Pelosi Knows Nothing About Patriotism

Nancy Pelosi is a brain dead moron whose Botox injections have numbed the small clump of cells that pass for a brain in that think noggin of hers. She is obviously suffering from dementia and should retire to the old politician’s home as quickly as possible to save us from her stupidity and to save her from further embarrassment.
If you will recall not so long ago Nancy Pelosi rammed Obamacare through Congress without ONE SINGLE Republican vote. The legislation was composed in back rooms and with special interest groups in order to impose the biggest burden possible on American citizens. Pelosi famously told us we had to pass it to see what was in it.
I know that this flies in the face of your education which tells us that bills are introduced and they are read and debated and that the public has a right to know what is going on. Yes, Pelosi was anything but transparent and she used deception to pass this freedom killing legislation.
Now we have Nancy Pelosi discussing the recently passed tax cuts that President Trump signed into law. People are already feeling the effects of lower taxes and higher paychecks and businesses are handing out bonuses, pay raises and hiring more people. These things are what Pelosi describes as crumbs.
Yes, Pelosi thinks that the money you get to keep is crumbs. The money in question is usually reported as in the thousand dollar range and while this might be crumbs to an extremely rich person like Pelosi, it is substantial money to the rest of us. ANY of YOUR money that you get to keep and government does not take is substantial. But you see, Pelosi is upset that you are getting more of YOUR money because she thinks it should be kept by government and used on social programs. She thinks this will help others. The reality is she would rather give crumbs to people on welfare in order to enslave them to the Democrat party (thus ensuring votes) than to let you keep YOUR money and spend it as you see fit.
Pelosi is also complaining that the tax law was written in the dark of night, not transparent and passed solely along party lines. She does not like that at all. You see, she only likes that when she and her party does it (see Obamacare for example).
Nancy wants you to know it is unpatriotic of Republicans to pass a law allowing you to keep more of your money or as I say, allowing the government to confiscate less of it. She is not the only liberal moron to use the words unpatriotic. When Bath House Barry Obama was running he criticized George Bush for the national debt that had increased by four or five trillion dollars and said this debt was being pushed on our children and grandchildren and that raising our debt was UNPATRIOTIC. The guy who was unable to place his hand over his heart or wear a Flag pin was telling us what unpatriotic is.
As an aside, Barack Obama was extremely unpatriotic BY HIS OWN DEFINITION. He doubled the debt from ten to twenty trillion and accumulated more debt in eight years than all the previous presidents COMBINED. He is not a patriot.
Neither is Nancy Pelosi. It is contrary to American values to take property from one person and give it to another. In times past people were shot or hanged for taking things that did not belong to them. Our money belongs to us and the government should not stealing it from us to spend on social programs. Far too many tax dollars pay for things that are not allowed by the Constitution and that are designed to redistribute wealth from those who earn it to those who do not. Pelosi thinks that allowing you to have your money rather than allowing government to confiscate it and give it to others is unpatriotic.
Keep in mind that this applies to YOU. Pelosi went out of her way to ensure that her property taxes on her THREE LUXURY homes were paid prior to the end of the year so she could get the benefit of the entire deduction. As you might know, the write off for such taxes has been limited under the new law. If it is unpatriotic for people to keep more of their money is it not unpatriotic for Pelosi to run out and do something that allowed her to pay less in taxes? She is a big time liberal so she should be more than happy to see an increase in her tax bill, you know so government has more to redistribute.
Sad thing is she is like most liberals (hell most politicians) in that she wants rules for us but different ones for her and her ilk. John Kerry was the same way. He registered his yacht in a state other than his home state to avoid taxes. Many politicians have schemes that they follow so they can pay less than we do. They like to blame the rich and call them greedy but politicians are a worse lot (and Pelosi is worth over 100 million dollars so she is fabulously wealthy) and do things that are contrary to what they require of us.
Pelosi is not a patriot. In days past she would have been taken out back and handled accordingly. The best we can hope for now is for her to retire as soon as possible or for the Grim Reaper to make a House call…

Did Democrats Overplay Tax Hand?

