Schakowsky Says That You Don’t Deserve To Keep All Your Money
Sep 14, 2011 Political
Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky was interviewed on WLS Radio and she said that we do not deserve to keep all of our money because government is those things we decide to do together. She then talked about national security, police, and firefighters. She did not mention those things government decided that had no togetherness to them such as the many social welfare programs. She failed to mention Social Security and how it was enacted and mismanaged.
First of all, government is not those things we decide to do together. Government in this country is the collection of folks We the People have sent to represent us. Government does not decide together with us what we want to do. Government is limited in its power by the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Neither government nor the people, (alone or together) have the authority to do as we please. We have a Constitution that says what the people allow government to do and government is not allowed to work outside of those rules. If we want to change things there is a mechanism to do just that.
Second of all, who is this Congresswoman to decide whether or not we deserve to keep OUR money? What gives her or any other politician the right to tell us how much of OUR property we are allowed to keep? The reality is government does not deserve to have any of our money and only gets it under the authority we allow it.
I know that this woman is one of the typical liberal/Socialists who thinks that it is OK to confiscate property from citizens. She believes that it is perfectly OK so much so that she will decide what you DESERVE to keep.
Here is something that is true. Schakowsky does not deserve to keep here seat in Congress and the Constitution allows the people she represents to decide that issue.
You see Congresswoman, WE get to decide what you deserve (and you do not merit your seat) but you do not have that luxury with regard to us.
Having the authority to tax us (that we gave you) gives you NO authority to decide how much of our property we are worthy of keeping.
Our Founders would be shooting by now…

Our Budget Explained And Other Tid Bits
Aug 4, 2011 Political
This video explains what is happening in DC and how they play games with our budget in order to keep spending. It makes it quite simple for those among us who think that the government has an unending supply of money or that the money comes from Obama’s “stash.” Though to be quite honest Congress has given Obama a stash of money called the stimulus and it was used to pay off those to whom he owed favors…
When you are done watching that it should be obvious that the recent vote to increase the debt did not do us any good. Since this has been going on for about 100 years it should also come as no shock that they will not fix it and they will not work to fix it. They will continue to use budget gimmicks and accounting tricks to hide the problem until it bites us in the rear end.
At that time we will not be able to fix things and the social programs that liberals love to spend on will go away. Once we can no longer afford them and once we can no longer borrow to pay for them they will have to go away. It is that simple and there will be a lot of unhappy people who have been clueless and do not see it coming. Whether we default or not is a matter of whether we can pay our creditors. As long as we can pay them we are not in default but we will end up eliminating a lot of social programs that we can no longer afford because these morons and their enablers in the hands out crowd did nothing to rein in spending.
Thanks to what they did this week our borrowing immediately surpassed 100% of GDP. That is a recipe for disaster.
Liberals talk about the need to raise the debt ceiling and continue to borrow as a matter of national security. Al Franken and the other morons say that the GOP stance was an invitation to terrorists but the reality is that these people are inviting our enemies in the door. If China decided to cash in what we owe them and demand payment we would be in serious trouble and they could bankrupt us. We would default on that debt and we would have real issues that make the last Obama invented crisis look like a carnival. China will continue to take on more of our debt until the right time for it to pounce on us by demanding payment.
Then we will see how the politicians betrayed us and Franken can stand at the door of the Capitol and hold the welcome sign.
The market will be unsettled through all this and we are either in or heading for a second (or double dip) recession. Some like to claim that this claim has been made so much that if it happens it would be a see I told you so (like predicting rain every day, eventually you would be right) but I said last year that we would hit a double dip in the latter part of this year. It was not a monthly or daily prediction, it was a prediction of what would happen later in 2012 and it looks like we are heading in that direction. The reason for this is the Obama policies.
They are job and economy killers. It is that simple because the policies of Obama have been tried by other big government politicians in the past and they have failed. The New Deal did not fix things (it made them worse) and WW II was the only thing that pulled us out of the Depression. The New Deal helped to add to our present day miseries because it created a class of people dependent on government (this was by design) and LBJ completed this by enslaving minorities to government.
