The Absentee Ballots Might Hold It Up

The Mexicans are holding their Presidential election today and it is a close race. They hope to make an announcement not long after the polls close:

Officials hoped to announce a new president a few hours after the last poll closed at 9 p.m. EDT, based on a quick count. But they cautioned they would wait if no candidate had a strong enough lead.

The problem will be that Mexico has to count 12 million absentee ballots for their citizens living in the US….
