No One fares Well In Prison
Mar 31, 2014 Commentary
Nor should they.
Prison is a place where people go when society punishes them for breaking the law. But it turns out that some people who are well connected and have deep pockets can avoid prison, even after the worst of crimes, because they would not fare well.
Robert H Richards IV, an heir to the DuPont chemical company, RAPED his three year old daughter. He also abused his son. He pleaded guilty to a lesser charge and received eight years probation. The judge, Jan Jurden, decided that Richards should not go to jail because he would not fare well there.
There is no doubt that Richards would not fare well in prison because he is a child molester. Child molesters are the lowest form of criminal and the inmate population tends to treat them very poorly. Let us just say they tend to get a taste (pun intended) of their own medicine.
Here is a shocker that the judge might not know. No child molester fares well in prison.
Hell, I was unaware that not faring well in prison was a defense or excuse not to send a law breaker there.
I wonder how many future child molesters will use this defense. I am sorry that I raped that child your honor but I can’t go to jail because I would not fare well there. Jurden will be obliged to give the same consideration to these folks as was given to Richards.
Or perhaps not. Richards is a millionaire and wealth has its privileges. Some poor sucker who rapes a child will be in jail face down on a bed getting an Obamacare prostate exam.
This judge could have sentenced Richards to jail and he could have been placed in protective custody. Sure, it would have been like being in solitary confinement for 23 hours a day but who cares? He will not be getting abused by other inmates and he will be punished for his crime.
I guess he would not fare well in solitary either.
There is no proof his money played a part in this sentence but there is also no proof it did not. Perhaps we could see how Jurden treated poor child rapists in the past. I am willing to bet she has never said they would not fare well in prison…
A judge is usually referred to as the Honorable Judge so and so.
Not Jurden. There is nothing honorable about a judge who lets a child rapist go free.
What will happen if Richards harms another child?
Cave canem!
Never surrender, never submit.

Both Obamas Belong In Prison
Jul 2, 2013 Political
Michelle Obama said that she loves her job (I was not aware she had one) but that living at the White House can be like living in a prison, albeit a nice prison.
With the Obamas in the White House the only people that are prisoners are those in the American public. We are prisoners of the Obama socialist plan and the country he is transforming us to is not a nice prison.
The only prison the Obamas belong in is a federal prison. I am real sorry for Michelle Obama feeling like she is in a prison. I must have missed how tough that prison is when she is routinely jetting off on vacations that cost the taxpayers MILLIONS of dollars.
If there is any justice in this world she and Barack Hussein Obama will spend time in the small confines of a federal prison where Michelle can tend to the prison garden and Barack can decide on whether he wants to be the husband or the wife…
Laura Bush was at the forum and reminded people that the First Lady has a chef.
She will have one in prison as well…
Cave canem!
Never surrender, never submit.
