Progressives have been slowly changing the paradigm of how the nation works and they use propaganda to influence people. Simply stated, they indoctrinate people. While this has been a slow process that took baby steps over the decades we are now in full bore overload. Society is bombarded with propaganda and the educational system has jumped in with both feet to rapidly accelerate the process of indoctrinating our children.
For decades government programs have been introduced and they have been given great names and described as great causes to help people (or, the granddaddy of them all, to help the children). Social Security was passed off as a safety net to help people save for their retirement. It only cost a little and the amount taken would stay small. Your money would be there for you when you retire so you can enjoy life after work.
Ditto with Medicare.
How could people object to such a program? A little each paycheck gets set aside and when they retire, bam, they have money. The money paid into Medicaid will ensure they have health care in their Golden Years.
The reality is these programs were designed to enslave people by making them dependent on government. People did not save as much because they would get a Social Security check. People always figured that money would be there for them. Now the money is gone because government confiscated it and spent it on pet projects. The only way to get it back is to borrow money or raise taxes (or some combination of both). No matter the choice, we have to eventually pay for it. What this means is we pay for this program at least twice.
The people who are (or will soon be) on Social Security are enslaved and held hostage. The parade of horrors is presented and people do not like it. They are afraid that their money, the money they rely on, will not be there so they pressure politicians to raise taxes on producers to cover their current needs. They really don’t care how those working will be affected because they are only concerned about getting their check now. They are held hostage by government and used as pawns to advance an agenda.
The tax system originally did not include taxes on income the way it is done now. The government took care of that by getting an Amendment passed that allowed them to tax all sources without apportionment. Then government devised a scheme that takes a little of your money each pay for taxes. That way you will not see how much of your money they get. The system is further set up to redistribute wealth by sending tax refunds to those who paid little or no taxes. Couple that with people who get refunds and think they are getting money from the government and the indoctrination is successful. The evil rich are continually attacked and the people who pay no taxes are in line to get hand outs or get returns they do not deserve. Just keep my money coming.
If EVERY wage earner paid income taxes and if we were all required to write one big check each year things would change fast. But folks have been slowly trained to accept the current scheme so that they think it is no big deal. If you are not paying any taxes you think the world is grand.
The indoctrination continues with the erosion of the Constitution. The 14th Amendment was never supposed to give citizenship to babies born of people who are here illegally. But the practice has been too use that Amendment as if it did and then give citizenship to babies born of illegals and then pay the families all the wonderful government hand outs. People have learned to accept that scheme because government indoctrinated them with lies and laws that circumvent or ignore our Constitution.
The Second Amendment is under attack. It has been for decades and the attacks of the past have been slow and incremental. Push one law here, one requirement there and people will not object too much. Use tragedies to introduce some new infringing law and get support of the uneducated who are slaves to government.
The process has progressed rapidly here of late. The progressives have invented a term to describe a rifle and that term is “Assault Weapon.” Assault is an action and people take actions. A firearm cannot be an assault weapon any more than a fork can be an assault fork. Both items can be used by a person to assault someone but neither can assault anyone. But that term is used freely by the left so as to instill fear in people and make them want to ban such firearms.
The people are indoctrinated into the progressive belief that these firearms are bad and no one really needs them. The progressives lie about the Second Amendment to further indoctrinate the uneducated and low information people so that they will oppose these firearms. The goal of progressives is to disarm people so they can be controlled. The progressives use indoctrinated people to help in this goal.
It has been accelerated now under Common Core. Our children are being taught that the Second Amendment allows people to own firearms ONLY if they have government permission, are part of a militia and register them.
The Second Amendment says no such thing and any historical analysis of that Amendment will not show these to be true. In fact, the exact opposite is true. BUT, if the progressives in education can make our children believe these lies they will grow up believing that they do not have the right to keep and bear arms unless they meet criteria determined by government. In a few generations adults will come from the indoctrinated youth who were lied to in order to push an agenda of control.
[note]Teach children that homosexual behavior is normal and that marriage does not mean between one man and one woman and they grow up believing that it is perfectly normal for there to be two daddies or mommies and that the traditional family is obsolete. Indoctrination is then successful and society crumbles a little more.
Religion is another area where progressives are indoctrinating our children. The progressives continue to fight to get all aspects of religion, particularly Christian religion, stricken from society. Teachers attack children who pray or express their beliefs. Tell people often enough that religion is not allowed in government and they will believe it. The phrase Separation of Church and State is a prime example of indoctrination. People believe that phrase is part of the Constitution because they have been told that it was over and over again.[/note]
The State of Maryland had a situation yesterday at a university. An Active Shooter alert was sent out telling students and faculty to shelter in place (cower in place). This was done because someone reported seeing a person with a gun. How can a person with a gun be an ACTIVE SHOOTER if that person is not, ACTIVELY SHOOTING? No one reported shots. It was only reported that someone thought they saw a person with a gun.
Turns out there were two youngsters with BB guns (which are not firearms). They were not active shooters.
But by calling it this the university creates the impression that someone with a gun is an active shooter even if that person is not shooting. We get to a point where people are no longer allowed to display any kind of firearm because they will then be an active shooter. The indoctrination is successful in changing a definition and pushing toward getting rid of active shooters by getting rid of guns because any ownership of the gun makes one an active shooter.
There are plenty of other examples each day from unemployment numbers to Obamacare numbers. The lies about the numbers in each case are designed to indoctrinate people into the belief that what government is doing is working. The fact that the economy remains in the toilet and that the real unemployment numbers demonstrate complete failure are hidden under the rug to push that agenda. Get enough people to believe you are doing a good job and they will keep putting you and others like you in office.
We hear how 7 million people have allegedly signed up for Obamacare. The progressives tout this as a major accomplishment and say it proves Obamacare is working great and that people want it. The real story is not told. No one knows how many of those who signed up actually paid their premiums. No one knows how many of them were placed into Medicaid (welfare taxpayers foot the bill for) and no one ever discusses the reality that even if all 7 million paid in to real plans it is still failure.
You see, Obamacare caused 6 million people to lose their health insurance so at best there is a 1 million net gain. No one is discussing how many healthy young people are part of this group because they are not flocking to sign up. The entire mess is a failure but progressives hide the facts to fool the uneducated and to enslave people to government. Once the plan is in full force it will never be repealed and the progressives know that.
Obamacare will eventually get to where Social Security is. It will cost too much and be unsustainable but it will have enslaved so many people they, like the elderly, will be enslaved and held hostage by a government program.
Do not allow yourself and your children to be indoctrinated. Do not believe what government tells you. Government is not there to make your life easier or to provide for you. All governments eventually enslave their people and abuse them.
We have a whole lot of people who are already on the plantation and will have many more if we do not stay vigilant. Teach your children to reject the lies. teach them the truth.
Better yet, send them to private schools or home school them.
Our country’s future depends on free thinking people who are not mind numbed drones indoctrinated by the elitists.
Push back. The most powerful weapon in the world is knowledge. They can never take that away and they fear well informed people. Yes, firearms and the Second Amendment are important but the firearm is the tool. The person is the weapon and a knowledgeable person is the most dangerous weapon of all.