All at a cost to the taxpayers. All at a cost to our national security and all at the eventual risk of our sovereignty.
I do think though, that we can help with some of the budget. They should pass a law that all of the millionaires and billionaires (the real ones not the phony definition Obama uses to sock the middle class) who support Obama with money or by attending his birthday party should be taxed at 100%. Congress should pass a law that those millionaires and billionaires and only those should be required to turn in 100% of their income to pay off the debt.
They claim they want to pay more and they are rich enough. They can afford it and it is their patriotic duty. Yes, I like it. Only the Obama supporting rich will be taxed at 100%.
This will solve our problems and how could any liberal object, the liberal rich need to pay their fair share.
It is for the children…
UPDATE: Look who endorsed Obama for reelection.
Cave Canem!

Here Is Your Compromise Mr. Obama, We Won
Jul 26, 2011 Political
To Barack Hussein Obama (mmm, mmm, mmm) it is like November 2010 never happened. Obama took to the airwaves last evening to push his case for raising taxes on Americans in order to pay for the out of control spending that he is now known for. Obama warned that if his bluff was called he would take his message to the people and he did. Fine but he said nothing that amounts to anything.
The first thing he did was blame George W. Bush for the problems we have. The reality, according to then Senator Obama, is that there is a problem because of lack of leadership, and that is Barry’s leadership and not Bush’s who has been out of office for over two years. Remember, it was Obama who said asking to raise the debt limit was a sign of failed leadership.
So after Obama blames Bush he goes on an over 4000 word rant about the situation we are in (that he and the Democrats have put us in) and he said that we need to raise taxes on the rich (defined as those making over $200,000 a year who Obama called millionaires) because they need to pay their fair share. The rich pay almost all the income taxes in this country, period. But Obama wants them to pay their fair share.
Fair to liberals is when you bring a pie to a party, they cut the pie so that they get almost all of it and you get a little sliver. Then they demand you buy another pie for them because you are able to, they deserve it and they have the right to tell you how to spend your money.
Anyway, Obama blamed all of the problems on the Republicans and said they would not compromise. That means they will not raise taxes. Yep, Obama tried to divide and conquer by saying that some Republicans (like Speaker Boehner) want to compromise but the freshmen (read Tea Party backed members) would not go along. He is trying to undermine Boehner and cause fractures among the Republicans.
But that won’t work.
I think I can sum this up and do so by using Obama’s own words. Obama is dismissing the November elections and driving on as if they had never happened. He is asking for compromise and saying that he wants certain things done. He wants a say in the matter.
When Obama first took office and Republicans were in a meeting with him they expressed some of the things they wanted to do and he basically told them that what they wanted did not matter because, “I won.” Obama believed that he got to do things his way because he won the election and that the Republicans or their opinions did not matter.
Fine, but Mr. Obama, last November the Republicans won. They have a very large majority in the House and they have an agenda. They were put in office to hold down spending and cut taxes. They were not put in office to compromise with failed liberal ideology.
In other words Mr. Obama, THEY WON.
They won so they get to do things their way.
That is the standard you set for dealing with compromise.
So deal with it.
Cave Canem!

The Debt Debate And Obama Lies
Jul 23, 2011 Political
The debate on raising the debt limit is hitting critical mass and there are a few things that are worth noting on the issue. Talks have reportedly broken down and Obama threw another tantrum last evening. It appears he is having problems because his base wants taxes raised and they insist that it all can’t be done with cuts alone. This is, of course, pure fabrication because there is enough waste in government along with unnecessary programs to balance the budget without raising taxes. Taxes are high enough and it is important to remember that when government talks about balancing cuts with taxes that the cuts take place over ten years and the taxes take effect immediately.
