The Unspoken Message From Obama To Illegals

Some time ago when Obamacare was being debated and Obama was giving his State of the Union Joe Wilson blurted out “you lie” when Obama said Illegals would not be able to sign up for the health insurance. Wilson caught hell for the utterance but it turns out that he was right.
Considering all the other lies Obama has been caught in this should come as no surprise.
At a meeting with immigrants there was concern from the group that the information they provide when they sign up would be shared with immigration to effect deportation proceedings. Obama told them not to worry because the information will not be shared. Obama made sure to tell them that the law was written so that illegals are not eligible.
He further stated that those who are here legally should sign up and have no fear that anyone in their house who is here illegally would be discovered because of the information provided.
Why would the people be worried about the information being shared with immigration if they are here legally? If they sign up and check out there should be no worry about others in their house because those folks will not be listed so they can’t be checked out.
Or will they be listed?
Obama made it clear that the information provided would not be shared. Therefore anyone, illegal or not, can sign up and have no fear of being discovered.
So let me rephrase what Obama said to them.
The law says illegals can’t sign up (wink, wink) but we won’t be checking if you are illegal or not. So have no worry and go ahead and sign up your legal (wink, wink) family members.
Joe Wilson was right when he called Obama a liar because Obama lied.
If we will not check to see if those signing up are here legally then we are encouraging the illegals to go ahead and sign up.
Yes, illegals will be able to sign up for Obamacare because while the law says they can’t we all know Obama does not support any law (or parts thereof) he does not like.
He is an absolute liar and Joe Wilson stands vindicated.

Surprise! California Won’t Have Enough Doctors

Anyone who paid attention during the Obamacare debate knows that we cannot add millions of people to the health care rolls with the same amount of health care providers and expect there to be enough providers. It is also common sense that waiting times will be longer and that people will be denied some care due to lack of resources (personnel and supplies).
California is indicating that there will not be enough physicians to cover all the people who will begin getting health care under Obamacare. The state is trying to take measures to allow physician’s assistants and nurse practitioners to do things that fall under the scope of a medical doctor. This will most certainly add to the cost of Obamacare.
Nancy Pelosi said we had to pass the bill to find out what was in it. That is at least partly true as new things, bad things, appear every day but some of this was evident from the start.
[note]Gun grabbers will be disheartened to learn that Obamacare places restrictions on doctors regarding asking about firearms and forbids the government keeping a database of gun owners.[/note]

California will be hit with a double whammy as the government allows illegal aliens to receive health care (Joe Wilson was right when he said Obama lied) and further increases the patient to health care provider ratio. Californians will be in a world of hurt as untold numbers of people are unable to find a doctor for their free health care plan…
Not to worry though. It looks like Texas Governor Rick Perry is trying to help California reduce the number of people in the state who will be on the health care rolls. Perry is working hard to get companies in California to relocate to Texas where taxes are not as burdensome and the cost of living is lower. If he succeeds perhaps many workers will follow their companies to Texas and remove some of California’s burden.
Personally, I don’t really care how many people go without and I don’t care how many who thought their health care was free get sucked into paying huge amounts of money or huge fines.
They voted for it and the moron who gave it to us so let them live with that decision.
As for California, to hell with it.

Obama Can’t Blame It On Congress

Barack Obama told America that his health care plan will not pay for abortions. He specifically said ““no federal dollars will be used to fund abortions.” His words on this and illegal immigrants prompted Joe Wilson to shout “you lie.”
When Obama said this it was a lie. The House bill allowed federal dollars to be used for abortion but when asked about this later, Obama’s people said that Obama did not have control over what Congress was writing. In other words, he did not write it in, Congress did. If it had passed, Obama would have signed it regardless of what he said about federal dollars being used.
Obama has released his own plan ahead of the faux summit he will have with Republicans this week. Obama wants bipartisan support but he has written what he wants. His idea of bipartisan is when the Republicans give in to what he wants.
Interestingly, the bill Obama has put together, a clever move to take away the claim that deals were made in back rooms, will allow federal dollars to pay for abortion. Obama cannot run and hide from this one because, despite what he said about not using federal dollars for abortions, he has included them and federal dollars will pay for them. Obama an his lackeys cannot claim it was Congress because the sainted one himself included the provision in the bill he put together, one that is very close to the Senate bill.
“If all of the President’s changes were made, the resulting legislation would allow direct federal funding of abortion-on-demand through community health centers, would institute federal subsidies for private health plans that cover abortion-on-demand, including some federally administered plans, and would authorize federal mandates that would require even non-subsidized private plans to cover elective abortion,” Douglas said.

“Every time President Obama’s spokesmen are asked about the Senate health care bill that authorizes federal funds for abortion, they reply that none of the bills put forth are the president’s own,” Donohue said. “Moreover, the president has said that he would never sign a health care bill that funds abortion.”
“While it is true that the pro-abortion camp will not be happy with the president for not striking some restrictions it deplores, the fact remains that President Obama could have adopted the pro-life friendly language of the House bill,” Donohue said. “The fact that he didn’t is what matters most.” CNS News
Obama is a liar and he will do whatever it takes to get his agenda through. Reconciliation is next where only 51 Senators are needed to pass a bill. This is an end around and designed to thwart the will of the people and the procedures of the Senate.
I predict that Obama will lose the votes he needs in the House because the Democrats who voted against it the first time will not support this plan and many more Democrats who are worried about their reelection bids in November will likely not support it out of the desire for self preservation.
If by chance it passes through the reconciliation process then the Democrats will lose control of the House and Senate and will likely not regain it for the next decade.
Americans do not like to be screwed and the Obama administration and his sock puppets in Congress are bending us over.
On the issue of abortion and federal funding it looks like the only person who told the truth is Joe Wilson who hit the nail on the head when he called out the liar in chief.

Gracious Democrats Won’t Sanction Wilson

Let me start off by saying that I agree with what Joe Wilson said but I think it was the wrong place to say it. When he blurted out “you lie” during Obama’s joint session speech he removed the focus from the health care debate and put it on him and gave credence to the notion that mean spirited Republicans want to derail health care and deny people in need.
Having said that I find it amusing that the House leadership considered some sort of disciplinary action against Wilson because he broke a rule about not being able to call presidents liars. What I find amusing is that they were pretty quick to consider it (they have decided not to pursue it) but drag their feet when any of their people are involved in problems that really do need to be investigated. Charlie Rangel did not pay his taxes and failed to report income for years and the investigation is dragging on while Rangel pays hush money to those investigating him. He will probably get away without sanction.
Joe Biden and several other Democrats were very upset at the Wilson outburst (as were some Republicans) and they let it be known that this kind of behavior is not acceptable. That is unless it is they who are behaving that way. During one of Bush’s State of the Union Addresses the Democrats booed and heckled him. I think it was Rahm Emanuel who said that no president was ever treated the way Obama was by Wilson. He evidently did not see the video of his party disrespecting Bush.
I don’t think that one should justify bad behavior by pointing to other bad behavior and I certainly don’t think what Wilson did can be justified. I merely point out that Democrats are acting as if they have been the most civil people in the world and the only reason mean old Republicans are acting this way is because Obama is the guy in charge.
The behavior is not acceptable no matter who does it. Wilson would have served the cause better if he had held his tongue and then went on the talk shows to demonstrate why Obama is lying. Obama told several lies last night and that is certainly something to look at but there is a time and a place for everything.
I think things will get a lot uglier before this is all over.
