Why The Obama Stimulus Is A Failure

A case study:

Despite all the spin the Stimulus did NOT create jobs in numbers of any consequence. The Dems are crowing now about the unemployment rate drop to below 9% but that will likely go up after Christmas when seasonal employees end their run. It is also worthy to note that if the same number of people were looking for jobs today as were in 2007 the unemployment rate would be 11%.

Don’t worry, Debbie Washer Woman Schultz says unemployment is not increasing.

You can make any claim if you manipulate the numbers your way…

Cave canem!
Never surrender, never submit.

One Response to “Why The Obama Stimulus Is A Failure”

  1. Blake says:

Connections, connections- One reason that stimulus is a failure is that the O put all his cards on electric power, which was a brain- dead thing to do.
I illustrate here-Solyndra, a solar panel maker, got 535 million stim dollars, and went bankrupt- that happens when you make a panel for $6, but sell it for three- real math wizards, right?
Then there isA123 Systems, who got $380 million, supposed to create over 3,000 jobs, yet has dwindled to 690 employees-
Or EnerDel, a battery maker that received 118 million in grants- declared bankruptcy- doubt we will ever see that money.
How about Aptera a California- based carmaker, who shuttered their doors, and finally, GM- whose volt goes half the speed of a fart, and catches fire like one also
Nissan, Tesla, and Fisker motors received about $2.4 billion dollars in loans
Actual sales of ALL of these cars stand at 16,800- about 16,000 more than I would have thought people would buy, based on their lack of capability, but P.T. Barnum was right- there is a sucker born every minute.