In 2011 Barack Obama came up with the idea of the sequester. The plan was to force Congress to come up with a financial plan or each side’s top programs would get cuts. The idea was that Republicans would not want to see cuts to Defense and Democrats would not want to see cuts to social programs and other non defense agencies so they would all come together, sing Kumbaya and come up with a plan.
The election fell in between and Obama and his Democrats could not address the issue because they wanted tax increases that they could not tout if they wanted to keep their positions. Obama wanted to win a second term so he could not talk about his radical plans or he would lose.
Republicans felt sure that Romney would win and they would take the Senate so they could undo the damage caused by years of stupidity from both sides.
Romney did not win and the time for the sequestration cuts was rapidly approaching. Both sides worked against each other in an effort to fix the mess they created. At the last minute a deal was struck that increased taxes immediately for high income earners and pushed the sequestration cuts off until March First. John Boehner took heat for allowing the tax increases and he should but looking at it now his move might have been a good one.
If sequestration had taken place at the beginning of the year then ALL of the Bush era tax cuts would have gone away. This means there would be tax increases on everyone. Yes, even though Democrats have been screaming that the Bush tax cuts were for the rich they were forced to admit that everyone would be affected if the tax cuts went away.
The reality that the tax increase would hit the middle class and that Republicans would be blamed forced Boehner and Republicans to allow taxes to increase on about 2% of wage earners. At the same time, the deal made the Bush tax cuts for the other 98% permanent. This means that a tax increase on the middle class cannot be held over the heads of the Republicans. They are now in a stronger position to bargain because only a direct act to raise taxes on the middle class can make that happen. No matter what happens, inactivity or allowing the sequester to proceed will not cause taxes on the middle class to go up.
Sure, hundreds of thousands of the middle class will be affected by the sequester but that is by design. The White House came up with sequester and the cuts associated and the White House is ensuring that those cuts directly harm people so that those people will get upset with Republicans and hold them accountable. The Democrats need people to be miserable or they will realize that government is too big and cuts are not a bad thing.
This is why the cuts are taking place in a fashion that will cause direct harm to people and programs that directly involve people.
There is a lot that can be cut that would not harm people but that would not accomplish what Democrats want, direct dependence on government.
In any event, the average person will feel little affect from the cuts. Many federal employees will as will those who depend on services like meals on wheels. But, for the most part, the average person will notice little disruption in their lives.
Other than, of course, the disruption that has been with us since Obama first took office.
Democrats got their tax increase and were to bargain in good faith for spending cuts. They did not (which is not a surprise). Now they are screaming for more tax increases on the wealthy. They talk about closing loopholes (government speak for parts of the tax code people use to pay less in taxes, parts that Congress put there in the first place) and increasing rates on an even larger pool of wealthy taxpayers but refuse to discuss cutting. They want tax increases NOW and cuts sometime in the future.
Republicans are having none of that and are, so far, standing firm on their stance that there will be no more revenue (government speak for taxes). The Republicans do not have to worry now about an automatic tax increase on the middle class because the Bush cuts were made permanent so they have the upper hand.
Democrats might have overplayed their hand because they thought once Republicans allowed a tax increase in December they set a precedent and would cave again.
It is possible that Boehner gave his party a stronger position by allowing a tax increase on the top 2%. Democrats cannot hold that ax over the heads of the Republicans and must now gin up anger within the base in order to get things done.
So far the public has not been in much of an uproar and it looks like Democrats are scratching and clawing in order to get tax increases.
The sequester will begin to hit harder in the next few weeks and then we hit the end of the last continuing resolution. Boehner and his party might be in the driver’s seat because he took the wild card, tax cuts on the middle class, away from the Democrats.
It is time for Boehner to step up and rule with an iron fist. It is time for tax reform and spending cuts. He has the weapons at his disposal.
Because no matter what, Obama will ultimately be held responsible for any disaster that takes place in the coming months.
His stenographers in the media will try to deflect the blame but many Americans are paying attention each day (though we will never be rid of the low information voters).
Democrats toasted the tax increase while bringing in the New Year but they might have given away their bargaining chips in the process.

So Bush’s Tax Cuts Were For The Middle Class

I knew this all along but now Barack Obama has confirmed it. The Senate passed his version of the tax cut extension and that version stripped out the tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans. The so called millionaires who make more than $250,000. Barack Obama said that he wants the House to pass this as it keeps tax cuts in place for 98% of the people.
So let’s work this out. The tax cuts Obama wants to keep in place are for the middle class. Doing what Obama wants will keep tax cuts in place for 98% of the people, therefore Bush’s tax cuts were for the middle class (or 98% of Bush’s tax cuts were for the middle class).
You see, for ten years or so the Democrats have been screaming that Bush’s tax cuts were for the rich. They denied that the middle class benefited from the cuts and they always portrayed it as if the lion’s share went to the wealthy folks. Obama has now confirmed that 98% of the cuts that George W Bush enacted went to the middle class and only 2% went to the wealthy. So Bush’s tax cuts were not tax cuts for the rich.
I know it is hard to believe given how every Democrat was bleating something different for the last decade but now they are confronted with the issue and have to actually tell the truth. They cannot end the taxes or it will hurt the middle class and that would spell disaster in November. So they had to come clean with their story and had to admit that they lied and deliberately misled people for a decade in order to gain political favor.
Joe Biden did not yet get the memo because he is still talking about how Republicans and George Bush gave rich people tax cuts. His booze addled brain cannot comprehend that his boss is saying the exact opposite.
The tax cuts should be made permanent for everyone. In fact, they should be cut even more to stimulate growth. The Bush tax cuts did not cost the government money (government has no money) because more money flowed into the Treasury after the cuts. The problem is that Congress has no control and it spent the increased money and then some. They did that when Reagan cut taxes and the Treasury got more money. Then they blamed the tax cuts on the deficit. They cannot control themselves and that is why we have money troubles.

The next time some liberal moron tells you that Bush cut taxes for the rich make sure to point out that their messiah Barry said otherwise.
Then have them look at the government’s own numbers.

