And She Was Not Thinking About It At All…

For the longest time Hillary Clinton, when asked if she is going to run for President, said that she was not thinking about that and that she was only focused on reelection. I wrote a number of times that she was lying and that she had been thinking about running and that reelection was nothing more than a stepping stone. Matter of fact, if she had an opponent who was beating her by an insurmountable number she would have withdrawn so as not to suffer the defeat before announcing her White House bid.
Hillary has not been thinking about it? For person who was not thinking about it there are an awfully lot of plans in place. If she had not been thinking about this there would not be a bunch of people working behind the scenes for her presidency. She has now officially asked for Democratic support as she goes through the process of studying whether she should run. Believe me folks, she is running and this whole process thing is a crock. Let me make it clear, unless some terrible thing happens (terrible for Hillary which would be good for America), Hillary Clinton is running for the Presidency.
She is a liar. She and her husband have perfected lying to people. They lie when ample proof exists to show they are lying. They remind me of Baghdad Bob who screamed that the occupiers had not entered Baghdad as American tanks were rolling down the streets of that city. Bill has been manipulating data since he left office and he blew his top with flat out lies on a Fox interview. Hillary lied about her billing records, when she knew about Bill’s sex affair, and she lied about running for president. Quite a few books have been written that show how Hillary lies and manipulates. It should come as no surprise that she manipulated all the dolts who bought her “I am only thinking about reelection” BS.
Hillary’s entire time in the Senate has been a lie. She pretends to be moderate when she espouses very liberal ideals. She believes in a lot of social programs and she hates the military. She snuggles up to the military now to remove that image of her so when she runs people will have forgotten how she treated the men and women in uniform.

I hope they give her the same kind of advice and counsel as she and her donk buddies give President Bush in their advise and consent duties. If so, she will be filibustered to death and never make it to a vote. The point is, she is running just like I said she would. I received a lot of emails over the last year or two from people telling me that they believed her and that I was jumping to conclusions blah, blah. I can read her like the cheap book that she is, and the Big Dog is always right.

Protestors Have no Right to Violence or Destruction

The liberals in our country love to protest. They will form a group and protest at the drop of a hat. In their “screw the man” mentality and their desire to either relive their hippie days or pass those golden years on to their offspring (the ones they have not murdered through abortion) they protest the most mundane things. I have no problem with the protests so long as they are following the laws. The unfortunate truth is, many do not and then they cry that their rights have been violated when they are arrested. I have problems where protests are organized by ILLEGALS as well. The Constitution does not allow ILLEGALS to protest or do much of anything else because the rights in it only apply to our citizens, but that is a topic for another time.
Recently, protesters in Michigan State University College of Law tried to stop a speech given by Colorado Congressman Tom Tancredo. The hooligans committed many crimes including pulling fire alarms, assault, and vandalism. People were punched, spit upon and tires were slashed. All this to prevent a Congressman from giving a speech on immigration reform. The Constitution gives people the right to peaceably assemble so acts of violence and vandalism do not quite fit the bill. Protesters have the right to carry signs and demonstrate so long as they do so peacefully. When they break the law, they are no longer protected under the Constitution. It comes as no surprise that people who protest for others to be able to commit illegal acts would themselves commit illegal acts.
Liberals protest a hell of a lot more than Conservatives. It is just in their make-up, encoded in their genes but when Conservatives do protest we hardly, if ever, read about them getting violent or destroying property. Most of the time a liberal is speaking Conservatives leave that person alone and let him speak. There are no acts of violence or vandalism because as Conservatives, we realize that person has the right to speak. Conversely, Liberals make every attempt to silence speech that does not agree with their beliefs. Coulter gets pies thrown at her, Steele Oreo cookies and Tancredo draws nuts who assault people and vandalize property. It was also Liberals who protested military recruiters at the University of California, Santa Cruz committing acts of violence and vandalism. Recruiters left in order to prevent students from getting hurt. All of this was in violation of the Solomon Act and yet, no one has removed their federal funding as called for under the law.
It is unfortunate that Liberals in institutions of higher learning can not allow those with whom they disagree to speak on campus. The Liberals have run the show for so long they believe that they have the right to trample on everyone else’s rights. Therefore, a group of College Republicans gets caught in the crossfire whenever they invite a Conservative speaker. Those very Republican students do not interfere when the College Democrats invite people like Michael Moore to express his views. They just do not participate.
So tell me again, which party is more tolerant?

