The UN Climate Tribunal

Don’t be confused tribunal is a fancy word for court. The climate NAZIs want to impose restrictions on wealthy countries in order to redistribute their wealth to poorer nations.
China and India are very happy about the prospect because they will be deemed poor nations even though China holds a TRILLION dollars of US debt and produces 17% more carbon than the US (as if carbon output is really a bad thing).
There is no doubt Barack Obama and John Kerry are trying to do an end run around Congress and put this tribunal in place so they can finally claim a victory in the foreign policy arena.
Though I would not call this a victory they certainly would and after their series of foreign policy disasters they need something to point to and claim a victory.
The idea is for the UN to be able to decide climate change issues and who has to pay.
The UN will force wealthy nations (as if any country with $20 TRILLION in debt and $100 TRILLION in unfunded liabilities can be called wealthy) to pay poorer nations. The UN will decide and we will pay.
According to the proposed draft text of the climate treaty, the tribunal would take up issues such as “climate justice,” “climate finance,” “technology transfers,” and “climate debt.” WND
Keep in mind the taxpayer will fork over money for this.
The UN is a terrible organization and we should kick it out of our country and leave it so we do not have to put up with its terror.
And we should prosecute those in our government who push this on us.

The Illegals Can’t Be Refugees In The US

The federal government tried to move a large number of illegals from the border states to a vacant Reserve Center in Western Maryland. Congressman Andy Harris (who represents some of the area but not the area of the Reserve Center) and local residents caught wind of the clandestine attempt and put an end to it. The governor of Maryland, Martin O’Malley is itching to show his progressive stripes by letting as many of these folks in Maryland as possible. His policies favoring these kinds of shenanigans have resulted in a budget explosion, dozens of tax increases and a downturn in the state economy but he presses on.
O’Malley said these folks should be granted asylum. The UN is working to declare these illegals refugees in an effort to force the US to take them in. They technically do not meet the definition of a refugee but when has the law ever stopped the UN or other progressives?
[note]An asylum seeker is someone who is seeking status as a refugee If asylum is granted by the host state then the person would become a refugee and be entitled to legal protections.[/note]
These word plays are nothing more than games designed to get tens of thousands of illegals in the US and give them some kind of legal status. However, the plan should never work (though in this world it might) because any court reviewing the petitions would see a glaring problem.
Mexico has granted the illegals free passage through their country so they can get to the US. In other words, Mexico gave them safe refuge.
The International Justice Resource Center states that the following people are not refugees (therefore cannot be granted asylum):
Individuals who voluntarily avail themselves of the protection of their country of nationality or habitual residence or individuals who have received protection in a third country are also not considered refugees. See 1951 Convention relating to the Status of Refugees, art. 1(C). [emphasis mine]
All of these individuals have received protection in a third country because Mexico granted them protection to make their way to the US therefore they cannot be refugees. They can’t seek asylum in the US because they received protection (from their alleged persecution) in the country of Mexico and Mexico is a signatory of the 1951 Refugee Convention and the 1967 Protocol. Since Mexico granted them protection they need to be the ones to grant them asylum.
I certainly pray that the court system beats back any attempt by the UN or misguided politicians (like Martin O’Malley) to grant a status to these illegals that they are not legally entitled to in the US.
If they want asylum then send them back to Mexico and let the Mexican government take care of them.
I am not opposed to legal immigration. We welcome those who come here legally with open arms and are happy to call them friend. Those who come here illegally are making their first act in this nation an intentional violation of our law. We cannot trust nor should we support those who disregard our laws while at the same time attempting to use our legal system and generosity against us.
We do not need to send them home. If the UN and others want to make them refugees then send them to Mexico, the country that granted them safe entry.
Perhaps the easiest way to end all of this and to ensure they leave and that a wall is built to keep people out would be to convince Democrats that these people have all indicated they will vote Republican.
The wall would be up in a week and these folks would be someplace else very quickly…