Chicago Is Hazardous To Children

Jonylah Watkins was only six months old when her life was suddenly ended by a gang banger with a gun. Thirty-three year old Koman Willis, a man with documented gang ties, shot the baby as she sat on her father’s lap in his parked vehicle. Jonathan Watkins was the intended target because he allegedly stole Willis’ video game console.
Chicago has some of the toughest gun laws in the nation yet it is among the most dangerous places to live. More people are murdered with guns in Chicago than in most places (if not all) in this nation and certainly more than any place where the right to keep and bear arms is not infringed.
We have been through this before. Criminals do not obey gun laws so people like Willis will continue to use firearms illegally. Law abiding citizens are stripped of their rights while those with no regard for the law continue to obtain and use firearms illegally. There is no doubt that gun control and the failure of the judicial system resulted in the death of this innocent child. You see, Willis has 38 prior arrests so it is highly unlikely he is allowed to own a firearm. It is also a mystery why a person with such a record is not behind bars where he could not shoot people.
Chicago is an open fire murder zone where people are shot and killed each and every day despite the fact that guns control is extremely strict there.
This is the progressive dream city and it still has gun murders. The reality of this escapes progressive politicians like Barack Obama and Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley who continue to harp on gun control as a means to end gun violence. Disarming law abiding citizens will not make them safer. There is no clearer example than Chicago but the progressives push on. They only want the agents of government to have firearms.
[note]The progressives tell us that certain firearms (they desire all firearms) should be banned because they are only suitable for war. These firearms are possessed by police departments across the nation so if they are only suitable for war, just who are the police departments planning on going to war with?[/note]
While gun control certainly plays a part in the violence in Chicago it is not the only reason. There is a fundamental breakdown in the family unit and in societal norms. Society is definitely in decline when members of the society think an appropriate response to the theft of a video console is to murder the alleged thief. When neighbors are so terrified that they will not cooperate with police, when young men father children with many women or women have many children with multiple men there is a problem. That problem is exacerbated in the generational welfare state.
People lose all self respect and all respect for life. The code of the street and the gang becomes the norm and we end up with babies being murdered because a father allegedly stole a video console.
While politicians beg gang members to stop shooting children and churches beg the community to come together and repent the violence continues.
It continues because people are no longer accountable for their actions. It happens because people become dependent on the government and lack the responsibility and social mores that keep a society together.
Basically, people become animals and act like them while an overburdened judiciary keeps turning criminals back to the street and government keeps digging in deeper to keep people on the plantation.
It is sad that Jonylah was murdered but even sadder that her death was not an isolated incident in the jungle known as Chicago.
It is also sad that the gun will be blamed for this as it is for all gun related murders.