Democrats are in a tizzy and Obama is acting like a spoiled child who can’t get his way. He has resorted to scare tactics to get his point across and it is probably working with some groups of people who are not as informed as they should be. Obama’s tactics are terror tactics designed to gain compliance to his wishes by terrorizing those who have become enslaved to the government. He is also using the word default as in for the first time in our history we will default on our obligations. This is malarkey. We have enough money coming in to service our debt and a default is the inability to do that so no matter how times Sir Golfsalot says it, it isn’t true. We will not default on our debt. We will, however, not be able to pay for some of the things that politicians have promised in order to get votes. We might not be able to afford some of the agencies that are either not needed or have grown way too big and need to be smaller anyway.
No matter what, we will not default on our debt.
Obama is using terror against the elderly, those enslaved to government through forced participation in the Ponzi scheme known as Social Security. Obama stated that if we do not settle this he can’t guarantee that Social Security checks go out in August. Really? We take in enough money each month to not only service our debt (which means we won’t default) but to also pay the recipients of Social Security the money they paid into a system that has been mismanaged by politicians. This should actually be a wake up call to the people who believed that government had the money to pay this obligation. The money has not been put away in a special trust fund. The money was moved to the general fund under LBJ, a Democrat, and has been spent on pet projects of politicians. They did what Bernie Madoff did and he is in jail.
Obama claims that he cannot guarantee those checks will go out but this is a lie. He can make that guarantee unless he has decided that there are other entities that need the money more, like say his union thug friends. The reality is that Obama can guarantee the checks go out and he should do that. In fact, the House should call his bluff and pass legislation that says that in the event a deal is not reached then the money must be spent to service the debt, pay Social Security recipients, and pay the military. After that they can do what they want with the rest. That would force the Senate to either side with Social Security recipients (as they claim they do) or vote against them. It would force Obama to do the same.
Republicans should stop playing games with this child and back him into a corner so that he is forced to make tough decisions. Force him to either sign it or screw over the Seniors. Force him and the Senate to make these decisions through legislation because negotiations are getting us nowhere.
Democrats say we must raise the debt ceiling in order to keep from going into default (a claim I have already addressed) but they are in a tizzy because there are no tax increases in these Republican offered bills. That brings up another point. Democrats have offered no solutions and have not offered a budget in two years. The only thing they know how to do is tax and spend. Barbara Mikulski, the gnome Senator from Maryland, is very upset that tax increases are not included in any of the plans. Mikulski is an idiot and should have been turned out to pasture a long time ago. She could not survive in the real world and the morons in Maryland keep reelecting her because she keeps giving them someone else’s stuff. Yes, this is why Babs (and the rest of the Democrats) want higher taxes. They want more of people’s money so they can give it to other people who will then vote for them. It is the same scheme that has caused this problem but she does not care.
I can understand why Obama is upset. He is in the position of having to beg Congress to do what he was unwilling to do when he was in the Senate. He must now admit to the world that the fact we are here asking to raise the debt ceiling is a lack of leadership. Those were his words when he was in the Senate and now he is forced to admit that he has been lacking as a leader. In fact, all Democrats in the Senate voted against raising the ceiling the last time and this is what Harry Reid had to say at the time:
“If my Republican friends believe that increasing our debt by almost $800 billion today and more than $3 trillion over the last five years is the right thing to do, they should be upfront about it. They should explain why they think more debt is good for the economy.
How can the Republican majority in this Congress explain to their constituents that trillions of dollars in new debt is good for our economy? How can they explain that they think it’s fair to force our children, our grandchildren, our great grandchildren to finance this debt through higher taxes. That’s what it will have to be. Why is it right to increase our nation’s dependence on foreign creditors?
They should explain this. Maybe they can convince the public they’re right. I doubt it. Because most Americans know that increasing debt is the last thing we should be doing. After all, I repeat, the Baby Boomers are about to retire. Under the circumstances, any credible economist would tell you we should be reducing debt, not increasing it.
Keep in mind that Democrats want to increase the debt limit by 2.5 trillion dollars which is quite a bit more than Reid discussed above. They want to push this issue past the next election so they do not have to deal with it again.
