King Hussein Speaks At Camp Lejeune
Mar 1, 2009 Political
The Evil One visited Camp Lejeune to deliver a speech to Marines discussing how he intends to end the war in Iraq. He also told them what a wonderful job they had done while failing to mention that the US had achieved victory which should surprise no one since Democrats have always said that we lost the war. They have continually ignored our successes and they have clearly communicated that none of George Bush’s initiatives, such as the surge, would work. Barack Obama and “Nobody messes with Joe” Biden opposed the surge and said it would not work. Both refuse to acknowledge that it worked or to give Bush credit for the success. In Obama’s speech I never heard the word victory.
The Marines were well behaved and gave him a warm reception because they respect the office the man holds. It does not appear from the faces in the crowd that they were too happy with the man or his plans. These brave young men and women are well aware of what Obama and Biden have said about the war. They are aware of the Democrats and their assertions that we had lost the war. These Marines were respectful but they did not look too happy. They know a poser when they see one but to introduce the blind to the differences, here is a video depicting how King Hussein and his VK (Vice King) opposed the surge and how they reacted to President Bush:
My friend Wild Thing has a great post with pictures to show the differences between the way Bush as Commander in Chief was received and how Obama as Community Organizer in Chief was received. It is obvious that the men and women who put their lives on the line know who supports them and who does not.
You see, the Marines heard Obama, his lips were moving but the words coming out did not register well. I am sure they had the same trouble with one particular part as I did:
Next month will mark the sixth anniversary of the war in Iraq. By any measure, this has already been a long war. For the men and women of America’s armed forces – and for your families – this war has been one of the most extraordinary chapters of service in the history of our nation. You have endured tour after tour after tour of duty. You have known the dangers of combat and the lonely distance of loved ones. You have fought against tyranny and disorder. You have bled for your best friends and for unknown Iraqis. And you have borne an enormous burden for your fellow citizens, while extending a precious opportunity to the people of Iraq. Under tough circumstances, the men and women of the United States military have served with honor, and succeeded beyond any expectation. [emphasis mine] Clips and Comment
No King Hussein, they have not succeeded beyond any expectation. They have succeeded beyond what you and your Vice King as well as you party expected because you ALL expected them to lose and your party declared them losers. Those of us who actually support the military know they have done exactly what we expected them to do and that is win. We know what victory is and the fact that you failed to mention it is quite telling about you. I bet you knew that word when you were running for office. The men and women performed exactly as we on the right, their true supporters, expected because we expected victory all along and that is what they have given us.
You posers on the left have no clue and the military is something that you all despise. Did King Hussein really increase defense spending or did the inclusion of war items, which have been off budget, give the appearance of an increase? Democrats are calling for drastic cuts and the only ones who want increased spending are those in the pockets of defense contractors. Couple this with the NON TRANSPARENT non disclosure memo the DOD folks had to sign agreeing not to disclose budget items and we can see there is something amiss.
The military is not important to the left and they often try to find ways to rid us of as much of it as possible. Barney Fwank, the Congressional dancing queen, continually recommends cuts to military spending (a Constitutional expense) so that we can have more social programs (not a Constitutional expense).
Obama and his minions believe our military has achieved more than was expected because they only expect victory when they run for office. At all other times the left wants to surrender to our enemies.
The men and women in our military know this and this is why 80% or so support Republicans.
Those Marines were respectful but they know it takes more than a community organizer to actually win a war.

Time To Rally The Troops – McCain/Palin Victory
Nov 3, 2008 Political
Well, we have come down to the end of what seems like an eternal campaign season and tomorrow Americans (and some illegals as well as dead people and a few cartoon characters) will vote for a new person to run this country. This is the rally call for all to get out and vote for John McCain.
The poll numbers are now close because no pollster wants to look stupid on election day but the media and the pollsters have been misleading people all along. The race is close and it will likely come down to the wire tomorrow with several key battleground states playing a pivotal role in the process. The one and only thing that will determine the outcome of this election is voter turn out. If all the people who have conservative values as well as those who believe Obama is not the right man for the job turn out, there is no way John McCain can lose.
The media will try to discourage you. They have been doing that all along which is why they keep talking about landslides and an Obama win as a foregone conclusion. They do not want McCain supporters to vote so they can ensure their chosen candidate wins. We can stop them from winning by getting out and voting. We have the numbers if we ALL just get out and vote. They think we are disheartened. They think we are uninspired and they think they have this wrapped up. It is up to us to show them that the voters decide the elections and not the media wing of the Democratic party.
