The Day Obama Care Died

This is a funny video with music by Paul Shanklin.

Now that is funnier than Stewart Smalley could ever be.

Excellent- as is the vid where “We owe our soul to the Federal Reserve”-
Much more intelligent than Smalley, but I have to say I have bricks in my yard that beat his intelligence.

Funny video, but a bit of wishful thinking just yet. Who is Stewart Smalley? I’m unfamiliar with that I guess.

    • Blake says:

He is the only convincing character Franken ever played on SNL- a lightly retarded person- much like real life.

I thought maybe that’s who you meant but I wasn’t sure. I thought maybe there is a particular video or something that Big Dog was referencing but I couldn’t find it.

Of course, Al Franken is a pretty smart guy so I don’t know why people rip on him except that he’s a liberal and a goof ball. Just because he’s a goof sometimes doesn’t take away from the fact that he’s been having some very intelligent, rational conversations about healthcare and actual issues concerning his constituents so far. He’s proving himself very capable of separating the sarcastic comedian Franken from his duties as Senator Franken.

I never considered him funny and had no real opinion of him until he got violent with someone. Then I realized what a jerk he is.

Then when he failed to pay employee taxes while wanting to be in the Senate…

Of course, an elitist criminal who thinks the laws are for other people will fit right in.

        • Adam says:

Well, I like Franken. Maybe because he’s makes conservatives so mad.

Franken tackled an out of control heckler that was attacking people and restrained him until security could remove him. That’s hardly the kind of violence you’d like us to believe it was.

Also I guess relying on an accountant to handle your book keeping and doing it wrong makes Franken a criminal? Hardly. Franken is responsible of course and he took care of it when it was revealed.

I guess I’d just be a criminal too if Franken is. When I first filed taxes in DE year before last I had lived in CA for part of that year, AR for another part, and DE for the rest. My wife lived in AR for half the year, DE for the other half. The number of mistakes I made was pretty shameful. Am I a criminal too? I took care of all the problems too when they were revealed.

Let’s just say my wife handles the taxes these days.

Because he is really good at exposing conservative lies and he doesn’t hold back like so many wimpy liberals. He especially focused on O’Reilly, who he busted mercilessly in his best selling book “Lying Liars” and then daily on his radio show.

But O’Reilly, the loofah meister, does provide a really big and easy target:

Funny, I don’t see it reported the way you say it happened. And Franken was not involved, he came out of the gallery. Wish it had been me. He would be in traction.

And this is what I was referring to:

Monday evening there was an argument between Franken and a producer for the Laura Ingraham show regarding whether he had agreed to be on her program, The producer called Franken “a liar,” evidentally because Franken (in his opinion) reneged on a promise to appear on the Ingraham show. Franken called him “an a**hole,” then tempers flared, and push came to shove.

    Wizbang

You tried to do your taxes. Maybe Franken’s accountant made a mistake. Was Franken audited? Limbaugh has been audited about a dozen times and he pays his taxes.

  4. Adam says:

Don’t make me laugh. Newsmax? That story is so biased it’s sad. Their story is he’s trying to silence the heckler when really the heckler was getting violent before Franken even was involved.

The case you’re talking about is nothing Franken should be proud of but tempers flair with folks. I wouldn’t call it that violent though but I suppose the case could be made.

I don’t know if Franken was audited or even see the point in if he was or not.

    • Blake says:

My point is that Smalley has a habit of letting his mouth go without engaging his brain, so I figure its just a matter of time.
As for Darrel liking him some al, just remember, even a blind pig finds an acorn every once in awhile.