Muslim Obama Defends His Prophet

Barack Obama claims to be a Christian despite many claims from others that he is a Muslim. I think he certainly acts like a closet Muslim deliberately lying to us in order to push an agenda. It does not help that his former brother Muammar Gaddafi said Obama was one of us [Muslim] and Obama said that John McCain had not attacked him over his Muslim faith. The newspapers from Kenya call him Kenyan born, his publisher calls him Kenyan born (in a pamphlet Obama had to approve) and singer Madonna called Barack Obama a Muslim.
It seems that everyone got the memo but Obama himself as he continues to deny his Muslim faith.
Obama has told us the Muslim call to prayer is one of the most beautiful sounds in the world and Barry can recite it quite well. I guess he should since he had all that practice growing up.
Now Obama is defending the child molesting prophet of Islam, Mohammad [PBUH – Piss Be Upon Him]. You know, the guy who had sex with a pre-teen girl he had taken as his wife. Where I grew up men would be shot for that. Too bad they did not kill Mohammad for his pedophilia and we might not have all these troubles today.
Be that as it may, Obama was out doing one of the things he does best and that is blame someone else. Obama was blaming You Tube and a sorry movie for the violence that led to the murder of Americans and made them bumps in the road.
While Obama was blaming someone else for his failure he said; “The future must not belong to those who slander the holy prophet of Islam.”
Really? Who the hell is Obama and where does he get off making this kind of claim? The holy prophet was a child molester and the people who follow him are a bunch of radicals living in the past. They are people who have no regard for human life or any one else’s religious beliefs.
Muslims routinely murder people who are not followers of Islam and they insult Christianity and Judaism ALL the time. When we the last time you heard Obama say the future must not belong to those who slander the Son of God? When was the last time he made such a claim to those who insult the Jews?
He has not nor will he ever. He is an ass kisser who is part of the Muslim faith. He is working overtime with its followers in order to bring about Muslim domination.
The UN is considering making blasphemy of Islam a crime. Obama spent NO time fighting back against that idea because he is one of them and he believes in it.
Let me say it first. NO LAW will keep me from saying what I want and NO ONE will successfully enforce any such law against ME.
I don’t know what the future holds but I know Muslims are radical and they want to take over and will do so by force. They are working very hard on taking over and they are having success with the assistance of Barack Obama.
I am sitting back waiting just dipping my bullets in pork grease and dog crap.
And if I ever find Mohammad’s grave I am going to pour bacon grease on it right after I piss all over it.

I slandered your child molesting prophet and the future already belongs to me and those like me. Patriots who are ready, willing, and able to stand up and fight for our lives and the lives of our loved ones.
I can’t help but wonder though. Obama is great at blaming everyone else but he is also great at campaigning. Perhaps he is saying these things to get millions more in illegal Muslim donations like he did in 2008 (you libs know it is true).
Perhaps he is discussing the prophet for profit…
In any event, they can all go straight to hell.

Be Prepared, Be Very Prepared

Why do you think the government is purchasing millions of rounds of ammunition? Why are prices going up? Why do they not work to keep energy prices down? Why are they not actually doing anything to solve the economic and unemployment problems?
They need as much civil unrest as possible in order to keep Barack Hussein Obama (mmm, mmm, mmm) in power so the transformation of America can be completed.
Progressives from both parties want the collapse of America and one world order. They want a single currency and they want to have us under their thumbs. They have been incrementally taking our rights while we sat back and ignored them. Now we happily allow them to grope us before we fly. We allow them to stop us on the streets. We allow them to creep into our personal business.
Soon, very soon, all hell will break loose and they will look to squash us and silence any resistance. They believe they are like the Borg and that resistance is futile.
Metaphorically speaking, there’s a revolution going on in the U.S., propped up by three legs. Economic chaos, chaos through racial division, and chaos through class division, all joined by one core element: Barack Hussein Obama and his stable of unelected czars. Obama is using the lessons learned in 1968 as the template for 2012, and many of those who were active in the late 1960s are now calling the shots for 2012.
“The Obama administration and many of the un-elected ‘czars,’ either directly or indirectly, are engaged in covert activities with the occupy movement, various labor protests, and other subversive activities inside the U.S.,” stated my source. Using untracked campaign funds, they are paying people to infiltrate the various movements to cause physical destruction of property and disrupt commerce. Why do you think they got a GPS position for every house during the Census? Our folks would know how to find a street but would a foreign soldier acting on behalf of the UN?

Is a World Government Next?

I used to be sure it would never happen- after all, there are some great cultural divides between cultures and countries, not to mention the religion aspect- that one’s a biggie. But what is emerging with the ouster of Manuel Zelaya, former President of Honduras, is beginning to change my mind about the possibility of something beginning to stir.
First, some background on the Honduran situation. The ouster of Zelaya was not a coup in the strict sense of the word, as the Honduran military does not control the government, but just assisted in removing the former president, who was trying to pull a Chavez- like “President- for- Life” scheme out of his hat by changing the Honduran Constitution. This was (and is) illegal, so he was removed. The new President is a member of Zelaya’s own party.
Ask yourself, what would we do, if Hussein tried to do illegal, unconstitutional things- wait, that IS happening, isn’t it? But I digress—-
Hussein and Chavez seem to be partnering on a resolution where the UN will re-instate Zelaya- a wrong move on so many levels it is hard to know where to start.
The United Nations on Thursday begins a debate over a new U.N. military doctrine called the “Responsibility to Protect,” which would authorize the world organization to be used as cover to intervene in the sovereign affairs of a nation state, supposedly to protect the people of a country against their own government. The first target could be anti-communist Honduras.
The “Responsibility to Protect,” also known as RtoP or R2P, is mostly the work of the World Federalist Movement, a group dedicated to world government by strengthening the United Nations system. It is the major force behind the “International Coalition for the Responsibility to Protect.”
R2P was sold as something to be exercised against regimes practicing genocide against their own people. But the new doctrine is so vague and subject to political manipulation that one can speculate it could be used to justify some form of U.N. intervention in Honduras on the pretext that the people there are somehow being victimized by a popular military-backed regime. In fact, some Hondurans are telling this columnist that they are fearful that U.N. “blue helmets” are right now being prepared to invade their country.