The votes are in and 101 people had something to say about who was dishonored as the December Jackass of the month. The breakdown is as follows:
- John Kerry 33 votes 33%
- Republican Politicians 40 votes 40%
- Voters 26 votes 26%
- Joe Lieberman 2 votes 2%
Republican Politicians are clearly the crowd favorite so they have take the place of dishonor and the dog will do his bidniz on them for the next month.

Democrats Are Oblivious To Their Own Corruption

To this day Jack Murtha denies any wrong doing in his attempt to take a bribe. In the 57 minute film of the episode it is so obvious that Stevie Wonder could see it. The Congressional Black Caucus is upset that William Jefferson of Louisiana was removed from a committee after federal agents found $90,000 in his freezer and compiled evidence that he was involved in criminal activity. All members of Congress expressed outrage that Jefferson’s office was searched because they misapply the speech and debate clause of the Constitution.
Nancy Pelosi, stinging from her first slap in the face (there will be many more), decided against instilling Alcee Hastings as chair of the House Intelligence Committee. Hastings has a background of corruption but that did not stop Pelosi, who vowed to clean up the culture of corruption, from considering him. Pelosi has decided against it because it is now obvious to her that she ignored corruption when she supported Murtha and that this failing along with her support of hastings was seen as Democratic acceptance of corruption among its ranks.
Hastings was found not guilty of soliciting bribes while a Federal Judge after lying when giving his testimony. He was referred to the Congress where he was impeached. Evidence showed that he lied and that he was trying to get paid to be easy on felons. The evidence also showed that hastings tried to influence what other people said when they testified. The Congressional Black Caucus is upset that Pelosi has decided that she will not elevate hasting to the Chairmanship so it is obvious that they are willing to overlook crime in favor of race.
Hastings, like Murtha, still denies all wrongdoing and says that people are influenced by the Conservatives who are dredging this up. Hastings quickly points to the fact that he was found not guilty. Of course, so was OJ Simpson:
Hastings himself suggested that a decision against him would be a victory for “Newt Gingrich, Sean Hannity, Ann Coulter, Michelle Malkin, Michael Barone, Drudge, anonymous bloggers, and other assorted misinformed fools.” Washington post
I am one of the anonymous bloggers that was lumped in with the other “misinformed fools.” I am informed enough to know that the story indicates that fiver federal judges with strong civil rights credentials and more than three dozen others concluded that hastings lied to the jury. Regardless of what the verdict was, he lied. Why he was not charged with perjury, I do not know (the misinformed part of me, I guess). Two of the judges filed an administrative complaint and hastings was impeached by the Congress.
I am informed enough to know that Hastings was impeached by a vote of 413-3. I also know that many of the 413 were Democrats so this was not merely a partisan attack on a judge. John Conyers, a Democrat from Michigan, gave a very impassioned speech calling for the impeachment and Hastings was convicted by the Senate on 11 counts. These are things he conveniently forgets to include when he tells people that he was found not guilty by a jury in Miami.
The Democratic Party is not as squeaky clean as Nancy Pelosi and the rest would have people believe. There is no place in Congress for anyone, regardless of party, who is not ethical. The interesting thing is, while many Democrats believe that Hastings’ removal from the bench disqualifies him from holding the Intelligence Chair, they think it is OK for him to be in the Congress. This should come as no surprise. John Kerry committed treason against this country and has been a Senator for a long time, despite the Constitutional bar on those committing treason from holding office.
This so called “Republican Culture of Corruption” seems to now be rearing its ugly head in the Democratic Party. It is not new, it has just been ignored by those so determined to get power they would sell their souls to the devil. Even a misinformed fool can see that.