In any event, Obama now has a record and people are far less impressed with his actions as they were with the words. Some folks have figured out that it was easy for Obama to talk but acting on the words was not so easy. They figured out that he was way more radical than he led them to believe and that he is not an effective leader. In fact, it has to be troubling to Obama that Ron Paul is within striking distance in the presidential polls.
So here we have a leader who spent like there was no tomorrow on programs that cost more money and failed to stimulate saying we have to be responsible with the debt while asking us to bump the credit limit another 2.5 TRILLION dollars. They promise cuts that will take place over ten years (and we know that never happens) while taxing us immediately. And yes, the taxes will hit all of us one way or another.
What could go wrong with this plan?
Here is an idea. Balanced budget amendment to the Constitution to force them to live within OUR means. Flat tax that all wage earners pay and cuts across the board to government with the elimination of unconstitutional or unnecessary programs and departments.
Until that time we need to take a new approach to slap people like Mikulski back into reality. Obama promised that if he were to get elected it would not be business as usual in DC. With that in mind, let’s do things a little differently. We want the cuts to the budget to be IMMEDIATE and the tax increases to be over ten years.
It is OUR money and dammit, it is time they listened to us tell them how to spend it.
One thing is certain. They don’t want to cut and they want to raise taxes but on August 2nd they are not going to have much of a choice. There will be a lot more cutting than they wanted to happen and it won’t take place over ten years.
Cave Canem!
Never surrender, never submit.

How Many Geithners Are There To Help Out?
Jul 10, 2011 Political
Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner said that there will be hard times for Americans for a long time to come. He also said that Barack Obama rescued us from the second Great Depression, the financial mess caused by his party and their careless ways. Geithner is pushing lawmakers to raise the debt ceiling so that we will not default. This is hyperbole designed to stir up the masses because we will not default. The country takes in 200 billion dollars a month and the amount needed to service the debt is about 20 Billion dollars, or ten percent of what we take in.
What we will not have is money to pay for the items that are not associated with servicing the debt. We will not default on our debt but we will have to cut way back on some programs, programs that should have been paired down or eliminated a long time ago.
As Geithner is out predicting doom and gloom the Democrats are pushing for 2 trillion dollars in tax increases coupled with 4 trillion dollars in cuts (over ten years). This is a non starter for Republicans who know that raising taxes in a bad economy is not a good thing and that lower taxes, in general, are better for our financial health.
But since we are talking about taxes perhaps we should explore an area where more tax revenue can be brought in. Why don’t we go after people like Tim Geithner, you know, those who don’t pay their taxes.
There are a number of people in this country who do not pay the taxes they owe. Hell, look how many Obama appointees or nominees to positions had tax problems. If this is a representation of the Democrat political class in this country then there are a lot of people out there we can go after to increase revenue. There are lot of them and you know who they are. These are the folks, like John Kerry, who think it is perfectly OK to tax us to death but who go out of their way to avoid paying the taxes they owe. Kerry did not keep his luxury yacht in his home state in order to avoid paying the taxes. He also pays taxes at the lower rate in his state.
So I propose that we audit every person in this country who is in a government elected or appointed position including advisers who receive no federal pay so that we can ensure they are paying their fair share of the tax burden. Tim Geithner did not pay his taxes and, come to think of it, neither did Charlie Rangel. It is high time we hold these people’s feet to the fire and make them pay up.
Before they start going after the people in this country who pay nearly all the taxes they need to go after those who are trying to get that money.
Maybe if we find all these tax dodgers and make them pay we will have enough money to cover the debt. Likely not but why let that stop us since the fact that taxing the rich at 100% would not pay off the debt does not stop these people from going after them.
We are hurting and Geithner says it will continue for a long time. It is because people like him failed to pay up coupled with failed Democrat policies that we are in this mess in the first place.
Time for pitchforks and torches…
Cave Canem!
Never surrender, never submit.
