately holding up the process in order to push the sales past October First in order to subject people to the more stringent anti gun laws including denying firearms that are legal now but will not be after 10/1. The MSP claims it is overwhelmed and can’t keep up.
That does not wash. Who cares if the MSP can’t keep up? It is bound by law to complete a certain action in a certain amount of time. If the MSP is unable to do that then it should issue a very clear memo to firearms dealers telling them to release firearms anytime after the eighth day. The MSP will not do that. It has released ambiguous memos. It has made clear that it prefers that the firearms not be released and the dealers do not want trouble. Keep in mind that the dealers would be following the law but would that stop the state from finding a reason to shut down a business?
Dealers have to think of their future (which is bleak in Maryland anyway).
Suppose some State Police Officer wrote a person a ticket for driving too fast and that ticket had to be paid within 30 days. Does anyone think that the police, the courts or the Motor Vehicle Administration would ignore any such person who decided that he was not going to pay the ticket for 100 or more days? Don’t get me wrong, plenty of people decide not (or forget) to pay tickets. BUT the state does not overlook it. Licenses are suspended, people are not allowed to reregister vehicles and warrants are issued. The state and its police expect YOU to follow the law (by not speeding and by paying fines on time) but it fails to hold itself to the same standard.
How do you think the MSP would treat a person who was given seven days to turn in all firearms because of a protective order and ignored that order? Suppose the person just decided he would wait 100 days. Do you think the police would show patience and say it was OK?
There is a law that specifically defines the time the MSP has to disapprove or not disapprove a regulated firearm purchase and the MSP is ignoring that law. It is asking for the firearm buying public to be patient while they work through the process.
Do you think they would exercise patience if YOU did not follow the law?
Cave canem!
Never surrender, never submit.

More Gun Companies Need To Step Up To Oppose Tyranny
Feb 25, 2013 Political
A number of firearms manufacturers have publicly stated their policies will be to sell to law enforcement agencies and state governments only the kinds of firearms that citizens in those states can buy. Some companies have indicated they will not sell any firearms to the government agencies in those states.
This is a step in the right direction. The companies listed here are taking a stance against oppressive government and are supporting the PEOPLE in this nation who are being run over by tyrants in government.
Other companies, the big boys of the industry, need to step up and take a stand against this tyranny as well. I realize that many are taking a wait and see posture and that some are probably more than willing to sell to governments and fill the void created by those who refuse BUT the people are watching and many gun owners will not buy from those who support tyranny over freedom.
We will boycott those who refuse to boycott the tyrants.
If those companies really want to make an impact they need to leave states that are enacting unconstitutional laws for states that are more firearms friendly. Many states would love to have companies that produce firearms and accessories and would offer attractive incentives to relocate.
Magpul Industries (manufacturer of polymer accessories) has indicated that it will leave Colorado if proposed anti gun legislation becomes law even if there are exceptions for the company because it will not produce items in a state that would prohibit people in the state from buying them. Good for them. This is what integrity is all about and if this company holds true it will gain even more customers.
Beretta USA in Maryland has indicated it will move its company out of the state if Maryland enacts anti gun laws (laws even more stringent than the unconstitutional laws in effect). Lawmakers think the company is bluffing but it has shown in the past that it does not bluff. It moved part of its operation in the past because of Maryland’s freedom killing laws.
All companies involved in the firearms industry need to boycott states that are enacting anti gun laws and they need to move to friendlier confines. The public will support them and they will prosper.
These companies also need to consider how they will respond if the federal government enacts unconstitutional laws.
Think about how things would work out if the feds could not get the very firearms the government banned for the people (THE PEOPLE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE IN CHARGE). Think about how things would pan out if an entire industry stood up to the tyrants at all levels of government.
Imagine the blow to the tyrants if they could not get the firearms (or accessories) they want to use to control the people.