Another Scandal For Obama – Shocked Face :–o

Eric “The Red” Holder might have stepped in it big time now that we know The Justice (or is it Just Us) Department secretly obtained the telephone records of people at the Associated Press. Justice did not say why they took the records but it is believed they were obtained to discover who leaked classified information to the AP.
In all, the government seized the records for more than 20 separate telephone lines assigned to AP and its journalists in April and May of 2012. The exact number of journalists who used the phone lines during that period is unknown, but more than 100 journalists work in the offices where phone records were targeted, on a wide array of stories about government and other matters.
In a letter of protest sent to Attorney General Eric Holder on Monday, AP President and Chief Executive Officer Gary Pruitt said the government sought and obtained information far beyond anything that could be justified by any specific investigation. He demanded the return of the phone records and destruction of all copies.
“There can be no possible justification for such an overbroad collection of the telephone communications of The Associated Press and its reporters. These records potentially reveal communications with confidential sources across all of the newsgathering activities undertaken by the AP during a two-month period, provide a road map to AP’s newsgathering operations and disclose information about AP’s activities and operations that the government has no conceivable right to know,” Pruitt said. FOX News
Benghazi, IRS targeting conservative groups, HHS Secretary extorting money from insurance companies and now this.
How many of you Obama toadies are still on board? How many of you still think he and his minions are wonderful people looking out for you?
They are using the same tactics that the Communists use. They are doing things that are ILLEGAL in order to push their progressive/commie agenda and they are crapping on the Constitution and the people of this country at the same time.
These people are enemies of our nation and we need to put them on trial and get rid of them. Any politician who opposes is part of the problem and must go as well.
The irony of this AP news is that the media spent so much time covering for Obama no matter what he did and now they have been bitten by him. I doubt they will learn anything from this but who knows? Perhaps the media will start doing some investigation. Folks at the AP are hopping mad so maybe they want to play hardball…
What Obama has done and continues to do is far worse than anything Nixon did.
IMPEACH him and put the rest of them on trial. Time for a deep colon cleansing in the bowels of DC.
In other words, time to get rid of the crap.

US Government Funded Boston Terror

It looks like the Boston Bombers and their families were paid over 100 thousand dollars of US taxpayer money in the form of welfare. The bombers probably purchased the items they used to make their bombs with money from those who work hard and pay taxes. In effect, our government paid for the terror that occurred in Boston.
There are many failures in our government and the inability to weed out those who should not be here is among the most egregious of its failures. The Department of Homeland Security is supposed to be on top of things here in the “homeland” and should be focusing on the people who are here and intend to do bad things.
The reality is that the DHS would rather spend time demonizing veterans, Christians, conservatives and many other groups that have not used violence in pursuit of their agendas. Instead of looking at the illegals and those who are here legally but do bad things the DHS is stuck on attacking those who do no harm.
The Tsamaev brothers were reported as bad actors and they were checked on by federal officials. Instead of taking action the government decided to allow them to continue living here and receiving welfare money.
Our government is directly responsible for what happened in Boston from the bombing to the police state that followed.
The progressive agenda of the past 100 years has given us generational welfare and record numbers of people dependent on government (read working taxpayers). The progressive agenda is not only responsible for the bombing in Boston. The progressives and their agenda are responsible for the decay of many American cities that are run by progressives who dole out taxpayer money to people enslaved to government.
The inability of government to secure the nation and the failure of the progressive agenda has not stopped progressives from doubling down. No, the new immigration bill being floated around will ensure that millions of illegals who get a legitimate status will be allowed to get welfare. The progressives are working on building a new cadre of would be American haters who can use taxpayer money to cause chaos.
That chaos will mostly be economic where millions more on the dole will suck the last breaths from an already dying economy. But what will stop just one terrorist from getting and using taxpayer money to cause mass destruction in another US city?
We need to get a handle on the immigrants in this nation and we need to weed them out. Legally here or not we need to check to make sure they can stay here. Illegals should be sent home and those here legally but who should not be allowed to stay should be right behind them.
Until we address the number of bad people here and do something smart like getting rid of them there is no doubt we will have further attacks.
I doubt the decpticons in government really care. As long as our overlords have protection they really do not care what happens to everyone else.
Does anyone really think Obama and the rest of the progressive elitists care about dead school children or marathon runners?
If they cared about human life (other than their own) they would not support abortion and the monster in PA who murdered babies.
And they certainly would not “God Bless” Planned Parenthood…
Just so you know, I don’t disagree with everything Obama says.