Obama Should Have Listened To Limbaugh

OK, he should have listened sooner…
Well, he is at least considering Limbaugh’s advice now. Perhaps that is because there is a tough election coming this November and Obama’s tax and spend policies (which are really tax, borrow and spend) have done little for the economy. Business is sluggish, the unemployment rate is still above where they said it would be if we passed the Stimulus and our debt grows by leaps and bounds each and every minute (every second!!).
When Obama was immaculated Limbaugh devised The Obama-Limbaugh Bipartisan Stimulus Plan of 2009. You can read it in its entirety but one of the items was to cut the corporate tax rate. America’s corporate tax rate is one of the highest in the world and Limbaugh proposed cutting it in half from 35% to 17%. His ideas fell on deaf ears as Obama spent three years telling us the only way to fix things was to make the rich pay their fair share (while ignoring the fact that they pay most of the taxes) and to spend our way out of a debt problem.
Raising taxes, the Democrats tell us, is the only way to solve the economic problems. If only the government had more money coming in it could be responsible and spend it responsibly. This ignores the history of our government spending what it takes in, no matter the amount, and then some. Reagan’s tax cuts increased revenue to the government but liberals claim it increased the deficit because there was not enough money. They ignore the reality that when more money came in, Congress spent more. They spent all of it and then borrowed money to spend even more.
Barack Hussein Obama (mmm, mmm, mmm) will soon announce that the government will try to cut corporate tax rates. The number being floated is 20%. Yes, the government is looking to cut corporate taxes by 15% in order to get things moving and increase revenue. The article points out that it would be hard to do in an election year but it will give the appearance that government has listened to corporations.
The increase in revenue is what Limbaugh said would happen and is why he proposed it in his 2009 plan.
Democrats know that people feel they have been overburdened with taxes. I know there are folks who claim this is not true but any poll that includes those who pay no taxes or who get money back even though they paid nothing is not valid. Those folks will always feel that people are not taxed enough because they want those who pay taxes to pay more so they can continue to live off the sweat of the people who actually pay their fair share (and then some). In other words, the unpatriotic should not be included in the poll (VP Joe Biden said it was patriotic to pay taxes so if you don’t pay you are not patriotic).
The Democrat party hates tax cuts but it knows that people hate tax increases. The Democrats talk tax cuts around every election because they are pandering to the people and trying to get elected (which seems to be the take of the article). Once the election is over they go right back to screaming that taxes need to be increased.
The funny thing is that nearly all the time the Democrats claim that tax increases are needed and that tax cuts hurt the economy and take money away from government. Then when election time rolls around they claim they need to cut taxes to increase revenue and improve the economy. Let’s face it. The only reason they want to raise taxes is because doing so meets their definition of fair. Even when presented with the reality that taking 100% of the money the rich make would not fix our problems Obama said he would still raise taxes because it is the fair thing to do.
Some leadership there.
If the government succeeds in lowering the corporate tax rate and the economy improves (which it will barring some other stupid government intervention) look for Obama to claim his past policies made it work and that he deserves four more years.
While Obama crows about how great he is and how his policies worked Limbaugh will be the one who can say:
See, I told you so.
Obama should listen to the adults in the room and not the radicals in his regime.

Temporary Tax Cut, Permanent Mortgage Fee

The House and Senate are still fighting over extending the so called payroll tax cut that was enacted last year. That cut was in the FICA or Social Security tax. So what government did was cut the amount of money being paid into a system that is already going broke. Democrats say that failure to act will result in a tax increase but the tax will only go back to where it was before they temporarily reduced it. Isn’t this the argument they make regarding the Bush tax cuts? Don’t they say it is not an increase because the rates will only go back to where they were?
In any event, the tax cut needs to be paid for and the government will do this with a PERMENANT mortgage fee. The folks who get a new home or refinance an existing one through either Fannie or Freddie will pay a $15 a month fee (on a $200,000 loan) that will not go away. If the tax cut ends in two months or a year, the fee will continue because it is a permanent fee. The fee will allegedly be used to pay back the loss to Social Security but the reality is that the fee will go into the general fund and be used, as was ALL past Social Security money, to pay for careless spending by Congress.
It is not bad enough that those who can afford to get a home will pay fees to cover a tax cut for those who can’t (or won’t) buy one but the fee will last forever and will not pay back the Social Security money lost.
The fee would amount to $180 a year for a $200k loan and $360 a year for a $400k loan. Over a 30 year loan that would be $5,400 and $10,800 respectively. People who buy or refinance a loan will end up paying this amount of money even if the tax cut ends or if the Social Security tax rate goes up.
This is another wealth redistribution scheme that uses a sneaky way to force people to pay for the fiscally irresponsible government.

The government continues to soak those who produce and try to have a better life. How long will it be before they add some kind of monthly fee to a car loan to pay for green energy?
Why is government hell bent on screwing us and why have businesses become tax collectors in the redistributive States of America?
Think you can avoid this by getting a mortgage where Fannie and Freddie are not involved? Good luck. They are involved in about 90% of all mortgages…