Anti American Police Chiefs Are A Threat To Public Safety
Feb 19, 2013 Political
Chicago Police Chief Garry McCarthy has blamed everything for the plethora of gun related deaths in his city. He has blamed Sarah Palin and is now blaming the Second Amendment. Yes, the right to keep and bear arms is evidently the problem in Chicago where the right is infringed. You see, in Chicago there are very strict gun control laws that violate the US Constitution.
Yet the city is deluged with gun violence and gun crime.
The reason is obvious; criminals do not obey the law. If there was ever a fine example of how gun bans do not work, Chicago is it. The reality that gun control does not stop gun crime has been debated time and again and is generally pointless since brain dead liberals in the anti gun crowd do not understand common sense.
The same people who use all sorts of illicit drugs (those banned under law) think that laws banning guns will stop people from using them illegally.
The bigger issue here is that the police chief of a major city is expressing his view that part of our Constitution is a problem and that those who follow that Constitution are a threat to public safety.
The real threat to our safety is public servants like McCarthy who are not upholding their oaths. These people are dangerous because they believe it is Ok to ignore the Supreme Law of the Land to push their agenda. People who do this are the very reason we have a Second Amendment. It is in place to protect a preexisting right so that we the people have the means to fight tyranny within their own government.
McCarthy wants guns banned and the Second Amendment ignored so he and other like him can do as they wish and can abuse people at will.
They are dangerous and are a stark reminder of how important the Second Amendment actually is.
McCarthy believes the Second Amendment limits citizens to only owning smooth bore muskets. First of all, the Constitution does not limit citizens; it limits the government (which is why liberals do not like it). Second of all, the Second Amendment does not prescribe any particular type of firearm. Additionally, if McCarthy thinks that the Constitution only applies to items available when it was written then he and his officers need to give up their modern firearms. He needs to stop speaking on TV, the radio and the Internet and limit his communication to the newspapers and the US Mail.
McCarthy, not content with his anti Second Amendment lunacy, also said that judges and legislators should rely on opinion polls when interpreting the Constitution.
I imagine that would only pertain to things that liberals agree with. Public opinion polls showed that a huge majority of people were (and still are) opposed to Obamacare (is it any wonder why?).
What about any opinion polls showing that Obama should be impeached? How about those where people think Obama is not eligible to hold office?
In fact, the majority of people polled support our right to keep and bear arms so McCarthy would be SOL on that issue as well.
People like this are dangerous. He is unable to police his violent city and he is an idiot. He needs to be replaced and Chicago needs to stop violating the Constitution.
But in typical liberal fashion he blames everything that is NOT the cause of the problem.
If Obama had a son..
Cave canem!
Never surrender, never submit.

Again, How Will More Gun Laws Or Bans Help?
Dec 26, 2012 Political, Second Amendment
The anti gun zealots are out in full force trying to usurp the Second Amendment by removing guns from society. Some members of Congress (and other politicians) are touting outright bans on specific types of guns as well as laws forcing people who already own such firearms to sell them to the government, in a sort of forced buyback program. These people are either mentally deficient or are hiding their true agenda. You see, gun laws and gun bans do not stop people who are intent on doing harm with a firearm from doing so.
This is evident in nearly all mass shootings since about 1950. In all but one of them the criminal opened fire in a place where guns are not allowed. The one where guns are allowed is Arizona where Congresswoman Giffords was shot. The gunman, by the way, was stopped by a citizen who was legally carrying a firearm.
I do not think these folks are mentally deficient (they might be but that is not the issue here) because they know what they are doing. They are using mass murder incidents to gin up public support for disarming Americans. They want this because one of the steps to Socialism requires people to be disarmed of the tools that would allow them to resist. Once all firearms are outlawed then government becomes the holder of the weapons and is free to impose its will on those who will no longer have the means to resist. These people need to have citizens willingly turn in their guns (or try to force them to sell them back) because an outright confiscation would lead to a lot of dead government agents. Americans will not be disarmed by force and there are many more gun owners than there are government agents.
Besides, many of those agents have stated they would not follow any order to disarm their fellow citizens.
But will these laws actually work? We have seen time and again that laws banning guns do not stop criminals from using guns. Chicago is a glaring example. In fact, no law stops criminals. The very nature of a criminal is that he breaks laws. Even everyday people break the law (hell we probably break a lot of laws each day because we do not know they exist) as when they go over the posted speed limit. How many non handicapped people park in a handicapped spot? How many times do people drink alcohol and drive? Those who would do violence are no exception to this except they do not know where to draw a line. They will use firearms (that they are not legally allowed to buy or posses) to commit crimes regardless of what society has deemed via its laws.
David Gregory of NBC is not a stupid person. He is an educated man who is quite successful. He is a liberal so he obviously has a brain deficiency but he is otherwise intelligent. He is under investigation for breaking a DC firearm law. Gregory displayed a 30 round magazine on his Sunday show. It is against the law in DC to posses a magazine with a capacity larger than 10 rounds. New reports have indicated that Gregory was made aware of this prior to his show and yet he chose to go ahead and display the magazine.
This means that he knew it was against the law to posses that particular item but he decided to break the law anyway.
The law did not stop Gregory from possessing the magazine and knowledge of the law did not keep him from displaying it to the three or four people who watch his show. He knew he would be in violation but did not care enough about the law to obey it.
We can argue all day about the stupidity of size limits on magazines (they are worthless laws) but the reality is, this is the law and Gregory broke it.
How would any other law have kept him from consciously deciding to break the law? How would any other law have prevented him from doing what he did when the law already on the books failed to accomplish that?
The truth is laws do not keep people from breaking them. They only provide a framework for the law abiding to follow and a system for the legal process to function once someone breaks the law.
We do not need more gun laws, we have plenty of them. We need the government to stop infringing on the Second Amendment rights we all have by virtue of our birth. If law abiding people were not restricted then criminals would think twice.
Laws only hamper those who follow them as the criminal is unencumbered by such things.
Ask David Gregory who unintentionally demonstrated why more laws are not the answer.
Cave canem!
Never surrender, never submit.