The Democrats Lied, Is Anyone Surprised?

The old joke goes, “How do you know when a politician is lying?” Answer: “His lips are moving.” This is true of most politicians and I am sure that in the future some Thesaurus will have liar as a synonym for the word politician. During the last campaign the Democrats told everyone how tough they were on National Security and that Republicans were the ones who were really weak. The Democrats promised to implement every recommendation of the 9/11 Commission. I do not necessarily think that all the recommendations of that commission need to be implemented but, then again, I did not promise to do so. The 9/11 Commission was stacked with people whose sole purpose was to exonerate Bill Clinton and to protect his legacy. Sure they came up with some good ideas but not all of them were necessarily so. The Democrats used the fact that not all had been implemented to bash Republicans as weak and promised to implement all of the recommendations if they were placed back in control.

Now it would appear as if implementing all the recommendations of the 9/11 Commission is not so pressing and they can be studied, or looked at a bit longer, or ignored. You see, the Democrats are now in power so they really do not need to follow through on what they promised because the mindless drones who voted for them will forget this, ignore this, or believe the Democrat’s excuses when they run the next time. I believe that Pelosi said that Republicans had misplaced priorities because they had not implemented all the recommendations and she promised that Democrats were focused on keeping Americans would make this a priority. Since they are not implementing ALL of the recommendations, is it now safe to say the Democrats have misplaced priorities and America is not as safe as it should be (her words)?
One of the recommendations of the Commission is to reorganize Congress to improve oversight and funding for intelligence. Now that they are in charge, the Democrats do not want to reorganize Congress. It would seem that this was only a good 9/11 recommendation when they could use it against Republicans in the campaign. When it actually comes to acting on their beliefs about making America secure, the Democrats fail miserably.
Because plans for implementing the commission’s recommendations are still fluid, Democratic officials would not speak for the record. But aides on the House and Senate appropriations, armed services and intelligence committees confirmed this week that a reorganization of Congress would not be part of the package of homeland-security changes up for passage in the “first 100 hours” of the Democratic Congress.
“I don’t think that suggestion is going anywhere,” said Rep. C.W. Bill Young (R-Fla.), the chairman of the Appropriations defense subcommittee and a close ally of the incoming subcommittee chairman, Rep. John P. Murtha (D-Pa.). “That is not going to be their party position.”
It may seem like a minor matter, but members of the commission say Congress’s failure to change itself is anything but inconsequential. In 2004, the commission urged Congress to grant the House and Senate intelligence committees the power not only to oversee the nation’s intelligence agencies but also to fund them and shape intelligence policy. The intelligence committees’ gains would come at the expense of the armed services committees and the appropriations panels’ defense subcommittees. Powerful lawmakers on those panels would have to give up prized legislative turf. Washington Post
In addition to not reorganizing Congress, Pelosi has ignored the recommendations of the Commission in order to avoid giving Jane Harman the lead on the Intelligence Committee. In 2003, the House put into place one of the Commission’s recommendations to do away with term limits for people serving on the Intelligence Committee in order to provider better continuity. Pelosi used the excuse of term limits to pass over Harman even though those limits do not apply because of 9/11 Commission recommendations that were already implemented by the Republicans.
I have written many times that Democrats can not be trusted and that they are weak on National Security. Despite the bravado during the campaign, they have proven to be just what I said all along. This will be a fun two years. I will enjoy the role as a blogger of the minority. Now it is my turn to find inconsistencies from the majority and watch the liberals try to explain why these people who they slobber over, have done something wrong. It will be fun to listen to all the excuses and drivel that will be spewed about these wonderful Democrats. That is of course, if we are not attacked and killed in the next two years. In that event we can change the title to “The Democrats Lied and People Died.” The leftys will like the protest sound of that.
Those of you who voted for these idiots are not allowed to complain. You know what they are like and you still put them in power. A shameful act to be sure but you may not complain. You caused the problem and now we all have to live with it.