Yep, it is looking as if our hemisphere is going “bananas”, as in Banana Republics (not the clothing store)- as power will be consolidated by “partnerships”, managed by the UN in a world where international law is ascendent, and every other country’s liberties and laws are secondary.
It is difficult to dismiss these concerns as baseless rumors, considering what will be happening at the U.N. The key U.N. official orchestrating the debate, General Assembly President and Lenin Peace Prize recipient Miguel D’Escoto, is the same figure who recently managed passage of a U.N. resolution supporting the return to Honduras of Manuel Zelaya, who was removed by the military on the orders of the Honduran Supreme Court and Congress. Zelaya is a lackey of Venezuelan communist ruler Hugo Chavez, who is using his oil money to buy and influence governments throughout Latin America.
In an ominous development, blogger Jason Poblete, an astute observer of Latin American affairs with excellent sources,reports that “The Obama Administration is considering a United Nations Security Council Resolution against the constitutional government of Honduras.” If true, anticipated U.N. sanctions against Honduras could be followed by the world organization being used as cover for outside forces to invade Honduras and reinstate Zelaya.
The new government in Honduras replaced Zalaya because he was trying to set himself up as president-for-life, Chavez-style. All of this was found to be in violation of Honduran law and the Constitution. Despite what officials of the Obama Administration said in trying to orchestrate media coverage of this crisis, it was not a military coup in any sense. The military doesn’t run Honduras today. In fact, the new president, appointed by Congress, is from Zelaya’s own political party. Zelaya was dismissed because of the simple fact that he tried to violate the law and the Constitution.

This “Responsibility to Protect” is just a cheap way to legalize the “change in management” by the UN, and a way for the UN to get a foot in the door for consolidation of power by the few, to the detriment of the many. And it’s not just State powers that seem to have a stake in this quiet struggle, but the Catholic Church seems to have anted up, all while denying that they are in the game at all.
D’Escoto, or as he is called, “Father D’Escoto,” will preside over the U.N. debate, which is expected to run into Friday. Pope Benedict XVI endorsed the “Responsibility to Protect” in an April 2008 speech before the U.N. but has been unclear about how it should be implemented. He has called for dialogue in Honduras.
On the ground in Honduras, an overwhelmingly Catholic Central American country, the Catholic Church has backed the ouster of Zelaya because of the realistic fear that he was a front man for Chavez. In a statement, the Catholic bishops of Honduras declared that Zelaya had been removed from office on the basis of a valid court order.But not all of the Catholic elements in the country are opposing Zalaya’s return. The Jesuit-run Radio Progreso has been acting as a mouthpiece for Zalaya and his supporters and is the source of the recent report that Zelaya intends to invade the country in cahoots with something called the Peaceful Resistance Front. The Catholic Church in Honduras fears that Zelaya could spark a bloodbath. Such a spectacle could provide the cover for U.N. intervention.

It appears that everyone wants a slice of the pie, but the real losers will be the smaller countries in this hemisphere, and indeed, beyond, as you could reasonably expect that Russia might seek to re- instate their control over the satellite countries that surround them, evoking a “Cold War” era look to the revised map.
Likewise, China might decide that Korea, Viet Nam, and even Japan might look good as trophies- who would stop them?
R2P is usually offered as a possible remedy in the case of Darfur, a region of Sudan where people are being massacred by the Islamic regime. But this was never realistic. President Obama promised but has failed to do anything about this. The real source of the problem in Darfur is the communist regime in China, which directly finances the Sudanese regime through oil purchases. Obama won’t confront China because he needs Chinese help to finance his tax, spend and debt policies.

Actually, he won’t confront China, because he can see himself doing much the same with the countries here in our hemisphere, all with this quasi- legal UN “law”, and he looks like he is going to begin with Zelaya and Honduras.
He should let democracy run its course, but he just can’t do that.
Because at his core, Hussein does not believe in democracy.
And that is bad for all of us.