Democrat Promises Never Change, Neither Do the Results

Thomas D’Alesandro, Jr. was the father of Nancy Pelosi and he was as big a left wing liberal Democrat as she is today. His positions and his political life influenced her political life and certainly on her view of America. D’Alesandro was born in Baltimore Maryland and served in a number of elected offices including Maryland House of Delegates, Mayor of Baltimore, and US House of Representatives. He dropped out of the race for Maryland Governor because he did not report money he took from someone who was convicted of fraud and conspiracy. He also ran for the US Senate in 1958. That year brings us some information about Democrats, their promises and the failures of those promises.
His son, Thomas III was a politician and his daughter, Nancy Pelosi still is. That family has lived off the taxpayer (and gotten rich off them) for decades.
A friend informed me that he was cleaning out an old Maryland property he had obtained and he found a 1958 campaign flyer from D’Alesandro’s Senate campaign. On that flyer, Tommy declares (among other things) that he will end the recession and restore America to full employment, strengthen the educational system to make our children the best educated int he world, and wipe out slums, raise the standard of living, guarantee decent housing to millions of Americans who are entitled [emphasis mine] to greater opportunities.
These promises are the same ones that have been made by progressives (regardless of party) for decades. They always promise they are going to do these things and lift people out of poverty and give them what they deserve (as if you deserve something for nothing). Nancy Pelosi is no different than her corrupt daddy. He lived off the taxpayer and so does she. They live off our money and push policies to get millions of others living off the taxpayer and this is done for two reasons. It is done to keep people in poverty and to ensure votes.
These progressives have determined that they are the ruling class and that the rest of us need them in charge. This is what Obama believed as a young man growing up and he lives that out each and every day. You are not smart enough to make it on your own and you are not able to survive without your betters providing for you. We will keep giving you these things and you keep voting for us.
The uninformed are kept that way by an educational system that teaches revised history aimed at making the youth of any given day the progressive soldiers of the future. The institutes of alleged higher learning are indoctrinating those youths into radical progressives who Occupy Wall Street in the name of their slave masters.
Make no mistake about it. Our system, as designed by progressives, is designed to keep people uninformed and begging for their Obamaphones and Obamacare, their birth control and their abortions all of which are provided in exchange for votes. Illiterate people are kept that way and encouraged to breed new generations of welfare recipients who will some day vote for their handouts. Yes, these people are not Republicans or Democrats they are Gimmiedats.
Look at the brochure from 1958 (pdf file) and tell me how the promises, or the “…Things for which I Stand” part is any different from what progressives say today. There is always some underrepresented class that progressives are looking to help with their promises. The goal is to enslave these people to government so that they are always a reliable vote.
People from both parties are involved in this game and the only voices opposed are those of the truly conservative folks in Congress. There are conservatives in both parties who believe in small government and adherence to the Constitution. There are not enough of these voices because the slaves have been allowed to vote in more and more slave masters who will throw them a phone or two along the way.
The problem is that this will likely not get any better anytime soon since there is a growing number of illiterate people. Rush Limbaugh calls them the low information voters but I call them what they are, illiterate. The slaves held on plantations were denied education because education allows freedom. The educational system today is designed to produce illiterate people who are indoctrinated in progressive ideologies. They are functionally illiterate. They can’t tell the difference between right and wrong and they lack the ability to take informed choices when picking leaders.
They vote for the masters who promise them stuff. Gimmiedat!
Those of you who are happy with the government providing for you keep in mind that you are supposed to be in charge of the government, not the other way around. If you relinquish your power government will be happy to take it.