No matter what you hear you must get out and vote. The media will play this very dirty. Exit polls will be released very early in the day claiming a big Barack Obama win. This will be a deliberate attempt to influence McCain voters. They will be leaking this “news” to discourage us from voting. Remember their early exit polls in 2004. If they had been correct John Kerry would have been president.
We cannot allow ourselves to get caught up in the emotion of the moment. We absolutely must vote regardless of the news we hear. Some networks are going to call certain key states for Obama as soon as their polls close to discourage you. They will be proved wrong later and will be laughed at but they do not care. Their goal is to secure an Obama win. If he wins, their gaffe will be overlooked. If Obama loses the networks that called states for him early on will look like fools and fall under heavy scrutiny. After all they have done to us and for Obama in this election it is our time to get out and make them look bad. We have the power but we must remain focused.
Those of you on the west coast will be particularly vulnerable as will some east coast states that close after a few of the central states. Regardless of what you hear you must vote. It is imperative that you vote NO MATTER WHAT.
I know this is repetitive but the process is not a lost cause unless we either do not turn out or we allow them to influence our behavior by convincing us that it is a waste of time to go vote. They will work very hard throughout the day to keep you from voting.
Do not let idiots like Keith Olberman and his ilk influence your behavior. No matter what get out and vote. We hold our fate and our destiny in our hands.
Remember how close Florida was in 2000? That is because a network deliberately called the state for Gore an hour before the polls closed in the panhandle which is in the central timezone. That area is heavily Republican and tens of thousands of people went home rather than stand in line because they were convinced by the media that Bush had lost. If they had stayed in line the fiasco after the election would never have happened.
They will try this again. They will call states early and they will continually say that exit polls show Obama in a landslide. There is no winner until all of our votes are counted and that means we have to vote for them to count.
Remember, you MUST vote. Get your family and friends and head to the polls. There should be no obstacle that keeps you from the polls. The people in Iraq risked death to vote and they still voted. We can accept nothing less than 100% dedication to this cause.
Get out and vote and we can win. The Democrats are counting on their newly registered supporters but we have many more people as long as we all vote.
Let’s keep clear heads, keep our emotions in check and make sure we are in the battle. We need all our troops to rally now to ensure that America is not taken over by Obama and his Socialist plans. It is time for us to show John McCain the same dedication he has shown this country. We cannot let him down.
See you in victory!
Obama wins the popular vote but:
McCain 274 Obama 264 in the electoral.
It can happen but the outcome depends on you.
Why No War Coverage During Campaign?
Nov 3, 2008 Political
When the Democrats were engaged in their drawn out primary they discussed the war on terror in Iraq quite frequently. Obama claimed that he had the best judgment because he opposed the war though no one knows how he would have voted because he was not in the Senate. In his 143 days of work (yep that is how many he has in 4 years) he has not done much to show his strong opposition or immense wisdom.
The war was supposed to be the big issue. The Democrats were going to club Republicans to death over Bush’s mismanagement of the war. Obama said the surge did not work, Reid said we lost and many other Democrats talked about how we were doing poorly.
Ever since the general election campaign started there is little news about the war. In three debates the issue was barely discussed other than some foreign policy discussion and Obama’s refusal to acknowledge the success of the surge. He also had the opportunity to lie about what he “has said all along” (when Obama uses those words he is lying and it is not what he said all along).
Perhaps the war is not discussed because the Democrats can get no traction out of it. When things were going rough they were going to ride anti war sentiment into the White House. The problem for the Democrats is, despite their best efforts, we are winning. The US has suffered the lowest number of casualties since the war began with 13 in October and 61 since the beginning of August. The number of Iraqi deaths has also fallen.
Our heroes are doing a great job and we are winning the war. George Bush has been beaten up pretty badly over the war but we are making real progress. It is not time to pull our troops out. We need an exit strategy that includes winning as a precondition of coming home.
It is hard to tell what Obama will do because he told people during the primaries that he would take them out immediately. Then he started changing his tune and now he calls for responsible withdraw. Responsible withdraw is when we win.
John McCain will not allow our troops to be defeated and will do a much better job with the military. Obama can claim he is better suited to be the Commander in Chief but those claims are from a fantasy world. John McCain had forgotten more about the military that Obama will ever know.
